I just heard of this place yesterday and had to try it out today. Only one person waiting for his order. It was very easy and pleasant with the order. I was extremely hungry so I ordered the Large Philly Cheesesteak meal. Well I ate everything. Believe it or not, it was delicious. So far this is the best Philly Cheesesteak that I have ate. My new spot. Yall keep it up.

First time trying, meat was a little dry, but sandwich was good once I added mayo, but the fries were extra salty didnt like that. The Sean/Shawn guy at the register wasnt friendly a bit pushy. I probably wont go back but I do say try it and see how you like it.

I visited for the first time today. Enrique has superior customer service skills and is a pleasure to interact with. I hope the store manager sees this compliment and gives him a raise. After getting home, my sandwich was fresh, hot, and tasty. I look forward to ordering again from this location and will download the app.

I have ate from many other charleys however I dont know what is wrong with the food in this one. Never have I ever had a stomach ache with this much excruciating pain and diarrhea and vomiting. 2 hours after eating a chicken Philly I have been back and forth to the bathroom every hour in the past 24 partnered with a horrible headache. Never eating here again. This has scarred me from eating at a charleys for awhile. Next day and I am still going to restroom stomach is easying up but still feels queasy. Feels like I have food poison. DONT EAT HERE

Service was great. Food was great - excellent in fact. Problem is that the small cheesesteak sandwich I paid close to or over $8 for was the equivalent of three or four bites. Smaller than a half sub at Subway. Delicious Philly CSteak but considering the size the price was exorbitant.

I had not had Charleys Cheesesteaks in years. I didnt realize they were still around or operating in Texas. I was not disappointed at all. Food was great even though I ordered delivery. Everything was still tasty when it arrived. Bacon ranch cheese fries were awesome. Good food makes bad days better. Thanks whomever is working today.

I got it. Lets try it, and rate it 1 through 10... But seriously, here goes. At the mall, Charleys employees make the food right in front of you. Here, the kitchen is further away, and for it, you sacrifice nothing. The food seems fresher. I know for a fact it was hotter than any mall version, and I know. Charleys is my go-to for mall food. My fries are crispy. Cheese steak is cheesier. Overall better. Justin, who took my order seemed new but eager. Big smile and greeting from Justin and everyone, like they were glad I came in. Good feeling. And they were by no means dead. I think they need more road signs. We cant have good locations like this disappearing like they sometimes do. Also, get the app. Get your rewards. Parking: 2 spaces for to go orders.

Caitlyn was simply amazing. I was bragging so much my wife said I better not have a secret girlfriend. Great service, food was awesome. This will be the only Charley s we visit. The service was perfect and the cooks made bomb @&) sandwiches

We came here today and have been in the bathroom ever since!!! I m am not too sure what is wrong with the cheese! I only say that because my son did not have cheese and is fine. Everybody else is messed up! A great way to bring in the New year.
