I was at Paseo Real on July 5, 2024 for the banquet event of our program. It served the purpose but overall I find it outdated and its lighting dim. Its projection screen is not in a central location which makes viewing the presentation from the opposite end of the room difficult. It did not have that classy ambience I expect from an event place whose name Paseo Real connotes elegance. What compensated for its disappointing vibe are two things - the tasty chicken dish served to us that night and the delicious desserts plus the SnapAPic Photo Booth which I enjoyed to the fullest. Other than those three, it was a bit of disappointment to me.

I have been at many events at this venue, the first time it was a quince, everything was perfect but the smell from the ladies bathroom was awful. I contracted them for my daughters Xv I addressed this problem and I guess they fixed. This last Saturday was UMS prom it smelled again!!! The kids were complaining about the smell and how the food tasted, some of them with headaches and just found out some kids got sick.

Before you sign your contract please be careful cause they start charging you extra for everything . Worst place for owner and staff to work with you !!! Never again doing business with this Event Center !!!

My husband and I had our wedding there and everything was perfect!! Thanks to Karlas help, everything went much better than we expected, even our guests were delighted with the service and everything!! Paseo Real was absolutely the best! I could not have chosen a better place to celebrate my wedding at. All of the Paseo Real staff that helped to plan our wedding were so patient and attentive to every detail and really brought my dream wedding to life. It was so beautiful and elegant. Staff is very disorganized and the coordinator or lady in charge was constantly lost the majority of the time ! To top it off at he waiters were very disrespectful and had a big attitude ! If I ever host an event I ll make sure we never spend another dollar here !

Very disappointed with the Dj and the communication with the the staff at the wedding was not good had I know ahead I could have appointed someone from my party to be the go to person, and for that I did not even get the cut the cake moment. Prices are high so the expectations are high as well, I will never get that moment and I will not have my playlist come a reality, very disappointed. Food was cold, I demand a redo

We had our daughters sweet sixteen on 10-26-18. The staff from the event coordinators to the bartender, wait staff and venue decorators were courteous and extremely helpful. All our guests had a great time and we re raving how elegant the venue was decorated. We as a family are very pleased and would recommend this venue for all your events.
