This is for the owner or manager. You need to address customer service. Guy putting meat on bread took my wifes order then went to customer behind me. I said that I would like to order and then did so. Went up to pay, girl wasnt pleasant (nobody was between 4 people). We paid and girl put a bag on the counter. I had to grab the pen, write what each sandwich was, then bag them myself. It wouldve had a more pleasant experience if I couldve just paid at a kiosk and you dont have to pay people to piss off your customers. You will probably get more business as well.

Ordered the turkey provolone then waited and didnt see them making it so went up there again and ordered. The bread had a taste of Tina fish on it. Probably from the previous order because he/she didnt change food prep gloves. Hope I dont get sick.

This is one of many many orders for myself and work this order the Italian had so much lettuce and tomatoes as you can see, you can t find the cheese or the meat. Second photo on the Philly most of the cheese and the caramelized onions are on the paper very little actually was in the sandwich. This time my friend treated me he said he does not like this store because of that he prefers the league city store over any of the others. They re perfect orders come out precisely as you want them. Presentation is better. The sandwiches are not messy and the service staff is friendly, these are his words but I can see now what he means I have had to re arrange or cut bread off because of hardly anything other then salad. The food is tasty once you make it your own I m sure you guys can do better

Sandwiches for 30...great service over the phone from Joe and great service from Jacob and the others in the shop. We appreciate their charitable giving to Special Olympics! UPDATE - Two years in a row, we went to Jersey Mikes on their day of giving. The staff seemed super happy to be a part of the charitable effort. I imagine that they write a big check to Special Olympics every year - AWESOME!

Jersey Mikes made its way into our lives and it became our favorite sub shop place. The staff is super friendly despite all being young theyre all super attentive. normally we get it delivered but we ate inside on this visit. The building is super clean and the hot sandwiches were excellent. watch your chips we got an open bag... It was torn at the bottom corner. The portions are always generous and theyre not skimpy with the meat.

I will say I ordered to go online and it was ready within the 10 mins I placed the order. The guy was nice when I came inside and my order was ready. I don t usually eat jersey mikes, but it was close by and people talk about it. The price is moderate. I paid $10.23 for a regular (7 inch) turkey sandwich. As you know a 6inch sub for subway is about half the price typically. Jersey mikes meat (again turkey) was pretty thin, but I did like the flavor of the sandwich. Overall, if I just got paid I would eat there . But if not I would just get a subway.

This is the best traditional sub in my experience. Im originally from Louisiana and they remind me of Po-Boys with Non Toasted French loaf bread. I usually order the #3 ham and provolone or the #13 original Italian. Staff is always friendly and service is fast. My 4 stars for atmosphere is only because it is a small venue.

Lady swept the rug in my direction i had to move out of the way cuz she was stirring up dust, i would think they would do that outside? Cuz it coulf get into peoples food. Also they left my drink out on the counter while they assembled my sandwiches. And then the young man proceeded to argue with me that it was still cold. Um no thanks! I will take a cold drink. Also they had the same gloves on after handling money&then prep peoples food. DISGUSTING!! Maybe change ur effin gloves??? This is one of my families favorite places to eat but getting to the point of not ordering from there due to lack of service from this location. We place our orders online for pick up. 90% of the time the sandwiches are not marked with a name or number even though we order up to 5. 50% of the time there are missing ingredients or ingredients we asked to be removed that are still on the sandwich. It shouldnt be hard to follow a check list and add thibgs as you go down the line. Please retrain your employees properly. Starting with the manager and working your way down.

The big guy who took my money never changed his gloves in the 30 min I was in the restaurant- he prepared food, packaged food and took money all in the same gloves, as well as was wearing dirty beaded wrist bands. The tables were all dirty and no one ever came out to clean them. It s obvious that the owners don t keep up with equip as the knives they are using are so dull they are just tearing the sandwiches/breads apart. 6 employees working with what looked like 3 knew what they were doing. I was handed the wrong food as the staff was confused- thankfully they realized the mistake but it did cost them a sandwich as I had already opened the one they handed me. My cash payment was rounded up for 65 cents, not sure what that s for or why it was done. When I asked the cashier he said oops I thought it was only 2 cents I used to think that the food was worth the money but a single sandwich and drink is $14, not sure that it s truly worth the price anymore, especially where the staff/faculty are dirty.

Love, love, love me some Jersey Mikes, but this store is always lacking the various assortments of bread! And there have been times when the bread wasnt fresh, and neither was the mayonnaise. The tomatoes were over ripe/soggy looking, and the lettuce was old/browning! In addition, only five of the six items (meats & cheese) were put on my #13! Ill give this store one more chance to get it right before I purchase elsewhere!

Avoid this location, if not ALL Jersey Mikes. They fire people with disabilities, even though the employee is STELLAR otherwise. My family member has Music Dystrophy, and was fired for being too slow. He worked there 30+ hrs a week for over a year. Never called in sick. Worked when OTHERS called in. Was on his feet all day, even though it was taxing on him. He was loyal to a seemingly UNLOYAL employer. If this is how they treat the disabled, why condone it by spending your money there? I know I wont, and Ill make sure that all my friends and family wont either.

I really wanted to give them (la Marque, tx location) a good review. I like shopping local. But when you go in and they tell you they just cleaned the cold area, so they are only willing to make you hot subs, that s a bit frustrating. I walked in there at least 20 minutes prior to them closing. Do all the locations only make certain food after hour? Do they have a menu for the last hour they are open? That may be helpful for my next visit. Edit: we ve frequented this establishment a few times since and service has been much better. A few after my original review my wife went in and spoke with the store manager, and the topic came up that she was associated with the review. The store manager said that he took care of that problem and it wouldn t be an issue moving forward. He also didn t try to buy our business by giving us anything free for the inconvenience; I appreciated that. The service (now) and food quality is enough to be repeat customers.

Im giving this one 5 stars because there honestly was nothing major I had yo complain about. The worst possible thing I could say, would be that I didnt prefer their Stubborn brand Root Beer. I drank it and it wasnt terrible, but wasnt what I thought it would be either. The drink aside, my wife and ordered The Original Italian, giant sized on rosemary and parm bread. They dont have a variety of things to put on your sandwich, but thats not bad. It actually makes it easier. We were both impressed with watching as the meat was put in a slicer and then straight to our sandwich. So you know it hasnt been sitting out all its fresh cut. We had it Mikes way, I believe is what the Sandwich Smith called it. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles, with oil and vinegar, then salt and pepper. And he didnt just do a little sprinkle here and there. He splashed that vinegar over the whole sandwich and then did the same with the oil, salt and pepper. It was kinda nice to see it just thrown on there like it was meaningful art! The sandwich too, wasnt this thin limp looking thing. It was seriously stacked and bigger than a foot! Then theres the taste. It was soon good. I could eat one of these 2 or 3 times a week. I may have gone a little overboard with my onions, cause did tell him as he was making it to a little extra, which he did happily. It been a couple hours and Im still Tasting those onions, that Im sure were cut in that slicer. They were very thin cut, very long pieces. The price was a little more than what youd pay another sub place, but it didnt bother me so much considering how good it was. Were planning on going back soon. Maybe tomorrow...

Not all Jersey Mike s are created equal, some have better customer service than others. The employees at this location don t believe good customer service applies to them. At some locations, employees are happy to see you. At this one, they couldn t care less. The food may be as good as in other places, but the way they treat customers at this location sucks rocks. I do not understand at all how anyone could say they had less than a five-star experience at this location. The staff is a team, working together with such precision, that after more than 50 orders I can honestly say I ve been happy every single time. They re a really nice group of hard working young people. If you don t like things that are proscribed by their corporate office, like how much meat you get in a sandwich, don t take it out on the people who work there by giving a bad review on Google. I purchased almost $60 worth of sandwiches from them, and more than half or wrong in some way or another. Two of them were not even the sandwiches we ordered, and contained ingredients the people were allergic to. Others paid for extra meat, but got hardly any meat at all. Its obvious the employees here are just going through the motions and dont really care about quality. Its a shame, I used to eat it Jersey Mikes a lot, but Ill have to make it an occasional thing now and go to the one thats a couple miles farther away. This is a new location, which is really sad.

Horrible experience. First time to this location. Took 30 minutes to get our small order. Staff told my hubby that they re not set up to do military discount (funny because other locations do). The staff was dropping items on the floor and had no clue what they were doing. Asked for a sub in a bowl and it was missing tomatoes. I told staff and he ignored me. Tables were dirty and other customers were frustrated as well. I ll be sure to spread the word on this particular location.

Twice we have tried this location. The first time, they didn t read the order and put stuff I m allergic to on my sandwich. The phone number listed on their app, website and Google listing is incorrect. The second time we ordered through the app and our delivery never made it. The store tried to blame the delivery provider in the delivery provider blamed the store. When I requested a refund for the food that I never received, both entities played oh I can t process your refund game . So I m out $30.11 without any food, a gift card or even an actual apology. Update your information so your customers can reach you and DO BETTER!

Horrible service! The staff COMPLETELY lacks knowledge in celiac disease/gluten allergy and cross contamination. When I asked for a gluten free menu the guy points to the bread and says, all we have is gluten free bread. I ask about fresh veggies as I could tell they dont utilize utensils and I was told what they have out is all they have. The guy explained they clean the machine that cuts the meat and they have gluten free bread but that was all. If you have celiac disease or a severe gluten sensitivity I would not eat here
