We have worked with a few different agents over the years, and Jonathan is by far the best one! His communication is timely but also always thorough. He knew the market well, and helped us make some choices about the house we were selling that ultimately saved us a lot of money. If youre in the market to buy or sell a home, I highly recommend Jonathan. As a client, you can tell he puts a lot of pride into his work. We ran into unforeseen issues with the appraisal process before our purchase closing. Even though the deal was delayed several weeks, Jonathan communicated very well with the us and the sell side to ensure everyone was on the same page. This kept the process smooth that otherwise would have fell through. I will use him again for future real estate deals!

Jonathan is amazing!! Our house sold in a weekend!! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to everyone!! Our house needed lots of work and we werent sure if we wanted to put the money into it to fix it or sell it as is. Jonathan came over and talked with us for over 2 hours...explaining everything and all of our options. We decided to sell as is. We listed the house on a Thursday and by Monday we had 11 offers!! I am confident that Jonathan knows what he is doing and marketed our home in the right way. We are very happy with the entire process and Jonathan was by our sides the whole time!!

My wife and I were very blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Jonathan Brubaker and Edgewater Realty for the sale of our property in League City to facilitate the purchase of our new home in Webster. We were in a difficult position where we needed to find somewhere that had an in-law quarters, but that also fit within our budget range. Not an easy task for the area. Our needs were further complicated by the fact that we homeschool and also that I work from home for my job (one of those post-COVID benefits). Needless to say, we have a LOT going on in our home and we definitely needed to find the perfect property for the right price! Before we even prepared our home for market, the dream home we had been looking for became available. Without hesitation, Jonathan helped us immediately place an offer that was designed to give us enough time to get our existing home in League City prepped, on the market, and sold in enough time to make the sale work out on the new home. All in all, it was a whirlwind ~60 day process, but Jonathan was there to help us every step of the way. We are now living in our dream home as a direct result of his diligence, persistence with the seller, and knowledge of the Houston market. Jonathan helped us sell our house and my in-laws house after they passed away. He was very knowledgeable and patient, especially with my in-laws house which had a complicated probate. He went above and beyond to ensure we closed on time. He also helped us with buying our current home, it was quite the process since we had unique needs and situations but we eventually found one. He gave good advice and was incredibly patient with every situation.
