My kiddo had so much fun! We came for a birthday party and stayed for four hours straight and he couldn t get enough of the obstacle courses, jump pad and zip line. Five star place. If you have kiddos, you have to go!

Great time for the kids, the new basketball court is really cool, you can bounce the ball like normal play and get major bounce without the trampoline feeling. Slide and zipline section seemed to be a hit for the kids too. Friendly and helpful staff.

***UPDATE*** ***Booking Parties** READ THE SMALL PRINT! I had my daughters birthday party and experienced many things that were far from ideal. 1) When you book online, you book for 2 hours, but apparently only one hour is for jumping and the other hour is for cake and food (read the small print). 2) I was told I could get there 15 min before my party time to set up and would have a dedicated host to help set up, help with cake and food, clean up, and help with anything I needed. When I got there 15 min before, the lines to check in were at least 10 people deep. When I asked one of the employees if I had to wait in line to check in or where my host was since I was hosting a party, I was informed I had to wait in line just like everyone else. There went 10 of my 15 min to set up and no host. 2) I was told I didnt have a host at that time because she was running late. When she finally arrived 15 min after my party start time (and all my guests had arrived), I had already set up without their help. She told me she was unaware of my party and had not been scheduled (she was nice and apologized and offered to help later on). 3) Most guests had to wait at least 10 min in line to get their bracelets even when they had already signed their waivers. The lines were long and timely since they only had two people working the check in counters and any issues.... the line was all the way to the door and most guests lost 10-15 min of the one hour jump time. 4) Host was not dedicated to hosting as they advertised. Instead, they had her working as a host, the cafeteria/concession, and check in. Of course hosting took the lowest priority. During check out shed mentioned they had 30 parties that day and had been pretty busy. I can only assume by what I saw and experienced that they did not staff properly (neither check-in counters, hosts, nor concession) even when they knew they would need to. 5) Lastly, I had booked a party for 20, which had a 15% discount when I booked. Since only 19 of my 20 guests showed up, they revoked my 15% discount and charged me for the 9 extra guests over the 10 of a standard party. Then they proceeded to ask for a totally optional tip, which by then after all I had encountered felt was not deserved, so I politely declined. I understand they cannot control crowds, but parties are booked in advance and they should have a pretty good idea of the staff they will need and prepare to deal with that. They were not prepared... AT ALL. I feel bad not leaving a tip for my host as she seemed nice and overworked...but I thought on top of not respecting the discount/offer they had offered because one guest did not show up (out of my control and not in the small print), the host did not do much of the hosting ...again, not because she didnt want to, but because they did not staff properly. ***UPDATE*** Jordan from Ninja Kidz reached out to seek additional feedback on how they can improve the party process. Jordan let me know that what I had experienced unfortunately was not the type of experience or standard they strive for. He mentioned party processes are in place (but unfortunatelly were not followed that day possibly due to larger volume of parties, people, communication and staffing issues). He mentioned hes making improvements to be able to handle a larger volume of parties including dedicated (and more) staff, training, and a solid team. I m so happy that I decided to use this place to host my son s 4 year old birthday party. Jada was great and I did not have to ask her to do anything. It is an area with obstacles and trampolines. Yes, it is an area for all ages, mainly for 8 to 13 years old. You have to wear the companys socks, you cant bring them from somewhere else. They have a cafeteria, but you can bring your own water. Its a good place, and they let the kids be.
