The play area is very safe, and has enough space for all the children to play, plus there are games for small children and for older children, the food comes out quickly, the potatoes are delicious, and the place is super clean.

Evertime I go to this burger king the managers dont have a nice attitude they always look annoyed Im a dasher and I hate picking up an order at this burger king there always with a bad attitude they want us dashers to confirm the order but they dont want to confirm back that the order is correct and has no missing items . I wish all employees and managers here on Guadalupe were nice and not always have a mad face . So Im not going to this burger king anymore to eat or to pick up order .

Burger King on Mines Road in Laredo,Texas, messed up on my Whoppers, and the fries were hard and cold. I called numerous times to complain with management, and nobody ever answered. Apparently, nobody can ever go through as the mailbox is never set up and is full to capacity.

I am a former worker at this Burger King. They do not treat their employees fairly, I was there for a year and started me off with $8. A year passes & I asked the general manager for a raise and the manager there kept saying that they re inputting the raises. Time goes by and new employees are getting hired and we discuss topics on salary and the new employees claim they get paid .75 more than me and they claimed the manager asked for them to keep it to themselves. They favoritize employees and the hard working employees get taken advantage of by setting all the hard working and multitasking on them meanwhile new employees or favoritized employees are slacking iff, going to the restroom taking 30-45 minutes every other day. There was some employees getting paid $8 when being a cook and cashier when we were very short staffed especially in the summer. Her loyal employees are taken advantage of. I would talk to the assistant manager about this issue and she would just tell me that it doesnt matter as long as things get done by others. Another incident happened where I requested two important days off beforehand due to graduation etc. The general manager spoke with me and we came to terms. The day of those events, I don t go in of course because everything was in place and confirmed. Then the next week starts and I m not put on the schedule, I call the store and they tell me I didn t call in to let them know i wouldn t be working those two days. I asked if I m still employed and that s when the GM says I am not because of it. They did me so wrong with especially since I was the only one who would never miss, despite the fact I had no transportation and I had to walk home at night to my new home while working until 12/1am . I missed two days and they fired me because of it. That location does not appreciate their employees like they should.

We visit frequently, my husband my son and I. The place is very spacious. Most of our visits are around lunch. My husband likes the special the menus have, the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately yesterday there was a young cashier (red hair) and she was what it seem not enjoying her work whatsoever. Im glad she didnt take her order. Besides that we love going there and we will continue going Kid-friendliness: The playground is Awesome my son loves it. The playground is Always clean. We visit frequently for the same reason!

I asked for a bacon double cheeseburger combo with Coke. When I got the drink, I immediately took a sip only to find it was flat. It was replaced but it was flat again. We drove off, I was about to eat my burger, it came plain and dry just as I asked but with no bacon, fries were unsalted. We drove back since I was charged for the bacon. When I pulled in, I told the cashier about the errors. I didnt even receive empathy, no Im sorry. My order was taken back and they gave me a new burger. I got the burger, went back to the car , unwrapped it, And then saw it finally had bacon but it was not plain and dry. I went back frustrated this time and told the manager that the burger was not plain with cheese and bacon like I initially ordered. Again, I received no apologies. But, the manager took it into her own hands to make the burger as the employees kept messing up. I cant believe it took all that to get my burger like I wanted, I was upset because my boyfriend and I along with her daughter were supposed to eat at the same time in the car. My man finished his food first before I could get to mine so I asked if I could at least keep the wrong burger so I could give it to my boyfriend and we could eat together. At least they did that for us so I didnt leave too disappointed.

Ordered food with uber eats, thats not the issue. The issue was that the food was disgusting it was hard, everything was bigger than the patty. Its like they got an old patty and just put it together. Very disappointing to say the least just wanted a good quick meal after work, never doing that again at least to this location.

Cant go wrong with the whopper, in my opinion best burger to come out of Burger King, wish they had the ChKing back though, that one was also great! Ordered threw drive thru and the order was incorrect not what we ordered and the food was cold. Called to make a complaint on the order over the phone with the morning manager and was hanged up. When tried calling back the phone was left off the hook so I could not call back. Don t recommend going to eat at this place. If you want better service go to any other Burger King in town. Zero stars if I could.

It is not the first time that my family and I go and the whole dining area is full of smoke. It gives it a real bad smell, and it feels very Hot. We try eating on the tables that are in the Playground area but you still get that smell. Its very uncomfortable to eat there.
