Great place with awesome managers and team and Irene best cook, aswell as the others there, kudos to all of them also to the ones that complain about cleaning your tables they have a procedure that if no one is on the table for a period they have to clean the table and any private property is given to the management for safe keeping,they just doing their jobs.

Went to CiCis on Fathers Day with my son and his family. It was a very enjoyable visit. The staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant was spotless, food was delicious, and the grandkids and myself tore up some desserts! We all decided we need to go there more often. The new Oreo pizza is pretty good, but the Bavarian cream is still my favorite. I love that you can request a pizza to be added to the line, and the salad fixings are fresh. The game room seems to have gotten an upgrade recently as well. Parking: It s located in a large shopping area so parking is plentiful Kid-friendliness: With the large variety of pizzas and the fact that you can request what your child likes you can t lose. There s also a game room.

Honestly, one of the best Cici s I ve been to in a while. I came here around 3:30 on a Sunday with my daughter. It was pretty packed for being a late afternoon, but they were still putting out fresh pizzas every couple of minutes. The freshness of the pizza was unparalleled compared to some of the other Cici s I ve been to in the past. They even brought out one of my favorite pizzas without me even having to ask (macaroni and cheese pizza). Nick in the back was great, replacing things pretty immediately if anything ran out. They are just on top of it here, and the pizza is great! Also, the music playlist was amazing, playing so many of my favorite songs. Came to try the Oreo brownie pizza which was on the buffet line, and it definitely did not disappoint. I wish Cici s would keep it permanently, because it s a delicious dessert pizza. Would highly recommend this Cici s!!! Kid-friendliness: My daughter loved it here, and there were so many kids here too. Great atmosphere to bring kids!

Food and prices are great....But I tell you what the Manager Brian was OUTSTANDING. The place was very busy. But as we sat and watched, he was busy bussing tables, checking customers out, checking the food on the line...he even helped the kids out when the machine ran out of cards and waited there to make sure it worked! He stopped everything he was doing to help the kids. He could have made excuses but he didnt! Now that is an exceptional manager!! #leadbyexample Excellent job Brian!!!

Decent parking. Easy entry. No line when I entered. No line formed while I was there. For the price its a pretty good deal. Salad, soup, and pizza. Buffet style all you can eat. They did a relatively good job keeping various pizza choices on the line. Salad choices were few but enough to satisfy the Doctor. The soup was ok. Pizza...its pizza its ok but nothing to write home about. I havent been to Cicis in a while. They used to have people coming by clearing empties and refilling drinks. Not this location. For the price (keep costs down by not offering restaurant services) I may return. For the pizza and no service, probably not.

The Manager is the hardest working person at this location and puts all his pride in his work and it shows. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the lack of having food out quicker. As fast as any pizza came out it was gone because of all the people waiting for anything to come out.

So my wife and I have a service dog and we noticed a table that was not gonna bother anybody and we asked the cashier if she wouldn t mind wiping it off because there is previous people that have ate there and left their plates and trash. she obliged by doing that happily. As she was cleaning the table, the manager and assistant manager were sitting at a table across, the manager says to her very snarkily did that customer asked specifically for that table to it she replied yes that s why I m cleaning it. The manager then said it is a yes sir or no, sir question. My wife over hears this and snaps back at the manager saying not only is she doing it for me but she s going above and beyond. We did not appreciate nor believe it was very professional or respectful the way the manager was treating his staff. Once we sat down and started eating, the manager went back behind the counter. About 30 minutes later, he started taking care of the food without gloves, and wiping his face with his hands

the manager was such a good person, took good care of his customers checked on each one and asked how everything was, he even gave me a free drink when I could barely afford the buffet because I wasnt gonna get paid till the next day. For example there was a worker that was about to put fresh baked cinnamon rolls on a tray, put then put them under the counter. The food was pretty nasty. Also the games were SO rigged and expensive. They refuse to throw away a single slice of pizza, theyll leave them up there until they are cold and as hard as a brick. They put the fresh ones under the counter and only replace 1-2 slices at a time, but the ones under the counter are getting all stale now. I wouldnt mind if they wasted a little bit of food, just throw the whole thing away to bring out a fully fresh one. I got a hawaiian slice, but it was as thin as a sheet of paper, room temperature (not warm at all), and very hard.

I usually love eating here withy family but this time was different there was a family in there that did not control there kids at all and the manager did not do anything in fact he locked the door so no one else could see what these kids were doing. In the games area they were destroying dozens of plastic eggs my wife and son were sitting right outside of the play place and the shards of plastic were shooting so far they landed in our food I did mention this and instead of doing anything the manager just got a cup of water and walked away. So over all a horrible experience. Normally its fine I dont understand why they let this family just make the restaurant hell for everyone else there

The best part of my visit is I went an hour before closing and saw the manager ( Darryl )helping his employees cleaning and picking up things not just sitting at a desk and telling the employees what to do. Whenever you walk into a buffet, you are expecting to see a variety of pizzas at this place they only had two types of pizza out. You would have to order if you wanted something else, and whenever it vame out, it was not just for you they would call it out, and everyone would get up and take it all. I haven t been to this Cici s in a couple of months, and upon my return, I was shocked. It is so much better!!! I don t know if it s under new management or what, but it was lovely!!! I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and told to have a nice day when I left, which hadn t been done before. The brownies!!!! I haven t had good Cici s Pizza brownies since I was a kid, and I ve never had particularly good ones here until today. The middle was soft and gooey instead of being dry! The restaurant itself looked cleaner than last I d been and the music is better now. It s still good quality pizza, but I really appreciate the little improvements that really made it stand out!

My family love to go here for our Family special place to eat day. Kids love the option of order you own pizza, I love the wings and salad bar, my husband enjoy the cinammon rolls and my daughter like the tofu soup. The place have something good for every person. Kid-friendliness: Pizza choices for kids, chairs, game system.

Recently visited this Cici s and had a great meal. I have to acknowledge the manger who was amazing, he was very polite and respectful. Staff was very nice and looked like hard workers. The bathroom was in pristine condition. Will definitely be coming back.
