I was referred to Mr. Durant through my hospitals website for my Bankruptcy needs, with a cost that was affordable. He and his Paralegal are some of the best people out there. They are patient, they guide you through the processes. They help you along. They answer your text messages and emails within the day. I have nothing but five stars for Mr. Durant and his Paralegal, this Company is one that I will refer to everybody

It was a true blessing for my wife and I to find Dan Durand to help us along with his paralegal Diane. We had complicated case due to it including both our business and our personal finances. They made the process easy from beginning to end, as other reviews have already noted. With it being so draining and emotional, Dan was not only our lawyer but truly cares about the people he helps as well as the guidance from both Dan and Diane. They made the process easy to follow and the instructions were very clear on what was required and the time to get the information completed. I have never seen a lawyer be available to answer questions day/night and was always available to answer questions. I have seen other feedback on comments around Dan and Diane being patient and understanding going through the process is an understatement. In today s world, you really don t find people like Dan and Diane. I would recommend Durand & Associates, PC not only for a bankruptcy but for any legal services provided by the law firm. They will never know how much they helped my wife and I!!!

Dan and Cecile did a great job of helping me get through a very difficult time when my mom passed away. They patiently guided me through 18 months of the ups and downs of settling an estate when a sibling is not cooperating. I dont know what I would have done without them. I would definitely recommend this firm and will be using them again for my own estate planning.

Very satisfied with Mr. Durand and his council. I am involved in a rather extensive lemon law case against a major auto manufacturer, and feel that his representation was excellent. Results are still pending on this case, yet my review is not based 100% on the outcome alone. Dan Durand is a man of integrity and principle, we fought hard for what was true and right. Even if I am not successful in this case, it will not change my positive opinion of his representation. It seems rare to find an attorney who will fight hard for you, and yet maintain such a high moral code of ethics. He has handled creation of my Living Trust, Will, Medical directive, demand letters, general legal council etc. My wife and I are very happy with his service. Highly recommended
