Great customer service, great insurance and great discount programs. I was able to walk in and get information needed for a spring break trip and saved a lot to take my kids to local places using AAA. I was also able to use my membership for free passport photos that were done on the spot. I can t remember the front desk persons name but look for her in the picture I attached. She s the best!

We were running late due to traffic which understandably, is a bit of a nuisance. However, the lady that checked in was not friendly and didnt provide any information that my girlfriend was now a walk in. She just told us to wait in the chairs. We then moved to the other chairs closer to the finger printing and she then passively aggressively told us that we were now a walk in and to bare with them. The guy let us go next and the one additional star is only for him. He was very friendly and made the experience a bit better. We heard a lady come in after us and the same woman that was rude to us was very friendly and conversational with her. Huh? You just automatically treat someone different because they were on time? People make mistakes. Another worker also offered her water, tea or coffee and we were never offered that. Just dont think the people working here were very friendly and made the experience awkward when it should have been quick and simple.

I have been a triple member for 17 years. The staff is friendly, but they need to work towards cross utilization. Cant believe only one person does car registration while 3 other employees are doing nothing. The one person was doing multiple types of transactions, and I think that should be applied to other staff members.

I called to get some travel advice to Italy. The person I spoke to said she would get back to me in a few days. I never heard back. I then called and left a message only to be ignored again. I guess being a long time member doesnt mean much at least at this location. Id steer clear of this location for travel advice.

This review is for AAA: It has been FOUR weeks since your client crashed into my brothers car. The car was totalled, and my brother and mom suffered concussions due to the severity of the incident. There has been NO effort from the liable partied to get this resolved. The car is not drivable, has been towed to a lot, and no rental car has been provided even though my brother was found not liable. My brother has contacted the insurance MANY times with no answers from the insurance. It has gotten to the point where a lawyer had to get involved. This is unprofessional and needs to be resolved immediately!!

My agent is Joseph Pataskie and I ve been trying to contact him and the facility since June 2021. Since he signed me up I ve had nothing but issues and had to cal other AAA facilities to assist me. I have zero clue if he even works at AAA anymore, however, not even the branch district has bothered to call me back. I need assistance immediately! This is ridiculous and if I could give -1,000 stars I most definitely would.

Did you know you can get your car renewal tag for your winshield at AAA? And they never run out of tags like Tom Thumb or Krogers and i wasnt bombarded to get a membership either. They were so nice. Will definitely go back next year too.

They send you an email you right away after you input your info online to get a quote. Then they are impossible to reach and when you finally request another quote the person who contacted you quotes a MUCH higher quote

Horribly managed! I was set up to auto-pay my monthly premium, and they charged my Visa for another customers ANNUAL premium, over $1300. Took 3 weeks to get money back and they never admitted they were at fault. Dont waste your time or hard-earned money here. Go elsewhere ! No ethics or integrity here....moving on!

The People who work here are so dumb and stupid, they do not give you enough information. I was told that receipt the ring should be good enough to add the ring to the insurance. When my wife takes the time to go there she is informed that she has to get an appraisal. My wife got the appraisal and paid for that and goes to the AAA office second time, now these idiots tell my wife that it needs a stamp on the appraisal and it has to be from a certified gemologist, AAA b***ches were you sleeping why did not tell that earlier. PEOPLE WHO WORK in this AAA LOCATION are apparently lunatics incompetent and do not know how to do their job. Though my wife said no to AAA, i asked her to try them based on my experience, i realize it was mistake to ask her to try AAA. I am done with you AAA. I am going with GEICO or Liberty mutual at-least they do not provide half information and make their customers give hard time.

Visited this place a couple of times to obtain International Drivers License. This is must come place, if you plan to travel outside US and plan to drive. Costs $20+picture. Only takes 10 min or less.

Awesome!!!!! My car stalled in a not so ideal location and with Triple A s service I was able to have it towed in less than an hour. I was even offered cold water and Joe, the driver, was very personable. Great!!!

Absolutely rude and irresponsible, as I was talking on the phone with a lady named Shantel or something, instead of trying to help out with the situation, she just burst out and hung up the phone. I have had great service until this lady, who has no manners and not willing to listen to what the situation was. Why work here if hate your job and not want to do what you are supposed to do.

Monday morning. 11 am. I walking distance in... ONE other customer working with an agent. Three other employees... no service. I walked out... I guess they were too busy. When I told them I was leaving they told me they would give me a call. Dont bother kid... Inferior service seems normal. At least they try to upsell you insurance and credit cards while you wait....

Amazing customer service, with knowledge of there product. I figured for a premium service I would be paying a premium price, and i actually ended up saving money compared to the other competitors. Thank you for being smart, fast, and friendly. Highly recommended.

Clear, concise answers and amazing service! Insurance is a highly complex business... for me, anyway. The rep who helped me was super patient and answered all my questions in a way that I could actually figure out whats best for me! Not only that, but she recommended options I hadnt thought of - both to save me money AND protect me. Thank you, AAA!!!!
