terrible service, food was overcooked and it was room temperature when i got it. waited over 20 mins just for another drink. asked for some ranch and never received it. waste of money at this place

I enjoyed the day watching football, and the food is great. But I was unhappy with the attention of the bartenders. They were either gathered at the opposite end of the bar, appearing to be scrolling on cell phones, or 3 of the congregating with either a patron or possibly the owner at his table. This may have been an isolated incident, so I will definitely go back... I just hope service is better.

I went here twice with my husband and we waited more than 20 minutes to get our drink order, even then it sucks. The bartenders didn t know most of the basic cocktails and jäger bombs are not made correctly. It s a 2:1 ratio, I understand that if you do not know how to make certain drinks but to not know the basics is concerning. Not to mention fruit flies flying in the bar. My husband waved three different girls to get some service and none came to get our order. They were quick to give us the check and we left quickly. This has happened twice, it wasn t bad the second time but we were definitely still ignored. Not even coming to check up on us if we wanted another drink. They cater to the regulars and talk amongst each other, gathering at the end of the bar. Would not recommend coming here.

Good luck eating at Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery they never properly clean, fruit fly paradise, workers turning up (Yep, they drinking all that alcohol!) more than a Tuesday, selling spoiled food, and the managers try to flex on you and follow you out the door being aggressive. When you Express yourself. All the management is unprofessional and overcharge you for almost anything.

$5 cover? Absolutely not. I dont care what is on Im not paying extra for the privilege of a chair. Also the sign said 5pm fight. It was 730 and they were still doing this. Also the place was a ghost town. Why charge cover? No one is there anyway. Your apology is a joke. Paid event or not, if it is a worthwhile event, then the added boom of customers will more than make up for the cost of PPV. If it isnt worthwhile, then why have the PPV? This is just bad management and price gouging.

First of all they were out of Guinness beer at an Irish bar is not acceptable. I had a Shepard s pie and it was greasy , the cooking staff didn t drain the meat. Also ordered fried chicken sandwich and the fries were minimal portion. Bar staff don t know how to make an old fashioned properly, way too much ice, and the color of the drink wasn t correct. If it s a playoff football weekend, I think it s important to have the staff make sure to have proper items in stock.

I wanted somewhere to go for dinner and watch some football when I arrived I was sat immediately but instead of taking a drink order she basically tossed the menu on the table and walked off. So when the waitres finally came and took my drink order I ordered an appetizer fried mushrooms which took a bit to come out they were poorly battered and soggy the fish and chips I ordered was fine the batter was crispy and the fries were seasoned and tasted ok in the end I found their menu limited...no steak on the menu at all. Waitress ignored me. I waited 10 mins. for a drink when a manager took my order. There were 8 people at the bar, it was 5:30 on a Tuesday 12/5/23. First 2 beers I asked for were OUT. The only guy to take my order disappeared into the back with my credit card. I waived a 20 at him to cash out for the bottled beer my dad got. I told him it was our first, and last time there. That really sucks because we would have loved the Luchadores.

Oct 2023-The restaurant looks clean. It was playing good music. I would not order the appetizer/platter sampler again, too pricey for the small amount of food, compared to other restaurant house samplers. I would recommend to them add some nachos to the app sampler and it would be better. I would return, Id like to try their burgers. (4/5 stars) December 2023- I came back to try the burger. It was delicious and I felt better served; the server was great. The mozzarella sticks and the Swiss Burger with a couple of Blue Moon; I had a good time (5/5 stars)

Today I walked in excited to eat at tilted kilt for the first time in years. Me and my friends got a table. They waitress seemed to want us in and out. She took our drink orders and our appetizers. Drinks came and then we ordered. Now the food is pleasant except for the soup of the day it smelt like BO and was not good I do not recommend. The appetizers came out with the food which makes zero sense why would I want my appetizers with my food. The whole time we were there the waitress never came to check on if we need anything. The place was dead with numerous amounts of wait staff to check on us and they were all worried about sitting at the hostess station gossiping. Sorry I wasn t there to ogle over the women just came for food and good service. I will not be returning due to the terrible service. The food is good but just being served so poorly is what it did it for me. This tilted kilt is shameful. Good luck on having a successful business but I will no longer contribute. Maybe check on the customers instead of flirting with the ones who order alcohol treat us all the same thank you for coming to my Ted talk.

Extremely disappointed I used to go to one in San Antonio it was the guys hang out to watch the fights I was excited to find out they would open one here in Laredo because of my awesome experiences in San Antonio first time here and sat at the bar for over an hour before some even acknowledged me never offered me a menu or anything saw the waitresses gathered amongst them selves laughing and on their phones saw many people leave for the same reason sad how the people here in Laredo don t care about their job or the customer service they provide the manager was the same way

The service was ok and the wings were pretty good However they really need to change the level of spicy ness. The hottest flavor isn t even that hot it s kinda embarrassing to serve this in my opinion. The hangover burger was filling, but the taste wasn t completely there. It tasted plain with no twist or flavor.

I would say I have been there around 8 times. I would say the first two experiences were the best. As I went for the others, my experiences werent the best. At first the waitress brought our drinks quickly but as I waited for the food or refills she did take her time. I do understand it is pack at times but at least checking is appreciated #Luisapproved barely

Nice waitresses that give you the time of the day, but they are put in bad position because of piss poor management, most of the kegs, bottles and cans were out, we ordered the only IPA left they had, Goose Island, and when we got it we Immediately realized it was not an IPA, we asked several waitresses until finally one checked and discovered it was actually Mic Ultra Gold, so no IPAs or pale ales in whole bar, also they were charging $5 cover for an MMA fight, again piss poor management!

I will not be returning to this location again. I felt unwelcome kinda like when you go into a room where everyone in the room hates you. Thats the best way I can describe it. Very disappointed in the customer service with the waitress! They spent to much time sitting at one table and keep in mind yall werent busy at all at 10 pm @ night! Will not be returning. Pay for food & beer and I got out of there asap!

The server was very attentive at first and then as the event started she moved to the other side of the room and we couldnt get service. No big deal. Until we found out she took a $30 tip instead of $3 off our card. Called the management and they gave us the run around. We had to call corporate. Still took a while to get refunded. The food is decent. The drinks are good but kind of expensive (they are about the same as any other place - $6, $7). It was a good place to go to watch the fight. Other than that. Meh its aight.
