HighPointe Estate is a gorgeous venue with lots of versatility to make any of your wedding dreams possible. The staff is very welcoming and will treat you like family (Dawson went above and beyond especially when he helped the Groom and groomsmen tie their bowties). The chapel is absolutely stunning with a gorgeous glass window. The suites are perfect for both the bride and groom to relax/get ready for their big moment. Everything about this venue was carefully crafted to ensure you will have the best day possible (from the buildings to the people)!

HighPointe Estate is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. it has the perfect amount of space for any size wedding, and has a perfect separation and flow through out each space in the venue. The bridal suite is PERFECT having ample amount of space for the bride and her closest gals with amazing natural lighting for all the best photo opportunities. There is covered spacing for cocktail hour making it ideal for any weather conditions. The chapel is breathtaking, I was not even considering an indoor ceremony until we saw HighPointe Estate. The windows and arches create the perfect framing for I do photos. The Gatherings room has fantastic placement opportunities for ANY vendor and set up you are looking. The Grooms Suite is set up for those amazing getting ready photos for the groom which is hard to find at wedding venues. They have thought of EVERYTHING. My favorite touches were the BEAUTIFUL paintings Dawson has placed through out the venue and the self playing piano which adds the magical touch to a perfect day. I could go on and on about just how amazing the venue and Dawson are.

Today we viewed HighPointe Estate and instantly was not impressed by the customer service. We are a service with minimum of 60 people. We was offered the smallest venue which only holds 50 people no bridal suite no groomsman suite. The vibe was off after that. The price we was told over the phone was brought up $500 from original price agreed upon. They were many rules that wasn t explained i.e. every vendor has to be within they approval. It was all based off a google review. Which should be the least of any concerns if the service venue is professional. The price went from $8k to $8.5k all the way to $19.5k. It was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

As a DJ, a good venue & venue team really makes the wedding planning and execution smooth. Dawson & his team are top-notch. I love that Dawson is often on-site and very involved in the venue. My couples often meet him on their first visit, and hes usually there on their wedding day too, which can be a rarity in the industry. Its clear that he really cares about the experience of each and ever guest and client. The venue team here takes pride in their venue (as they should, its gorgeous) and they go so far above and beyond to make sure that each vendor has what they need. Their team checks in with me before every ceremony to make sure I know how to use their in-house sound system in the Chapel. If something needs to be done to make the day better, the team will get it done. From to the assistant team helping out the bride and groom to Dawson himself sweeping the floor, they are completely involved, humble, and considerate. Their character is impeccable and the whole team is a class act. If youre a bride and looking for a venue team who will work with you the whole time, be responsive, keep an eye out for all the details you may miss, clearly and compassionately communicate, and make your event as classy and gorgeous as the photos you see from those beautiful golden-hour shots, HighPointe Estate is a no-brainer.

We got married here in July! I wish I could rate this so much higher. This venue is not only STUNNING but Dawson and his team made everything so easy and exciting for us. They truly made us feel like family and made the entire wedding planning experience a breeze and less stressful than planned. The constant communication with the team and Dawson to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted and the flexibility to work around our busy schedule are just a few of the great things I could say about this venue. I cannot stress enough how much we LOVED Highpointe Estate! From meeting with Dawson the first time we toured to even after the wedding when Katie is reaching out and helping me when she is out of the office. We used the all inclusive package for our wedding of about 50 and I did not stress a bit. They took care of the catering, cake, DJ, security, and floral (which is done by Highpointe themselves). Everything that I had asked for came to life with them. The vendors that they chose to work with were all amazing themselves. I never had to question where we were in the process of things. Everyone was quick to communicate with us. Katie took care of absolutely everything the day of the wedding. She made sure everyone was in the place they were meant to be and even when things got a little behind schedule, she did not worry and kept a smile on her face. They are so incredible that my family was raving about them after the wedding. If you are thinking about them for your wedding venue, please choose them. This is what they love to do and you can tell. They are simply the best!

HighPointe Estate was the first and ONLY venue that Wyatt and I toured. Pulling up to the venue is a WOW factor in itself because it is just a beautiful building, but once we walked through the front doors is when it really started to get real. The vibe of this venue is LOVE and it is integrated into every aspect of every room. During our tour of the venue, Dawson had me do a mock walk down the aisle to music while Wyatt and my parents waited down front of the chapel. This emotional moment is what sold us on the venue. We also chose HighPointe for floral as well and let s just say Dawson and Kirsten worked diligently to make sure that my vision of floral was met. I think at one point Dawson named me the Anemone Bride , and I will admit, I shed some tears when I was told there might not be MANY or ANY fresh anemones for my wedding. Ultimately, of course, Dawson and Kirsten did what they do best and found plenty of fresh, beautiful anemones to meet my whimsical vision for every aspect of our floral. If you know anything about anemones, you know that they are very delicate, but I still had beautiful anemones 2 weeks after our wedding. My dream of Bouquet preservation is REAL, and for that I am ever grateful for the diligence of the HighPointe Floral team!! The communication between everyone at HighPointe was both compassionate and exceptional. My liaison, Katie, was my go-to girl, and without her, I probably would have been lost. She was always there to answer my many questions, whether by text or phone call. EVERYTHING about HighPointe Estate made our wedding one to remember. We received so many compliments from our guests, who experienced firsthand what a stunner this venue is. Yes, this venue is beautiful. I attended a wedding here recently. Decent parking, great staff. The downside, ANTS. Ants in the building and an abundance of ant mounds in the beautiful backyard. Anyone that seemed to step in the grass got attacked. I didnt go in the grass and I came home with multiple bites all over me. A few kids got bit up and needed ice packs to calm the swelling. For a venue with such beauty you really should have control over the pests.

Attended a wedding at this venue on Saturday and I was amazed at how wonderfully planned and executed the wedding went on. The site is situated perfectly in the hill country with beautiful views. There are two buildings on the property. One is a large building for the bridesmaids and the other one is a very long building with a large chapel at the south end and a large bride room with easy entry to the chapel. In the middle of this huge building is a large receiving foyer. On the North end is large room for dining and dancing. On the West end is a large patio for an outside social with two mobile bars. The building is rustic with many modern conveniences. Very nice. I received many comments on its beauty and how wonderful it was. This venue was totally amazing. I would totally recommend this location for your weddings or your large gatherings. Go see it for.yourself!

I cannot write enough kind words about HighPointe Estate. From the moment we walked in the venue for our first tour, we could feel our wedding vision come to light... and a lot of that was due to the owner, Dawson. Dawson has really thought of EVERYTHING at this venue, and it was the little details that really sold us. His team was incredible helpful, always very organized, and did everything to make sure the venue was in pristine condition on our special day. We also used HPE for our floral design services and were BLOWN AWAY by how beautiful everything turned out. I heard from multiple different guests that this was the most beautiful wedding that theyve ever attended, and we owe a LOT of that to HPE. I wish we could get married all over again just so we could keep working with the HighPointe team :)

Absolutely the best group of people to work with and a jewel of a venue in the beautiful hill county of North Austin. There are so many lovely options for creating a unique and luxury experience for your big event. I ve had the pleasure of working here multiple times with some amazing brides and their families. I always enjoy my time here as a photographer. The sunsets are unbeatable. The oaks are mature and everything in impeccably taken care of on on the grounds. We recently held my grandmothers memorial services at this venue and it was beautiful. We utilized the chapel and it both felt quaint, but grand all at once. It accommodated a large amount of family well, without feeling like you couldn t hear cause you sat in the back . The gathering room was utilized for a reception after, well equipped with tables, food prep area, and refrigerators. Staff is always warm and welcoming, trustworthy, and compassionate about your event going off without a hitch. They want to make your event as memorable and as special as you do. It truly was an amazing experience working with Dawson and Leanne.

Attended a wedding here, I wish I got better photos of the venue but it is Gorgeous!!!! There s a huge window behind the alter that is just breath taking when watching the ceremony and the reception hall is in the same building which I feel is rare so I loved it!!! The back yard was beautiful and perfect for sunset pictures! I also loved that when we were in the reception hall, they were able to close the huge barn doors and get prepared for their entrance, so cool! Oh and the security guards were super cool and polite. Great place!

But what truly makes HighPointe Estate standout is Dawson and his team. We toured back in 2020 and were delightfully introduced to Dawson. Pulling up to the venue and walking inside my fiance, family, and I all knew that this venue was like nothing else we had seen in central Texas. However, Dawson is the special touch that makes this venue so magnificent. He believes in the specialness that surrounds someones wedding day and it is his and his staffs goal to make it the most wonderful day in a familys life. We didnt speak to another venue that truly loved weddings and fulfilling peoples dreams like Dawson did. We also used HighPointes floral team (lead by Dawson and Helen). Again, a spectacular experience! They created my dream florals and were so extremely kind and helpful during the planning process. Helen was so sweet and patient with my many questions and requests. They really took the time to make sure they understood my vision. Also, they made finding vendors so so easy. They have a preferred vendor list (but you are not forced to use them), trust me and use those recommendations. Dawson only suggests the best in the industry, and all of the vendors were just as sweet as him and his team. We used their recommendations for cake, coordinating, catering, DJ, and officiant. This is a long review, but I cannot express enough how amazing HighPointe Estate is. HighPointe Estate was a complete dream! I could go on and on about this venue, Dawson, and their team. Dawson was so kind and inviting to my husband and I. He truly cares so much about the venue and making sure your day runs smoothly and is everything you envision. We needed a sturdy chair for our grandfather to sit in, there Dawson was with a sturdy chair. Our bartender was late, there was Dawson getting our alcohol on ice so it was ready for cocktail hour. He s incredible. The venue speaks for itself (just look at the photos). It has everything and is so versatile to accommodate different styles. We did our floral through HighPointe, and again, everything I imagined. The people we worked with were so responsive and welcoming, they truly kept our day stress-free and were always on top of things. I never thought I d have a dream wedding but HighPointe was everything we could have ever dreamed of.

Paul and I looked at several venues for our wedding before walking into HighPointe and immediately knowing that this was the venue for us! Dawson put his heart and soul into this venue and you can clearly see it. When they say, Thoughtfully Designed. Artfully created for you they really mean it! There is so much attention to detail at HighPointe as well as the Moonlight Bungalow, which we also used for our rehearsal dinner. Our client liaison, Michelle was very helpful and super friendly. It s like we had known her for years after our first encounter. All of the HighPointe staff is top notch and they all pulled together to make our wedding more than we could have ever dreamed of. Our entire experience with HighPointe was great and the result of all of their hard work was, in our opinion, PURE PERFECTION!! We also used HighPointe for our florals and that was one of the best decisions we could have made. Every floral piece in that venue on our wedding day was GORGEOUS!! And our floral hedge!! I cannot put into words how much we loved our floral hedge. Every inch of it was breathtakingly beautiful, down to the wood base that the florals were placed on. We are still in awe of every piece and we are so grateful for all of hard work that was put into our wedding. Special thank you to Dawson who even made our ceremony wonderful. The words were all perfect. That s how a wedding should be, is what one of our guests stated to us about the ceremony and we could not agree more! This was the absolute most perfect place for our wedding. The level of class and sophistication this venue will bring to your wedding is unmatched. Its so beautiful naturally that we didnt have to do much for decor unless we wanted to. We received so many compliments for our choice of venue and our florals (which were also done by HighPointes floral team). Our client liaison Katie went above and beyond to help answer all of our questions leading up to the big day and she was also there for setup to ensure our day went smoothly. Helen and Dawson in the floral department did such a wonderful job in bringing my dream to life for the decor for my ceremony and reception space. My friends and I attended one of the Super Club events and will definitely be going back! The venue is absolutely gorgeous. We walked around the main building where weddings and other events are held and were very impressed. The supper club was in this fabulous cottage with a gorgeous back yard entertainment area. The food was delicious and the entertainment was an absolute blast. We met the owners, Dawson and Leanne Clark, and you would be hard-pressed to find nicer people. I have to admit, I didnt really know what to expect but attended this particular supper club because I love old Sinatra era music. I was pleasantly surprised. My night was way above my expectations and I will definitely be checking their calendar for future events.

We used HighPointe Estate for our wedding venue. From the moment I saw the website till the moment we made the tour, I was hooked. It s a beautiful modern farmhouse style structure(s) with just about every amenity you would need for your big day or formal gathering. The entire grounds are very well thought out and meticulously maintained. The chapel is designed with lighting for any kind of weather, day or night so your pictures are always beautiful. And there are design features to make it one of the most acoustically pleasing spaces I have ever been in. And then there s the staff The owner and proprietor, Dawson Clark; and the entire staff are attentive, thoughtful, friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, and invisible. These folks know how to take the stress away from you and ensure your event will be stellar. The recipe used to make this a premiere venue is a winning one. There are lots of great venues in the Austin area, and many are absolutely gorgeous and picturesque, but this one is worth a look, as I didn t find one single other venue that took my breath away from the start. They can handle small events to large gatherings. Everything went off with no problems, and I respect that greatly.

Although HighPointe Estate is a stunning wedding venue, we were blessed to be able to hold my husbands memorial service there. It could not have been a more perfect way to honor and remember the love of my life. My husband was only 52 when he succumbed to ALS. We wanted to remember the father and husband we adored in a way that really celebrated who he was as a person. Dawson made that possible in every way imaginable. The service was a beautiful, absolutely wonderful celebration of the man we loved. From the perfect flowers to the lovely views, we couldnt have been more pleased with this venue. Dawson treated us with unparalleled kindness and compassion, and he made our service both memorable and seamless, taking care of every detail. Dawson literally thought of everything! Where do I even begin! We booked the venue for our daughter Laurens wedding when it was just a drawing. We were so in love with Dawsons vision, we stopped looking. Fast forward to 3/27/21, the take two two years in the making, as COVID crashed the original date in 2020. 3/27/21 could have not been more perfect! Dawson, Leanne and the floral team did an amazing job, they went above and beyond the photos we shared of Laurens vision for her big day. I had a friend ask me if I needed help setting up decorations the morning of, I kindly replied no. I told her my florals are my décor, little did I know what I was walking into...I got goosies and it brought me to joyful tears! I cannot say enough about Dawson and Highpointe Estate. We visited this venue when it was just studs and concrete, but Dawsons detailed vision of the venue was enough for us to book with him the day after our tour. Our trust in Dawson paid off as the venue was even better than he had originally described. From an objective standpoint, the venue had everything we could want: beautiful detail and design inside and out, thoughtful architecture in both the chapel and great hall, and amazing ambiance nestled in the 40+ acres of Liberty Hill. Just as important, though, was how great Dawson was to work with. We were one of the couples affected by COVID, and thus had to postpone our wedding. What started as a 7-month planning process quickly turned into an 18-month planning process, and the support we received from Highpointe throughout the process quite simply restored our faith in humanity. No matter how long it had been since we were able to speak with the venue about plans or visit the venue for logistical reasons, Dawson was right there to greet us by our first names as if we had known him our entire lives. He and his team do a fantastic job at making you feel like youre the only wedding on their mind, and it builds a positive relationship that makes you wish you could formally invite the entire team to the wedding itself!

We celebrated my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary at the Moonlight Bungalow in early Fall. It was a beautiful setting for a small family gathering. The decor, the flowers, and everything in between was perfect. We were fortunate to have a quick rain shower right before the party started and then clear skies, allowing the guests to enjoy the large porch. Dawson and his team were amazing and helped with all of the little details. There were a couple of things we forgot to bring, and they were right on it. They have a plan for everything! It was seamless, and most importantly we had a very happy couple. We couldnt have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate.

Love this venue and love the owner. We met with Dawson when there were only composite drawings, a slab of concrete and a dream. We booked our wedding right after that first meeting. We bought in because we trusted Dawson s vision. The venue turned out to be even MORE beautiful than the drawings. I have no regret booking this venue for my wedding. Due to COVID19 we shifted from a wedding of over 200 people and downsized to 35 guests. The staff was helpful in figuring out how to make my dream of a big wedding with few people still come to reality. My wedding, 9/19/2020, was amazing. The photos from this venue came out spectacular. To find a venue that is beyond your expectations and actually looks like the pictures in the magazine is almost incomprehensible. I submitted a request to tour and within 24 hours had a tour scheduled with the owner at my convenience. Promptness the tour began in the parking lot with some details about the property and background to the venue. 6 women and Dawson. We moved inside and proceeded to explore every inch of the facility as Dawson shared the details and best practices, options, and considerations. Information sharing we ALL had questions, ideas, visions. the garden the bungalow the house we left no stone unturned on our 90 min tour. Dedication Dawson answered every question with thoughtfulness and detailed insight. Professionalism. Attention to detail. Quality. Dawson and his wife have created a one of a kind atmosphere and ambiance at HighPointe. They have thought through every inch and aspect of event hosting. No absurd rules, crazy timelines, unreasonable limitations. Flexible options that are customizable to incredible detail. So Lovely! Excitement was in the air as our daughter and her fiancé asked us to join them in the planning of their wedding. Top on the list was to find the perfect venue. In August of 2019, they came across HighPointe Estate which really piqued their interest with its online sketches of The Chapel, Gathering Room, Terrace, and Bride and Groom Suites.. We first met with Dawson and we were immediately captured by his passion and incredible vision for the venue. During the meeting, he shared his design boards with us with such delight. We were all immediately smitten with HighPointe Estate venue and Dawson, so much so that we booked the date within days. It was such fun to witness the development of HighPointe and see Dawson and Leanns vision come to life. Just as Dawson promised, each space was Thoughtfully designed. Artfully created. We could not have been more delighted! With each visit we made to put final details in place, Dawson and Michele always greeted us with smiles and eagerness to please. They were so professional and took such pride in seeking to make the wedding day fulfill every dream for the bride and groom. They arranged for us to meet with James, who helped us prepare for a lifestream and setup for wireless microphones. On numerous occasions, Dawson went above and beyond to add special touches to our daughters bridal portrait session, as well as the reception. The most STUNNING venue around! Just got married here in October 2020 and we received so many compliments from our guests and outside vendors about just how gorgeous the venue is. We had to make so many last minute changes to our wedding plans because #2020 and the team (especially the queen herself, Michele!) bent over backwards to help make our dreams come true. Highpointe Estate, located in Liberty Hill, TX, won t be a hidden gem for long! We held our daughter s wedding there in October of 2020. Every detail was perfect, from the very moment we signed the agreement in March. Dawson and his team walked us through each anticipated stage and helped us understand various wedding logistics, timelines, vendors, etc. We chose to hold the ceremony in their chapel at 5pm. Then our guests enjoyed a lovely cocktail hour on their expansive covered patio overlooking the breathtaking views of the property. Next was a full reception with dinner service located in their grand hall. And oh, it grand indeed! As a new business having launched in January of 2020, it has been wonderful to witness their perseverance, 5-star customer service and professionalism. After adapting to every government mandate and all the new protocols in March/April of 2020, having developed even more of their own safety measures that went above and beyond what was deemed necessary, they have been successfully operating all the way through the pandemic when other venues closed their doors for good. We signed whenever they were still building in 2019 but after one conversation with Dawson Clark and seeing his vision, I was sold. The wedding planning experience only got better from there (EVEN DURING A PANDEMIC)! Dawson and his team did everything to make my dream day come true and help me find the best vendors in Austin Area. I truly cannot imagine having had my wedding anywhere else but here. The spaces are all thought down to the tiniest of details; Hidden closet to store your things in the Bridal Suite, Grand Piano to play during the ceremony, beautiful wooden lockers in the grooms suite to be organized and more. Best of all, no matter what your style is, the whole venue is a beautiful masterpiece that will fit any theme you pick. I booked this venue before there was even a concrete slab on the ground. I was super excited and really bought into Dawson s vision. The venue itself and landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, there is ZERO communication to go along with the beauty of the venue. I would have to email/call at least 5 times to get any sort of response. I chose to do florals with Dawson for ease, but it turned into a nightmare. I was sent an incorrect invoice 4 times due to the fact that he lost the notes from our first meeting. We had 3 floral meetings in total, but he did not take notes at either of the 2 last meetings. By the time I got the correct invoice, my wedding was 2 days away. When I showed up on my wedding day, everything was wrong. I sent ONE picture of what I wanted the sweetheart table to look like and somehow even that was wrong. I am thinking they may have switched my wedding with someone else s. I do also partially blame having a bad wedding coordinator for this. Regardless, I ended up being completely stressed out and upset on my wedding day. I hope others have had better experiences here, but mine was a total nightmare. For some reason they chose to put me on the back burner, and me and my husband s wedding day was much more stressful than it should have been. Like I said, this place is beautiful. I hope someone reads this and makes sure the same thing doesn t happen to them.

I attended a wedding there last night and was very impressed with the venue. I was very nervous about going to a wedding during Covid but once I got there I could see that they had gone above and beyond to ensure safety of everyone there. There are special air filters, as well as plenty of space within the venue for more than adequate social distancing. Instead of just using a plexi glass screen to keep the buffet protected, they had put up cute antique windows to add character at every serving station. From the lobby to the chapel and the great Hall, the beautiful rafters add warmth and style to the building. I m sure any bride would be thrilled to say vows in front of the huge windows in the chapel area. I worked part time at a wedding venue for many years, so I m probably more critical than many folks. Highpoint is classy and warm and I wouldn t hesitate to plan an event there if I had something coming up.

Beautiful venue and the staff was amazing. I had the honor and privilege to dj a wedding here over the weekend and the setup was fantastic. They have space for outdoor and indoor ceremonies. A sound system is inside of the chapel to make it easy on the dj. Acoustics are great in the reception hall. I have zero complaints about this place and from someone in the industry I highly recommend this venue.

I didn t have a strong floral vision, so I trusted his artistic vision and couldn t have been more pleased with the results. Our alter, head table, and general decor was absolutely breathtaking. Our son and Daughter in law got married in Paris and when they returned we wanted to have a special reception for US family and friends. Leanne and Dawson of High Pointe Estates created an amazing experience for everyone there and especially the bride and groom. From the Japanese lanterns in the trees to the flower crown for the bride which matched the one at the wedding, everything was thoughtfully prepared and exquisitely executed. The caterer they supplied prepared a perfect combination of finger food open bar while remaining inobtrusive. From the time we discussed the idea with them, High Pointe managed the process, keeping us informed at every decision point while taking away the anxiety and pressure of making it happen. They produced an amazing event below budget and over expectations. Many of our guests commented on how comfortable the surroundings were and the hospitality of the Clarks and their staff. I highly recommend High Pointe for any activity or event and cannot wait to see their venue.
