I ordered Crab Rangoon, Vegetables eggroll and Shrimp lo- mein. The Rangoon and egg roll were standard pre frozen apperizers. The shrimp lo mein was TASTELESS, with the tiniest shrimp ever and not enough shrimp for the price point. Im so disappointed with my entrée. If I didnt live far away from this location Id take it back. NEVER AGAIN!!

I tried to place a order over the phone I ask for two meals the first meal was chicken and shrimp fried rice with no eggs no vegetables the lady that took my order advised we can t make the fried rice without egg I then stated well what about ppl who are allergic to eggs so all your fried rice comes with eggs she then tells me that they can make the fried rice without eggs (I m pretty sure they pre made fried rice with eggs and that s what they were trying to serve) I then asked for pepper steak no eggs she now has an attitude but continues to take the order while saying no egg in fried rice pepper steak I said ok cool I then asked for 2 egg rolls do you know this lady got the nerve to tell me egg rolls are eggs I m like ma am it s called a egg roll because of the shell it s not scrambled eggs in a egg roll can I just place my order she then says well you said no egg ma am idk what side of the bed you woke up on but I advised you to take some classes for comprehension because obviously you just had a bad day and felt like being a nag instead of providing good customer service or you must can t comprehend what a customer is explaining to you worst service ever you restaurant is in the heart of a black community we pay yall bills the least you can do is provide great customer service oh yeah and I forgot to mention it was a new cashier and she also advised she thought I was a getting a special (cheap order) and she advised with the special is the pre made rice that has egg and vegetables and you can t substitute it mind you I never ordered a special!! I have been several times trying to give benefit of doubt. The first time was good. The second time not so much. I went back and the rice was precooked. Last night the rice and Rangoon was precooked in grease. You could tell when looking at it. My stomach is hurting as we speak at 549 a.m. Go somewhere else!!!

The food is ok but the customer service is horrible. The food isn t good enough to deal with the horrible service! They will always get something wrong on your order. When you tell them they gave you the wrong food, they will argue with you and tell you that you didn t actually order what you said you ordered. Very unprofessional and I m leaving a review anywhere I can. They are extremely disrespectful and will take your money give you the incorrect food and tell you they won t fix your order. I ve never had such bad customer service. This is why the dining isn t open and you can order take out. It s because they are not equipped to handle orders. I ll never order there again and I advise you not to ever walk away without checking your food. one of them is a very disrespectful old women. Worst customer service I ve ever had in my life.

So, when you walk in, the place is still set up for Covid. The restroom is not available to customers. The cashier is still blocked off from the customers by a good 10 feet. They have only a single menu that is taped to the barricade tables. While the staff was friendly, the food was poor at best. All the sauces were lacking in flavor and the crispy items were so drenched in sauce that they were...well...soggy. Would not recommend this one.

The place was very empty when we went but there were people there to pick up orders and they absolutely recommended this place. Service was friendly and fast. We ordered the combination fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. We ordered a small sweet and sour chicken and it was enough for two people to share. The combo fried was rice very good. I just wish we had more than 5 little shrimp. We didnt really need soy sauce because the rice was good with and without it. My daughter loved the pineapples that came with the sweet and sour chicken. Well definitely order from here again. We also LOVED the fish tank with the parrot fish.

My experience was smooth and fast at pick up. I ordered two lunch specials Sweet and Sour Chicken, Orange Chicken and came with a soup and two small egg rolls, Also a side order of Lo Mein, and Crab Rangoon at the cost of $39.73. I have no complaints with the food we ate and the flavor was definitely there. Orange chicken was sweet and tangy with no overpowered orange flavor. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was very crispy and delicious with and without the sauce. The Crab Rangoon are my favorite with a nice crunch, The center was smooth and creamy. Finally Lo mein was good as well. No complaints with my order this time round.

Im sorry but what I ordered from here was not good. It was my 1st time and I picked it in Uber Eats.. I cant judge anything else but what I got. I ordered my fave Egg drop Soup.. it was super thick like gel and not tasty at all. Moo Goo Gai Pan.. which was also not tasty..no flavor. Fried Rice that had absolutely no flavor and just plain no eggs or veggies. Egg roll was just ok and Crab Ragoon was good. We are visiting Texas for spring break and staying in a local hotel. After walking downtown all day we came back not wanting to sit at a restaurant and the front desk had a menu from this Tons palace with a delivery option. We got the generals tsaos chicken, beef broccoli, chicken fried rice and the pan fried dumplings. The food was really good! Everything was really tasty and they gave us very generous portions. We would definitely order here again, and the women that took my order was really nice. Were from Vegas so we know good Chinese food and this place his the spot! The only downside was that the delivery took 1 hour 20 minutes. But it was worth the wait!

I just order Chinese food from here egg roll was so hard and the rice had a funny smell and taste like a day old food. I called and there response was they were close yesterday and the rice was frozen, really. Never again Today is 11/3/22 I decided to try them one more time this place is the nasty Chinese place in the world. They need to closed down. I looked at the parking lot and noticed that there were no cars, then I went in because I thought that maybe it was a down time for service (even though it was 1pm) and said under my breath that, It stinks in here and a dude that was sitting there said, I said the same thing. I guess I wasnt quite enough. Then, I looked into the doors of the dining area, and they had it all blocked off due to Corna Virus, and I left. I didnt eat or order. Im a delivery driver, when I came in a immediately noticed the entire dining area is blocked off by tables. I told them I was here to pick up an order, asked if I could use the restroom, the lady says we dont have restrooms as if there isnt a door that clearly says restrooms on it. Food was HORRIBLE! Ordered the Shaken beef and I don t even know what kind of beef it is. Stringy and can t take a bite without it getting stuck in my teeth. I do not understand why this place has good reviews. First & last time ordering. One entree was completely wrong (no description on website). If it hadnt been for being spicy hot, everything would be bland. Order came with no fortune cookies What no fortune cookies!! Total order was less than $20 but with all the fees I was charged $32. I ve been going to this restaurant since I was a kiddo! They are delicious! I would totally give them 5 stars but they changed their noodle for the Lo Mein, and I think the deliciousness factor went down with that change.

Great food, quick delivery. Lots of sauce in my order, most chinese restaurants bring you dry food that has to be saturated with soy or duck sauce. Not the case here. Thanks Toms for one of the best delivery meals I have had in a while

The order was all wrong, instead of small plates I got charged for large plates and it wasn t even what I ordered. The food is so salty and has poor flavor, the rice seems old and over cooked. The worse is that for the food is a very expensive place and the costumer service sucks!

I ordered on grub hub. They did not get the main entree right. When I called the woman who answered argued with me about what I ordered until she finally agreed. She got the manager who told me I would have to come and pick up the food. I ordered a delivery service for a reason. He said he had no drivers that he would give it to me next order, like they would remember. Then he told me to call grub hub and pay for another delivery. After explaining I should not have to pay another fee for their mistake, he agreed to call grub hub. It is the next night and the manager has yet to return my calls. I don t care how good their food is, they have horrible service and management.

I ordered and payed online I ordered a shrimp fried rice and a shrimp broccoli. The delivery turn out to be through doordash which was delivered in a timely manner. The complaint is against the restaurant I specified that no egg due to egg allergies, but when I received my order the food had egg. On the steam rice that cane with the shrimp broccoli when i opened the box it had a hair. Dont waist your money all my food end up in the trash. These could ended cause me and my family to end up on the ER due to our food allergy. I call the restaurant to complain and the lady that answer said she couldn t help. There was no manager or owner to take care of the situation. She tried to replace the rice but with all the above said it clearly shows that they do not care of customers. Will not be ordering again from this place save your money not worth it.

I love double pork (a dish of pork belly that is cooked twice in traditional seasonings). I was excited to see this place had it on the menu since many places do not because it takes time to prepare. I was so disappointed to get once cooked pork loin/chop. Will NEVER order from here again since it was not what I ordered and the flavor was not traditional - Garbage.

Food delivered first time and it was good combo fried rice. 2nd time I ordered and actually went in to pick it up. The smell when you walk in was something similar to decay and rottenness. The mask I had on did not help. The decor is old and dirty. The fish tank in the entrance is disturbingly creepy. The female owner was abrupt and rude. I got the food and gave to homeless couple. I could not get past the smell.

Lets start with the fact that I dont expect perfection from delivery Chinese at all! However, I have had egg drop soup from many places in my nearly 40yrs of life and was NOT at all pleasantly surprised to find sweet corn in it, it was thickened because it was almost like jello in the bowl by the time I got to it. But, then the meal made a positive turn when I got to my actually pretty darn good dumplings followed by some really decent general tsos chicken!!! The only recommendations I have are to reconsider the soup recipe and to use kikoman soy sauce packets instead of the panda brand

I was just told by this company we dont care about satisfying there customers. I am am not making this up I cant believe I heard him correctly but he said it twice this is very disappointing to hear. Ive been going here for years but have to say bye to this place because if you dont care about satisfying your customers I cant trust that you even care about what you feed me and my family. So my advice to everyone beware of at eating places that are to big headed to think about their customers they serve.

Be sure to check your food before you leave.....they dont give you a full order. When you get home, thats when you notice that they only put half of the rice in the order and also theres not a lot of shrimp. I order shrimp fried rice and when I got home noticed my order had very few shrimp and not full. I wont be going back.

Just ordered delivery and all in all it was good! The sweet and sour chicken was especially good! The noodles weren t what I was expecting but I liked them. Its the closest to Chinese food that I am accustomed. The pork fried rice was top notch and so was the beef and broccoli. The egg foo yung was mixed in with some beef and brocolli and the pork chop suey as well as the egg food yung were drowned in gravy that was a bit salty. Egg foo yung had the texture of a cake rather than eggs. Even though it was a mixed bag on the first visit I will be back... thebowbers are very pleasant and over all the food is the best chinese I have had since moving to Texas almost 6 years ago.
