A car hit me when I was driving and it was their fault. Thank God it was not an 18-wheeler because my injuries would have been much worse! Mr. Castillo and his staff gave my case the attention it needed. They got me the maximum policy limits the other insurance had. I was crashed into by a truck on my way to work. Although it was not an 18-wheeler, Mr. Castillo s office treated my case like it was. They helped me find treatment, they communicated all statuses to me and they recovered all that was available under the other driver s insurance, by getting me the policy limits. I would not hesitate in recommending his office to anyone else that was crashed into by another vehicle or 18 wheeler.

A little over 2 years ago, I was rear-ended by an 18 wheeler on Loop 1604 in San Antonio. I suffered serious injuries to my neck and lower back. Mr. Castillo did a great job for me throughout the case and even obtained the dash-cam video inside the 18 wheeler that showed its speed at the time of the crash. Mr Castillo ended up settling my case for much more than expected. I highly recommend Mr Castillo to anyone involved in an 18 wheeler crash in the Laredo or San Antonio areas. #cuentaconcastillo

Not only does Mr. Castillo have his staff keep up with deadlines and have the respond to us directly. He too responds directly to us. I like that I have that personal contact with him. It makes me feel secure to know that he is personally handling my situation. He was able to dismiss my DWI ticket with the DPS without having them automatically suspend my CDL for a whole year. it is my livelihood.
