This particular location is pretty awesome. Everybody is super friendly there and they actually remember everybody s names which is really crazy. LOL! They also are very good at de-escalating customers who get angry. I ve seen a few homeless patients and they were some kind of issue, and they were able to talk them down, and finally leave with a smile instead of being angry and leaving angry. Anna is amazing. She helps keep all your meds in check. She s the main pharmacist and make sure for people like me that certain generics are given. I have a very sensitive system and I take more than 20 medication s. They have a list of the ones I can and cannot take as far as generic drug goes there on top of it. The only thing with them I ve experienced that s negative and it s happened a few times where I went to pick up medication and they forgot to give me one of them so I would have to go back the next day. But other than that these are great people.
