The food is delicious but the two employees working forgot what we ordered multiple times even though it was not busy at all. They were busy chatting with each other, and ended up forgetting bacon in my burger. Hopefully they get better over time because we love the food.

This places consistently gives a lot less than the normal amount of Five Guys fries. Typically at all other Five Guys locations a large fries fills up the bag half way and 2-3 people can eat them. This location they barely even fill the cup. This has happened 3 times already. I won t go back to this location. Fries have been under cooked as well.

I got a small portion of fries 2x when I ordered larges, and when I asked Brandy she went out of her way to give me free fries and a shake. Over all great costumer service from her in particular ^_^ Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese and veggies sandwiches and fries. Dietary restrictions: Kosher friendly

Burger fries and drink dont come more solid than Five Guys. Especially the fries, which are hot salty and plentiful. Remote orders or in person, the food is very consistent, customizable (toppings) and delicious.

07/31/2024 around 8pm Looks like this place changed their large fries portion. They served me a really tiny portion and when I asked if they changed their portion they said no and nicely proposed to add more fries. However it was still small overall. I went to a different five guys in Plano just ti be sure and the portion was the way I used to. Looks like this place changed their portion, 200g total compare to the Plano place 500g The taste was weird also, maybe the oil was too old.

Burger and fries were good, tad expensive in my opinion. But what I didnt like was the soda fountain. Every drink option I tried was mostly carbonated water with a hint of flavor syrup. Basically la Croix. But for $40 for 2 people ( 2 burgers 2 drinks 1 fry) I would at least expect yall to not be cheap with the soda fountain ratios.

Ive been coming to this Five guys for so many times and today this cashier short light skin gave me the rudest attitude she didn t greet me and when I asked for a milkshake she looked me in the eyes and with attitude she said what kind and then I told her never mind I don t want anything and she rolled her eyes at me this happened right now 2/21/24 at 9:30pm Ive worked in fast food restaurants for years and never did I dare to treat a customer like this. 09/26/2023: My niece wanted to try Five Guys and I ordered to go for us. We each got a little cheeseburger and shared some fries. The little cheeseburgers were a nice size, tasty, and fresh. Neither of us felt like we stuffed ourselves afterwards. The fries were also fresh and cooked the way we liked them. The only complaint is that they were a tad over salted, which was a little disappointing. Staff were working hard and running things smoothly. The restaurant was quite with only a few customers inside.

Terrible attention from the person who took my order, it was the same person who prepared it and he did not put the mushrooms, grilled onion and grilled paprika. When I went to complain that my order was wrong, that man tried to give me the Missing ingredients on a tray. I told him no because I didnt eat the ones they put on my burgers raw. This extremely short and fat cashier was very rude. She starts to make fun of me and proceeds to gossip about it with other kitchen staffs IN AN OPEN KITCHEN where customers can see and hear everything. We spent 40 dollars on 2 burgers and a large Cajun fry via Uber Eats. When our food arrived it was sealed completely, so my problem is with 5 Guys, not Uber Eats. There was no burger on one of the burgers I ordered, and I had less than a small fry. Everyone knows if you order a large Cajun fry, it can feed 3 to 4 people. I called and asked to speak with a manager and he told me there was nothing he could do, when he knew his team dropped the ball. Ive been to five Guys plenty of times and NEVER got treated like that after they messed up my order. The manager Demarcus Thompson, he picked up the phone with and nonchalant attitude and said I needed to take it up with Uber because it was delivery. Ive never felt like that at a Five Guys. I would not recommend this specific Five Guys to anyone.

I watched the an employee the manager Lexi, touch the grill as in preparing burgers, smashing all the natural juices out of the meat. This location is not reliable. Placed an order for pickup and they close before 8pm on a Friday night. My wife is pregnant and wanted what she paid for and was denied and told she was being refunded against the hours stated online. Management and employees here are not reliable at this location and something should be done to correct hours stated online. Its inconvenient to have someone travel and rejected. Especially a pregnant person who is also deaf. The manager was pulling their own hair in frustration explaining they were closing early and would not be serving her. November 30th, 2021. I drove in from out of town. Checked into my hotel and wanted to snooze it but was starving. The closest place open on Tuesday at 7:30pm was Five Guys. They were fairly busy. Im assuming because no other place felt the need to be open on Tuesday at 7pm. I am not exaggerating. Two young ladies were running this kitchen like you wouldnt believe! Never stopped moving. Never stopped communicating. Just never stopped! Taking orders, flipping meat, bagging and everything. I would normally expect 5 to 10 for my stuff. Nope. Done in 4! I wish I would have gotten their names but I didnt want to interrupt them. I dont normally do reviews but I was so impressed with them. I quickly gave them a tip, sorry if theyre not allowed, and left to eat. Also awesome! Wish more operators had people like that.

We arrived at 5 guys last night at 7:40 to place a carry out order for 6 people. When I went to the door the door was locked, despite the store hours saying that closing was at 8pm and the open sign was still on. I looked at one of the employees gesturing as to why the door was locked and he just gave me a dirty look and looked away. They were still cooking and preparing orders, so I am not sure why were were not let in. I am very disappointed by the lack of customer service, no one even politely came to the door to explain they were closed . I likely will not be returning.

The food was excellent. Hot and fresh. The food took some time getting out to us, but they were making everything fresh so no complaints from me. I ordered a Little Bacon Burger in a lettuce wrap with onions, jalapenos, and mustard. The lettuce wrap encased the entire burger and was not falling apart. It tasted excellent. The Coke Zero had a good mix from the soda fountain as well as the unsweetened iced tea. Cashier was polite. Would definitely go back.

Has anybody notice that a hamburger is 9.75 and a small fries is 4.75 with a drink is another 2.95. The total for one person is almost 18$ without taxes.

I shouldve taken a picture of the burger and fries but I was too hungry and the food was AMAZING... The service when ordering outstanding and the ladies cooking were Awesome... so nice to walk in and have friendly service from everyone there... so if you want Great burger and friendly service go to Five Guys... you wont regret it!! (Did miss the peanuts they use to have there while waiting for your burger) It was Delicious

Great food most of the time. sometimes the fries are over cooked or the burger is bland depends whose working. Most of the time its worth the almost $40 you will spend for two adults
