August 2023 - January 2024, we worked with Abbie Reeves from The Bly Team. My husband found her in the Zillow ad of a house of interest. We had spent the last year unsure as to the location of our retirement. We finally settled on south Texas, and with Abbies diligence, found the perfect home. She ALWAYS answered her phone. And when I say, ALWAYS --- I mean, always. No matter time of day or night, 7 days a week, Abbie was never off duty. There was once we called her throughout the day with all sorts of question, never knowing she was on vacation. It is no wonder she is rated as a top realtor along Galveston Bay. She is professional and incredibly thorough. We have had bad experiences with past realtors. Twice, we were misguided during the home-buying process due to their inadequacies. Abbie was an absolute breath of fresh air and a relief. She did everything right, and never once misled us. She completely understands the challenges of coastal living and educated us along the way. The Bly team have been a great help to us throughout our house hunting. Our realtor Mushfiq has shown us above and beyond in many ways, doesn t matter the time of day we ask him for an appointment he always made it happen, even when he is out of the country he made it happen. When he shows you a home , he doesn t just stand there and let you do the walking, he is like almost holding your hands throughout the house your to show everything. He also gives very good advise and makes your house purchase so much easier with confidence. We feel that he showed us all the properties as if he was to purchase it himself , which made us feel more comfortable with him. He is a realtor that anyone would want to go with as he has a lot of knowledge with everything you can think of with house purchasing and he never rushes you. The Bly team was helpful also which I was surprised as it never happened before with any other agency. They reached out in helping us set up all the utilities. Mushfiq negotiated very well to get us a good purchase price we all were happy. Also, not forgetting all the gifts we got at closing from him and his team! We never once got the feelings that he was working for commission but felt he was working towards making us be happy in our new home, Can t wait to hire him again to be our selling agent now instead of buying agent! We used Tina at the Bly team to sell our townhouse. She was referred to us by ideal agent and we were extremely satisfied with the service provided. Last year s market was difficult with rapid rise in interest rates and we only had 1 owner finance offer. My realtor was Matt Fitzgerald. My experience with him was terrible, I m a veteran looking to relocate to Houston Tx. I found Matt on Zillow and at first he was super helpful and informative with the process because I m a first time home buyer but after a couple of weeks I noticed we hadn t put in any offers on the homes I sent him. I brought that to his attention and He ask me the amount that I had currently saved toward a home, after disclosing the amount which was 6,000 he proceeded to tell me that if I didn t have 10k to 15k to offer over the asking price I was wasting his and the sellers time. He made me feel like I didn t matter and wanting to submit a offer with the amount of money I have was dumb. I was confused as to why he was speaking to me the way he was, even my mortgage guy was confused at his comment to me because each seller requires different things and some offer money toward closing. I m a first time home buyer and my experience with him has really hurt my buying spirit.

She has all the connections at the tip of her fingers to make sure you get your offer in on time. We made 2 offers. The first one we were runner-up to an all-cash offer which is really hard to beat. The second one was accepted and Im typing this up in my NEW HOUSE right now. Melinda is professional, works with you and your interests, and very responsive. Michele Crouch was instrumental in finding and procuring the rental property that I am moving into. I am quite certain that without her efforts the landlord would have rented to someone else who did not have dogs. The property management company stated there were no pets allowed to live in this property and Michele went to bat for me and convinced them that my two pups should be allowed to stay in the property.
