SO DISAPPOINTED IN STARBUCKS! I walk in and am immediately greeted with strong body oder smell when I approached the ordering station. The young lady Kristen behind the counter had white powder on her around her nose and then proceeded to give me a cake pop she had dropped on the floor and it fell out of the bag this is disgusting behavior. Her hair was also on the replacement cakepop they gave me. Sorry starbucks a wimpy $5 gift card did not fix this experience!

The blonde girl with the large forehead needs to learn how to treat all people with respect she was super nice to the group of young men in front of me, overly friendly and promiscuous if you ask me, she even gave them her employee discount and wrote her phone number down for them but when it was my turn to order she was rude and short with me. So unprofessional I expect better from Starbucks.

Today my husband & I visited the Starbucks on Main St. The young woman at the window (Kristin) went above and beyond to make our drink stop a great experience. We had a little snafu with our order and Kristin was beyond helpful with remedying the situation. With her kind demeanor and quick thinking she is a definite asset to your company. I would visit again just because of how impressed I was with this young lady and her dedication to her customers.

I get the same drink almost daily and it never tastes the same. Some times it s real good and other times I think they don t know how to count the pumps and it s off, bland. I also get different prices each time, usually within .50 but it s always different according to who s running the register. Crazy..

Drink was good but it took 26 minutes after ordering to get my latte and they really werent very busy inside. The one barista making drinks said she has to make drinks for online orders, deliveries, and in the restaurant. They seem to prioritize everybody but people waiting in the restaurant. One lady who ordered even left without her drink because she was on a deadline.

A standard Starbucks. I would say this one is a bit unusual in the size, it is quite spacious and empty. This one had a bit more noise than I was expecting, I went there to study, and the music and people were pretty loud. But this is a coffee shop, and the coffee was up to standard. They have good quality control, consistent food and drinks. I enjoyed my experience there, I am just saying if your intention is to go and have a quiet place it might not be the place

I gave it 4-stars, because I do think this was just situational, but it just wasnt a good experience. They lady taking our order couldnt hear us, which I could understand but we just dont get this issue often. The availability of our order was an issue, so we had to settle for something else. Then when we got to the window, she handed us someone elses order, and we had to repeat our order back to her.

I just want to brag on my FAVORITE Starbucks! They get through a line wrapped around the building and out onto the street in less than 10 mins! And I ALWAYS have my coffee made PERFECTLY!! I decided to treat myself to Starbucks this morning and arrived about 7:10. I went inside where there were two other parties in line to order and just a couple of cars in the drive thru. The guy in front of me doesn t order a drink but instead wants an entire pack of gift cards, I think it was 50, all scanned individually. Well that took a while, I was patient and wishing I was on the receiving end. I was a little surprised the girl didn t say sorry for the wait or thanks for being patient. Finally, my turn, I order my drink and egg bites. I am now the only person in the store with 6 employees. For 10 minutes I watched them make several mobile orders that just sat, and watched car after car leave the drive thru. Finally I asked where my drink was in the line because I was the only one in the store and have watched many cars leave the window and mobile orders get stacked up. I don t know where I was in that line but they did move me up. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I don t go often because honestly I enjoy the coffee I make at home more, just wanted a fancy coffee treat. So, by all means go but don t go inside, only do mobile orders or drive thru as the customer that takes the time to go inside is treated the least important.

I rarely come here because the customer service is horrible. This morning I order two drinks and two different breakfast items. As everyone knows Starbucks isnt cheap so we expect to get quality items. After ordering, I pulled up to the window where my iced drinks sat at the counter for 3 minutes while ROSE chatted with her coworkers. She finally opened the window handed me the now watered down iced coffee drink. Handed me the oatmeal ordered with only the dried fruit and brown sugar. Lastly handed me the bagel which was almost burnt. I asked if I could get blue berries (which my oatmeal was already supposed to have). I am assuming it was too much effort for the other works to open the box of fresh blueberries because when I saw the girl cutting open the box she threw the blue berries at ROSE and then ROSE proceeded to hand them to me and roll her eyes, as if it was an issue I was asking for blueberries for my blueberry oatmeal that I ordered which cost almost $5.00. I recommend going to ANY Starbucks BUT THIS ONE!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Normally my experiences at Starbucks are middle of the road. Nothing spectacular but nothing terrible. I visited the drive-thru of this Starbucks yesterday and was not happy at all. I understand that people are busy and they may not have time to listen when they take orders and they may have to have people repeat it but whenever you go to hand a person a drink and they tell you no I did not ask for an iced espresso I asked for a hot latte, the reply should not be thats not what we heard It is almost a $7 drink and yes I should probably not be spending that much money on a drink but it was a treat. In the early 00s, I was a Starbucks batista and we were trained to be the third place after home and work. I dont think that is how the employees are taught now.

My go to drink is the medicine balm tea but I substitute my honey for peppermint syrup for more of a minty taste and it helps oown up my sinus when I have a slight cold. Lately many Starbucks has had a shortage on the peach tranquility component of the tea so Ive been order Mint Jade Majesty tea with steamed lemonade and peppermint syrup.

Very disappointing. The staff did not correctly customize my order. I watched the employee remake the order and he still would not follow the order specifications. Ridiculous. Even when I specifically ask him to follow the instructions, he still wouldnt do it. I paid extra for the customization and did not receive it. The flavor of the beverage does not taste the same without the correct number of ingredients. It doesnt take a college degree to mix drinks. Retrain or replace!

Weve had a couple of bad experiences here. One time they forgot to give us our credit card back (which, sure, mutual responsibility we should have noticed that) and we didnt realize it until we tried to pay at the next place we went to. More bothersome was they made my drink wrong (they forgot to put the flavored syrup, from which the drink derives its name, in it). There were no modifications, it was the standard Starbucks recipe, and when I went in to let them know they never apologized and acted put out that I wanted them to re-make the actual drink I paid $5 for. I used to work at Starbucks, so I dont think my expectations come from an unreasonable place.
