She s the reason for the phrase salt of the earth . Sweetest person and hardest worker. While you sleep, she s searching for your house. When you re eating, she s searching for your house. When you re .scrolling thru tic toks after your coffee, she s driving by houses that she s been up all night looking at for you. Then, she s going to flip that seller like a mattress and get you the deal of a lifetime.

Allison is amazing! She is attentive to your needs when it comes to finding a home. Dedicated and always available to clarify your questions. I chose Allison as my Real Estate Agent based on good reviews on her. After speaking with Allison, and letting her know our needs and the type of home we were looking for, she immediately located some houses to look at, after the 3rd house (which we fell in love with) we made our decision. She helped us throughout the whole process with a lot of patience, and would explain every step in detail. Definitely would recommend Allison to all my acquaintances who are in search of their home sweet home!

Allison is amazing at what she does. She helped us find the perfect home in the time crunch we were in. Moving from one city to another was extremely rough going but I never had to worry about the home hunt or process because she made it so easy for us. Allison was incredibly attentive and dedicated. We looked at fourteen (I think) properties on the first day, and she remained attentive throughout the financing process. More importantly, she was forthcoming and candid with every property we saw, something of great service to any first-time buyers. 10/10 would recommend.

Allison helped me with my recent rental/ purchase search (whichever fit better for the time frame) and even inteoduced me to a lender to learn more about the purchasing side. She took the time to genuinely listen to my main desires in a home, and constantly kept me updated on places not only within my exact requirements, but even places closely just outside of my priority zone/ features as backups. When we found a place just outside the area I wanted, but with all the features and more, she was quick to act when I said yes and secured me a great spot that I love. Will definitely be using this fantastic gal again anytime I need to search for a new home. Thanks!!
