The burgers from this Venezuelan chef s food truck are absolutely incredible! I haven t tasted anything like this in Texas. The flavor is unique, a true explosion of taste that leaves you wanting more. The fries are just as spectacular, with fresh ingredients perfectly prepared by them. And I can t forget to mention the torrija: simply delicious, so good that I didn t even have time to take a picture before devouring it. I m at a loss for words because anything I say is going to sound like I am praising this place too much . Well they deserve it!!!!! - Do they have the best burgers and pulled pork sandwiches I ve ever had in my life? Yes. - Is EVERY DISH they serve delicately crafted and look as good as it tastes? Yes. - Is every bite a medley of expertly balanced flavors that make you think this can t be the quality of food coming out of a food truck? Yes. - Do you feel like you won the lottery for getting a dish that is easily twice the price anywhere else? Yes. - Would I nominate this food truck for consideration on the Michelin Guide, since they are apparently coming to Texas? Yes. - Should you trust the exuberance of this random review? Probably not, but you should come find out for yourself.

If I could give this place a one Michelin star, I would. This is not your typical food truck . This is a mobile high-end restaurant quality food at an affordable price range. I ve tried their burger and arepas and the taste was very well-balanced. The technique and details the chef puts into each ingredient is very intentional. This is truly a hidden gem. Try it all and you won t regret it.

The food is really delicious Its the best burger Ive ever had in Austin. The overall food is savory and spicy, so it suits the Korean palate. I heard that the sauces that come with it are also made in-house, and the pepper oil sauce that the chef said he made himself makes me want to buy it. It feels like the chef created the dish after researching and putting a lot of effort into it. I definitely recommend trying it!!

From the first bite, Britos food stands out as more than just a regular meal it s expertly crafted and gourmet. Each ingredient is perfectly integrated into the preparation. The portions are just right, and the flavors are incredibly balanced. The fries were absolutely delicious. The prices are very reasonable given the quality of the food. My husband and I love trying burgers at different places, and without a doubt, this spot will be on our favorites list. They bake their own bread, and the arepa is wonderfully crispy. I won t just recommend this place; we ll definitely be back soon. It s definitely a highly recommended spot to enjoy an excellent burger!

Went on a Saturday, they had all of the vendors and live music. Brito is an outstanding chef, the level of detail on each dish is incredible and the combination of flavors is amazing. Upscale flavors in a food truck is not something that you expect but it s definitely a good surprise. Highly recommended!

Great food truck. We have had the Chimichurri Chicken Skewers (delicious with veggies and sauce), Chicken burger with coleslaw (wow), Brisket Cheese Sand which (brisket is wonderful, not greasy), and arepas (chicken empanadas --- our favorite). Brito s is an uncommon gem in Leander. I got the brisket arepa and it did not disappoint! Perfectly seasoned & complimented with their aioli sauce. Loved every bite! Will definitely be coming back to enjoy.

I pulled over to get a cup of coffee at matinee and he recommended I get something to eat at Britos and he was absolutely correct. The grilled chicken skewer was the most tender flavorful chicken I have eaten in years and for $10 it is the best lunch you will have!!

Cute taco truck downtown leander off Broade street. Ran across this place and were delighted. The arapas and burger were amazing. Best burger in Leander. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for kids to play with yard games.

Usually, when I go to a restaurant and take a bite of what I ordered, I think, Its good, but maybe they could add something else... In this place, thats not the case. It is not enough to just eat one thing. It is too complex to decide which dish is tastier than another. It is an explosion of flavors, emotions, and sensations in small but detailed-oriented things. This place demonstrates the intention, knowledge, passion, and performance of those behind it. Its haute cuisine food in a small food truck. I dont live in this city, but I would love to meet local people to recommend this place. It left us speechless and, above all, stoked! This place is a hidden gem currently, but it will be big, so take advantage before it becomes a chore to try it!

Ive had Britos several times at this point. Ive loved everything Ive had from the passionfruit cheesecake, empanadas, as well as the sandwiches that come on their housemade brioche. I appreciate their chef-forward, and passionate execution of their dishes that pair nicely with the other vendors at Wildfire Park. Such a sweet couple!

I am visiting family for the holidays and saw Britos near my favorite coffee place - Matinee Coffee. Their food is great. I had a brisket arepa, and it was so good that I went back and ordered takeaway for five different food items, which we shared. ALL were excellent! I travel extensively and have eaten excellent cuisine in over 40 countries, including over 10 in Latin America. This is simply superb Venezuelan-inspired food. The husband-wife owner chefs are very nice and friendly. They have only been open a month, and I expect the lines will grow with time, so go now. And get some coffee or tea or beverage from Matinee. They pair well. Its worth the drive and you can sit outside at picnic tables, including two inside a clear tent to keep wind out and keep you warm. I plan to go back every day that I am visiting.
