My wedding reception was recently done here and it was a great experience overall. Gonzalo made sure I got everything taken care of for and the hospitality was great. Help up to 150 people and it was just enough to have fun!

Do not waste your money here, very disappointed, even though the venue itself was nice , it was the customer service and the way tne owner conducted business was horrible experience. We had a family event this past Saturday, what was suppose to be special moment turned out to be the worst experience ever. I went to help set up with my aunt and saw how this owner conducted herself with my aunt, all in her face. Prices were already agree on prior. The owner decide 30 min before guest are set to arrive to raise the prices add extra costs, my aunt was caught off guard had no option basically black mail into paying as she had no options guests were starting to arrive. The worst most Horrible customer service not sure if that is how they conduct buisness or their plan to get customers in and agree on reasonable price then waits to ambush the customer the day of the event which leaves customer corner to have no choice to pay. On top of that does not do contracts she conducts all business thru texts which we even showed what she agree on, but continue to argue. Then even worst decide to do a showing to potential customers while we were setting up unprofessional. Then the hall was getting warm we asked to turn on fans or adjust the ac she stated no her solution was to turn off lights and she unlock the fans. Then there was the tables she agree on 10 tables with chairs w covering and she only set up 8 tables set, even though my aunt showed the owner , her text that it was agree on 10 tables and refused to give us extra tables the day of the event even though she had them in the corner to use but put a sign on them do not use. Luckily last minute I had to drive to my home get my 5 extra tables and 20 chairs, as we were expecting 75 people. WARING DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY , I am praying that this gets out there to everyone to BEWARE ,hopefully prevent anyone special day or special occasion not to be ruined.

I regret to inform you that the venue we selected for a recent family baby shower proved to be a disappointing choice. Shortly before the event, the prices were unexpectedly increased without prior notice, leaving us with no alternative but to accept the inflated charges. Moreover, the customer service we received was far from satisfactory, and previously agreed-upon arrangements were disregarded. The venue itself was uncomfortably warm, and when we brought this to the owners attention, she suggested an impractical solution of turning off the lights. Additionally, when we attempted to clean up after the event, we discovered a lack of basic cleaning supplies and insufficient trash bags. Overall, this experience was highly unprofessional and unpleasant, and we would strongly advise against utilizing this venue for any future events.

Absolutely unprofessional and unethical! My family had an event here and the owner made what was meant to be a beautiful and memorable event extremely uncomfortable and hostile. Prices were agreed upon ahead of time and then she raised them right before the event was supposed to start! Not only that, people couldn t even enjoy the event because the room was so hot that everyone was sweating and the owner refused to lower the AC, and to cool the place down she just turned on some fans and then shut the lights off! Do not waste your money here! Extremely disappointing!

I would not waste my time on this headache of a venue. The owner seemed nice when we first went to see the venue and had decent prices. My mistake for booking with her and her husband without a written contract that day of showing. We paid half of the venue which includes table, chairs and linen, date and time of party. She guaranteed us extra tables and chairs if needed the day of our party. We were please and hoped she would do honest business. Fast forward to the morning of our event she doubled the prices on tables, chairs and linen and included a cleaning fee of $350 that was never discussed. She had only set up 8 circular tables and when we asked for me she denied us and proceeded to place extra chairs and tables in a corner by the bathrooms with a sign that read do not touch . Then she said if we didn t want to pay the fee for the table covers she could take them off. Keep in mind this was 30 minutes prior to my party. We felt blackmailed, like all we could do was pay what she was asking. So we did. Through the party she entered and exited the venue. During the party guests were sweating and asked if we could turn the fans on, so when we asked her, her solution was to turn the lights off and turned on the fans. The AC was set to 76 the entire time party with a lock on the box. She ruined the experience of my baby shower and made what should ve been something special and beautiful, chaotic and stressful. I will never do business here again and I would highly advise to book your event anywhere else.

This place is very nice perfect for a wedding, Quinceñera, or any other event , my Cousin had an Event this past Saturday everything was going well until we notice we were missing tables and chairs, the we had 80 people it got pretty hot we I simply asked her if she would turn on the fans for us she was very rude about it , she had locks on Ac had the thermostat at 76 fans off , anyway she turn on the fans , but turned off the lights really? She is very unprofessional , bad customer service she sat outside in the side of the building watching us through a window, we asked her for trash bags and she brought us 1 so take your own trash bags, she walked in like 15 minutes before time was up and was just watching us clean , please think twice about renting this Venue, she gives you a price then changes the pricing that very same day of your event. Le doy una estrella , porque? Porque la Dueña te da un precio luego cambia el precio el mero día de la actividad, eso no es nada profesional, su servicio de atención a los clientes es muy mal.

I attended a party for a family member at Angels event center. We had nothing to do with the rental of this place but could tell that the owner was being very rude to our family. I would be wary of doing business here. This party would have been a success but the owner of Angels event ruined the moment for our cousin who is pregnant and was celebrating her baby shower. If the owner of this event center can t handle working with customers then she shouldn t be renting out event centers.

My experience at Angels Event Center was incredibly disappointing. Despite agreeing on a price well in advance, they unexpectedly added extra charges on the day of my event. This blatant price hike was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Moreover, the owner was incredibly rude and dismissive throughout our interactions. Their lack of professionalism and disrespect for agreed-upon terms left a sour taste in my mouth and ruined what should have been a special occasion. I strongly advise future customers to be wary of Angels Event Center. Their dishonest pricing practices and disrespectful customer service make them a venue to avoid at all costs.

The events room is the perfect place for any celebration. The facilities are new, there is a lot of space to create the best environment. High ceilings that give a spacious atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had no complaints with the experience and would use the event hall again.
