I was in the drive-thru, the cashier stuck her hand out, I handed her the only money I had for something to eat, she didnt grasp the.money, a puff of wind blew it away. She would not honor my order, she refused me because I couldnt pay twice. I had to wait for the car ahead to move up so I could get out of line. She continued refusing me, the money blew away, it was her fault she didnt hang on to it or act faster. Even the Manager refused. Ill never go there again. Rude people.

Its always nice to have summer fun at mc Donalds since they have AC and indoor playedcape. They have separate bathroom inside the kid play area and plenty of seating . Outside tables have free tablet that I enjoy playing with my kid. They offer good customer service and would bring food to your table when applicable.

We had a really nice experience at this McDonalds. First, they had a big smile when they saw our little doggy. Second, they had no problem adding tomatoes to a Spicy McCrispy and even had a setting in their computer system to add this. Third, they deliver to your table. Fourth, Im a big drinker of water so after I have my soda, I get lots of free refills of filtered water which is very convenient. Fifth, they have a big play area full of kids, and one of the kids stopped by our table and played with our little doggy. Sixth, there was nothing wrong with our order and it was delivered quickly. Seventh, they dont charge extra for extra sauces.

This McDonalds is one we frequent as its usually clean and the food is prepared better than others. The service is pretty good most the time, but not always. Overall it is still our location of choice on fun night for the kiddos. The playscape is better than many.

If I could give the food & service a 0 I would. Me and my siblings were hungry after being at the lake for a while, we went to the nearest thing after dropping someone off & got some mcdonalds. When we pulled up to the drive thru window she repeated our order & everything was correct until we left & checked the bag.. the burgers only had mustard & cheese on it.. we asked for plain. The basket of fries were good, then we tried the nuggets.. they were HORRIBLE. They tasted raw, had a chunky taste and feeling.. we didn t even eat them, we were hoping to get a refund or a new 20pc so we called the McDonalds & tried telling them about it, they just hung up on us so we called again and they picked up then hang up. Worst Mcdonalds ever do NOT go here especially at night time.

I have given this facility the benefit of the doubt one too many times. From missing food, incorrect orders, to RUDE foul mouthed staff ..we will never go back. Leander should have never allowed this facility to be built. The manager could 1000%+ care less about how she or her staff treats customers. The owners should truly be ashamed of this facility but hey, it s a branch making $$ so they don t care. Corporate has also been contacted regarding management and staff. Words of advice AVOID THIS PLACE!

This location is terrible. Every single time I come to this location my order is ALWAYS wrong. It s correct and clear on the receipt taped to the bag yet they ALWAYS mess up. They don t care. Very rude, not a care in the world I am allergic to onions and I specifically told them when I paid at the register. Continued to give me a hand full of onions on my burger. When I went back to ask them to fix it she did not say anything just rolled her eyes at me and took it out of my hand. Meanwhile they are leaning and talking to each other fixing their hair and still touching our food. Not one sorry or anything I do know Spanish but they were talking badly about anyone who came to get their order fixed. About 4 other people after me also had gotten a wrong order or was missing something. Also if there is an option to get it dined it and taken to us. They should commit to that and not tell out everyone s order for us to go get it and it be left at the front. I dont know whats going on lately. The service person at the window taking my money are rude, or just not all there. They dont greet anymore or say thank you, have a great day, nothing! Just a bunch of entitled people thinking they are too good to show good customer service. They make more than some people I know with degrees. Seems like a class in customer service is needed? I just want to say that I ve never had a good curbside experience. Almost every time i get curbside I m waiting for 10-15 minutes and when I do receive my food, it s cold to warm at best. I used to order from this location often. The other day I placed a curbside order. When I arrived the app wouldent let me put in what spot number I was in. So I went inside where I was told that since I didnt arrive within 10 minutes my order was canceled. The employee wouldent listen and wasnt helpfull. He ended saying I had to pay again and the first order would be pending then go away. He then tried to not give us the discount from the app. By the time all this was over my food was cold and my shakes where melted.

This is just your run of the mill McDonalds. Nothing special. SOMETIMES the Hispanic employees will smile, or even speak to you. The food is acceptable and usually warm. But he best thing is the coffee. Always the coffee. Hot and so strong you can float a horseshoe in it. Really wakes me up, especially when I spill some In my lap. All foolishness aside though, I usually have to wait in line at this McDonalds a whole lot less than others in the area. Service is quick and clean. Parking: Surrounded by parking. I only ever go during the lunch rush, every day of the week except for Sunday. But this is the best McDonalds in Central Texas that Ive ever been to. In terms of how fast the food comes out, how smiley the employees are, how kind and quiet the majority of the other customers are.... Food is always built correctly and tastes very fresh. My cheese Quarter Pounder and regular cheeseburger were Cold. Service was amazing - very polite & respectful. Area was clean and well lit. Just disappointed that I had such a craving, and it was dashed.

Even though the opening hours posted online, and on their door, was 6:30 am, the doors were locked. We had to use the drive-through. Other than that, the food was good, and we didnt have much of a wait.

I ordered the Grimace s Birthday with the Big Mac without no pickle and I was given pickles and they can t even center the patties properly. This wasn t the only thing I ordered as well. I came in at an unbusy time and only me and another customer was inside and about two in the drive thru. There were many employees working at the time as well but still manage to mess up a basic order. For the reason 1 star.
