The chicken here has amazing flavor and is so juicy! The rice and beans are flavorful. The salsa is a bit spicy and very tasty. I love it all! Service is quick also, not much of a waiting time. Comfort food at its best.

great food but very busy and its a drive thru/ walk up stand. no indoor dining. they do have benches in the grass by the parking lot. its also in an inconvenient location to get to. the food is delicious and big portions. limited to can drinks and no pictures on the menu. so everyone asks whats this and that. even though its all grilled chicken.

They served us the worst pieces of dried chicken. Chicken Must have been sitting out for a while. They were very disorganized. drive-through lady was even cussing through the speaker because they were messing up in the back. Food should not be served to the public like this. Owner needs to be informed. I can just imagine how much food they re-use or has been sitting and spoiling. No restaurant should serve food this unacceptable.

This is so good; the chicken is flavorful, the rice is just on point, the beans... Oh man the beans. If you want grilled chicken I would totally recommend this restaurant. Damn food almost taste home cooked, and I love it.

The chicken is very tasty. I dont think there is chicken in all of Laredo that surpasses El Pollo Feliz in flavor. This place is, as we say in English, a hidden gem. Delicious chicken. Possibly the best chicken place in Laredo. Kind of a hidden gem, in my opinion.
