Plz do not go here if u are ordering through Uber eats or door dash cause they won t refund u and when u call them to let them know what they messed up. The employees just sound dumb.. I got one lady telling me it s my first day idk what to do like go get a manager maybe ? Or they just say sorry over and over but can t do nothing for u so yeah it s a no for me they need to start double checking orders if they not trying to fix orders or give refunds and check the special instructions could probably save y all from the bs.. like now I gotta eat cold mozzarella sticks with no ranch no marinara nothing

The food is hot and fresh cooked to order my favorites are the fried rice the special on Sundays it s only $7.99 and you get a lot of rice you can choose chicken shrimp or beef they are all delicious. The wings are the best hot honey and lemon pepper are our favs the cheese burgers are the best in town the combos are affordable they come with fries and drink if you haven t had fried Oreos it s a must try and the funnel cakes always made fresh to order. The fried fish with dirty rice is a good option the grilled chicken salad with your choice of dressing is made with a variety of veggies this place has something for every one from wings fried chicken wraps fried rice burgers to salads Philly steak fish okra desserts an so much more

The place doesnt smell like ANY food is cooking....There is not ONE smell of food at this establishment. The lady in the front IS SUPER RUDE..She maintained a personal phone conversation the entire time I tried to order. Of course the order was incorrect because of the lack of active listening skills. Then the food comes out and is Frozen in the middle. I had to wait for a remake, and the lady wouldnt even give me a cup for water while I waited for them to fix the frozen food...I will NEEEEEVER visit this place again.

This place is a whole in the wall kind of location. Thought it was going to be good. Ordered 10 volcano thinking they were going to be spicy. Not only were they not spicy. They were over seasoned. Could not take them back as I got them to go. To make matter worst they upset my stomach. I have the bubble guts now! I do not recommend. Unless you want to be stuck in the bathroom like me

The worst location around. Small with 2 tables for dine in. To make matters worse... I ordered 3 pieces of fish and 5 wings. I was given one extremely small cup of tarter sauce. This was my absolute favorite place to visit. The food is now overcooked & not as desirable. The cashier guy is gone too which he greeted you and threw out suggestions all bubbly too. While I was there last week a lady that was before me asked for a water cup and the girl cashier said I m sorry no .i DoorDash as my side hustle and she just spent money with the yall she should be able to get some water smh the last 3x I ve felt the change idk if I ll revisit. I did hear there is a Duncanville location wondering if it s worth the drive or DoorDash. The sad part is I work in the area n will try anywhere else.

This place is top notch for wings. The wings are always huge like the chickens were juicing and hittin the gym everyday with a personal trainer before they got carted off to freezer camp its like they get their chickens from the Russian military they have a lot of flavors and the Phillys are mad tasty the service is unmatched they put a little too much lemon pepper seasoning on my hot lemon wings for my taste so I went to the register to buy another 5 pcs and they offered to replace them for free I didnt even complain because there wasnt anything wrong with them it just wasnt for me and I guess he noticed I wasnt eating the ones I had and was buying more so he asked what was wrong and replaced them for free also where else can you get tang? Nowhere thats where. I felt like a whole astronaut and theyve got a plethora of menu options theyve got funnel cakes ol son nobody but the state fair has funnel cakes this place is living in the future

My little one is a picky eater when it comes to eating out. This is one of the few places she absolutely loves. She ordered her herself the five piece Wing meal and also a side of strawberry cake. This is by far the best wings restaurant Ive had since I moved to Texas. The wings are a decent size. They are not the small wings. Theyre delicious. You can get them wet or dry. The customer service has been great each and every time Ive gone. The wings are so good my wife and I visited this place 3 night in a row. Just ordered the 3 piece pollock combo with the fruit punch and all I can say is DAYUM!!! The fish filets were HUGE, HOT and PERFECTLY seasoned! The fries couldve been cooked a Lil longer, but were good nonetheless! It also came with 2 slices of bread. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be reordering! Great job guys!

This is the best place hands down!! They have everything from philly cheesesteaks, wings, and more! Every time I go here I have an amazing experience!! Max is an amazing Chef and he definitely deserves a raise!!!! I wish I would ve took a good picture before I demolished my food. Once I started I couldn t stop. Restaurant really deserves 0 stars! I normally go to Wing Castle but they were closed so I decided to give this place a chance I shouldn t have I should have just waited till the next day to get wings from Wing Castle! I used to like this place. It was 5 star worthy and definitely some of the better wings i had. Tonight i learned that the cost of wings have increased sharply. 30 wings used to be 23.99. now its 33.99. and the quality havent improved. For the most part I never have any issues and they are great, hence the five stars. Today I ordered my food through Uber eats, received message that said my food was ready it wasn t. I also thought I walked into a daycare, because when I walked in the cashier was holding a baby behind the counter with other people fold and just walking around all Willy billy like it was ok. Health department issue. His staff use to be good, but I don t know about this new person. She was rude and didn t apologize for my food not being ready. So I had to wait an additional 15 minutes, for food that was supposed to be ready for pickup.

Great customer service! I ordered the double cheeseburger. The burger comes with egg no egg was on the burger. With that being said, the bacon on my burger was garbage. Been there twice and whole wing chicken combo was AMAZING and Okra was nice and crisp. Second had the fish combo, it left something to be desired. So today was my first time ever going in to Americas Best Wings. I looked at the menu and decided to take the 5 piece Wing combo. I was very disappointed when I realized that I was paying $12 for 5 small wings. Now when I got the food and I opened the box I swore I was having problems with my vision because I could not believe how large those wings were. Almost three pieces of the five filled up the entire to go box. This was by far the best deal and the best wings I have ever had. The customer service was first hand and it is a really good place to purchase food. I would recommend this place to anybody. Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo of the food but I will this next time I get something from there.

Hands down the best wings around! I fell in love with Hot BBQ wings from BWW but they stopped selling them so I was on a mission to find a new wing-home. Came across this place on DoorDash and OH EM GEE y all! The wings are massive and generously coated in seasoning/sauce. So fresh tasting and obviously made right when you order. We had this DoorDashed to us in Copper Canyon and everything was still piping hot when we got it! I was a little caught off guard with the Dirty Rice because I expected it to be like the Zatarains box with Cajun seasonings and meat, but it was just plain yellow rice. That will not keep me from eating here again though. Americas Best Wings is our new go-to wing place! Thank you guys for the exceptional food :)

I ordered through doordash so I cant speak about the customer service complaints from other people. As far as the food goes, simply delicious. First off the size of the wings are larger than anything youd get from B-dubs. Secondly the quality and freshness of the chicken itself was superb, you can tell the oil is not old/burnt. Lastly the price, at least for the chicken, cannot be beaten.

I looked up the wing joint on Google maps, I see that the owner posted pictures of their menu. So I order the Philly cheese steak by itself, and a 5 piece old bay wings. The price, according to their owners posting was supposed to be 5.99 for the Philly steak, and 4.99 for the wings. Instead, when I order the two items over the phone for pickup, the Philly is 7.99 and the wings are 5.99. So when I get there, the food is already made and Im not gonna argue with their 18 year old cashier. But Im very disappointed that the menu posted by the owner is inaccurate. Also the Old bay wings were too salty, too much seasoning... Ill only go back if they make it up to me with a discount.

I love this place!! My wings are always hot and fresh and service is pretty quick. I prefer them to Hooters and even Wing Stop because they have a variety of entrees. The Catfish is good as well...a little on the small side but still flavorful. This is my new favorite spot

Its really got potential but its not there yet. It has a lot of flavors that are good but the food was over cooked and the coating of the wings is inconsistent. Cheese fries are literally just crinkle fries with canned nacho cheese, fried mushrooms really need some flavor, dont be scared to throw some wing spice on them. Also, the ranch is just milk with garlic, please invest in something better. Service wasnt a issue, but they werent really friendly either. Couldnt say Id go back.

The food is good but the customer service is horrible!!! Every time I try to just call and place my order for pick up they never answer the phone or my last visit 2 weeks ago I called and The two young ladies there would answer the phone and hang it up. I understand that you all get busy and you only have one phone line but that is so rude and so unacceptable to answer the phone and then hang up on your customer. So I had to come into the store to place my order and as I was standing there waiting for my order to be taken the phone rang and the girls picked up the phone and hung it up. And today 6/3/20 I tried to place an order and it goes to the a automated system that states this voicemail has not been set up yet. Whoever owns this establishment really needs to get their phone situation in order to conduct good business for their customers. But first things first I would start with the people that you have working for you because as good as your food is the bad customer service over shadows the food quality.

OMG! The wings, best ever! Ive love the lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, and honey bbq. The mild is not good at all the sauce is not right. The chicken tenders are to die for crunchy, and huge, and the philly cheese steak finger licking good to the last bite the bread, meat, and cheese all works perfectly. The price is absolutely fitting for the quality and portion of food. The fries not the best not sure what it is, just not right for me. Overall 10 out 10 I eat here sometime 3 times a week really good!

So disappointed..I called tonight 01/22/20 9:24pm to make a pick up order for some wings, The lady that answerd the phone told me it was to late to order..(they close at 10) I said ohh...when is your cut off..she paused and said 9:20 for call-in orders and 9:30 for in person...so I said wow so 4 mins I missed it by and she said yes thank you have a good night and hung up...so let down by this.

1st visit today. Got grilled shrimp and dry rub wings. Great service, fast and friendly. The food is seasoned well. The chicken cooked perfectly and crisp. I can wait to try the fried chicken and fried fish options. I work near by, so I will be visiting again soon. And they are on Doordash. WoooHoo.
