Shanan is an absolute pleasure to work with! She had a house listed over in Georgetown that my clients bought. Ive been a full time Realtor in the Austin area for 19 years now, and I honestly dont make a habit out of leaving reviews for other agents. From the very first phone call after 7pm on a Thursday night Shanan answered with sincerity and professionalism. I could tell she loved representing her clients. Shanan and her team made the home buying process completely painless. I was a first time buyer purchasing in a hot market and was very worried about market timing and closing. Shanan was able to show me supporting documentation to help me make a decision and was with me every step of the closing taking the time to explain anything I asked about. I am now a year into my wonderful new home and receiving routine offers well above my purchase price (no thanks!) She really knows her region and was able to match me with a home that I am nothing short of satisfied with!

Shanan is the absolute cream of the crop and is exactly who you want in your corner when it comes to real estate. I have worked with Shanan Shepherd on several housing transactions in the past, m and she is truly the best. When looking to buy a house, she works HARD to find you the best home that she can. She is incredibly professional and is prompt to respond. On the other end of the transaction (selling a home), she works to structure the contract in a way that it can best benefit her client. I ll be honest, I m very picky when it comes to choosing a realtor and I have high expectations. After talking to Shanan for the first time, I knew right away that she was the right fit for us, and I had no doubt that she was going to find us the perfect home. She is professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the ins and outs of buying and selling a home. She made the home buying process smooth and enjoyable, even during the craziness that s been going on in the market lately. One of the many things I love about Shanan is how responsive she is. She is always there for us and quick to respond to calls, texts and emails. She also advocated for us when we wanted to make a change in the contract and she was able to make it happen. Truly impressive. This will end up as a super long review if I continue to tell you all of the reasons why Shanan is the perfect realtor. My husband and I have a ton of great things to say about her. Thrive and Shanan are amazing. We have done three transactions with Shanan. We sold two and bought one house. Im not much of a fan of most realtors but working with Shanan was not at all like the other experiences I have had, Ive done 5 other transactions and if I could only do them with Thrive and Shanan I would. I now live out of town in San Antonio but still would consider using her and Thrive, thats how amazing she is to work with.

I can t tell you how awesome it was to iWork with Shanan on buying a house. It was our first time and we were nervous, but she kept us cool and worked hard for us. We got the first house we put a bid on. Not to mention like 12 other people wanted it. Shanan made it happen though. I will never use another Realator. If you are looking, look no farther. I ve Kept using Shanan she has been involved all five of the sales of my houses. Our two houses in Midland and the purchase and sale of my house in Leander, than the purchase of my house in Georgetown. Any problems that comes up she able to quickly fix the issue or make a suggestion to fix it. Will find the house that fits you and your budget. We have bought and sold multiple properties with Shanon. Each time she has been awesome to work with. On the sales, she has helped us know how to best prepare, helped us filter through multiple offers and negotiate terms for a close on our timeline. On the purchases, she was with us from preliminary online searchers to close. She helped us navigate the best offers, took phone calls to talk us down when we needed reassurance, and walked us through anything that popped up in inspections. We ve worked with other great realtors over the years, but I can confidently say, as long as she s in the game, she s the one we d want.

Shanan is the easiest, most caring realtors Ive ever worked with. The two previous homes Ive purchased in the past I always felt like I was bugging my realtor when wanting to go look at homes. I have asked what I thought were stupid or random questions and Shanan has always quickly and happily answered. She truly cares for people. My wife and I were recommended Shanan 10 years ago for our very first home purchase. We were first time home buyers and she helped us through the whole process.
