We LOVE TLE Kyle. This place has become a second home for our little one, and a source of relief for my husband and I as first time parents when we were searching for the right daycare. Our PT even commented on how NICE this daycare is and how they do not do container time as our baby had a flat spot we have been working on to correct (which has improved without a helmet; thanks to TLE Kyle s on the floor/tummy time activities!). The teachers are phenomenal and truly care about your child s wellbeing. Our first day in I remarked how encouraging and inspiring it was to see the daycare director Ms.Paola recognize every single kid who came through the front door for daycare that day. You would think with how she greets the kids and or they greet her, they were family! We ve also been very impressed with the infant and toddler teachers, who make it all seem easy taking care of the next generation of leaders. We can t wait to watch our little one continue to grow in great hands.

I am incredibly pleased with the experience my child has had at The Learning experience. From day one, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They have created a nurturing environment where my child feels safe and excited to learn. The curriculum is both engaging and developmentally appropriate, covering a range of activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth. I ve been consistently impressed by the communication between teachers and parents, which keeps me informed about my childs progress and classroom activities. The emphasis on creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere has been evident, and I ve noticed significant growth in my childs confidence and enthusiasm for learning. Overall, The learning experience has exceeded our expectations and I am grateful for the positive impact it has had on my child s early development. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a high-quality preschool experience.

I firmly believe that a teams success depends on the strength and effectiveness of its leader. As a family that has been with this particular location for several years, weve witnessed the ups and downs often mentioned in past and current reviews. Although it has been a rollercoaster ride, the leadership changes implemented since late last year have made a world of difference. The facility not only looks but also feels fresh and clean at all times. With multiple children attending, weve experienced every class and age group. Our kids are genuinely happy to go back every morning and come home smiling every day. Even when we randomly show up early or need to drop off something forgotten, the environment remains welcoming and positive. While we havent had many issues or concerns in the past year, any time we did raise something, it was immediately addressed and handled. Our youngest needed special accommodations when she first started, and Paola, Seraj, and the entire infant room team went above and beyond to provide her with the care she needed while continuing to deliver exceptional care to the entire class. Our oldest, who no longer attends the school, is treated as an honorary alumna and loves to visit because of how genuinely loving and kind everyone still is towards her. Ratios are well maintained, we have had no safety concerns, and both teachers and management keep open lines of communication, quickly reaching out if anything arises. Our children genuinely love their teachers and feel safe and cared for in their hands. We couldnt ask for a better team to co-parent with.

I cannot say enough good things about TLE - Kyle! The change in ownership and management has made a world of difference for the facility. The staff is warm, caring, and genuinely interested in the well-being and development of each child. They go above and beyond to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. The teachers are attentive and communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on daily activities and milestones. The facility is clean, well-organized, and equipped with a variety of educational toys and resources that keep the children engaged and excited to learn. This early learning center is absolutely amazing! I as a first time mom that had stayed home with my little girl for 3 years was beyond nervous about getting her into some sort of school to help her prepare for kindergarten. I was immediately put at ease when I met with the owner and director of this center. The staff is amazing, they really listen to concerns and are incredible with giving feed back. My daughter is a whole new person after just 4 months with her new friends and teachers helping her absolutely thrive. She has learned so much in just these first few months and has made so many friends she is loving everyday! They have an amazing app that is easy to use, to send out updates thru out my child s day and I can see the happiness and excitement about learning just glowing on her face in every picture. The staff are so caring and invested in the best interest of each child, I see it everyday! My daughter comes home everyday with so many stories about her day and each and every one of them has me in awe at how amazing and smooth the classroom works. Learning and fun are both important for a classroom and my daughter has fun everyday in class and loves to learn! I m so thankful for the experience this center has given my daughter and am so excited to see what else my daughter gets to learn and explore this year with her amazing teachers and other staff behind her.

Thank you to TLE for an amazing year! My daughter loved her time there and loved all her teachers! She was always excited to go to school every morning. The staff at TLE really care about each and every kid as if they were their own. My daughter completed the Preschool program there and is now ready for kindergarten all thanks to the staff at TLE!!

My daughter has been attending TLE for 2 years. I can not stress enough how prior comments from 6 months ago do not reflect the current culture at TLE today. The new owner and director have completely changed this center for the better in countless ways! You can absolutely tell they care about each child and their family. They have gone out of their way to make accommodations to help alleviate my daughter s anxiety with transitions and she is excited to go to school now. She is now coming home happy to tell me about her day and what she is learning about. Thank you to our TLE family for creating a safe, clean and loving environments for our littles!

As soon as I called to get more information about their care, the front desk lady had an attitude right away. For no apparent reason. Telling me they do not accept any children that aren t completely potty trained. Which is fine to have that policy but she didn t have to be so rude about it. If she is willing to act that way to a parent who isn t even enrolled yet imagine how they treat the children with the door closed. No thank you I will look elsewhere, made it very easy for me to take it off of the list of schools I will be looking to send my son too.

Having watched from afar what happened early last fall at this facility, I was so hesitant to enroll my 2 year old here. However, after seeing how involved and supportive the new staff and owners are, we decided to give it a shot, and we ve loved every minute! Everyone we come in contact with knows my little guy s name, goes the extra mile to help us feel welcome and safe, and goes above and beyond to make sure all the kids are being truly cared for. We ve been attending for about a month now, and I m so glad we made this choice!

This place had issues when an interim director took over which can be seen in previous negative comments, but in later 2023 there was a change in ownership. It was hard to give trust back to this place, but the new director and staff at TLE are truly amazing and we were overcome with their service to families. They overly communicate, put our children first, and enjoy what they do. I cannot recommend this place enough, it is the best childcare you can find.

The Learning Experience - KYLE is an excellent and safe place for childcare. I have two little ones they are 3&4 and are my youngest of eight kids. These are the only two that we had to place in daycare and his was a scary thing to do. At first, under the old management, I d say things didn t seem to good, but I was trying to feel it out, as we were new to this. I heard of issues and had some issues and I brought up to their attention. NEW MANAGEMENT: under the new Center Director Paola Sandoval. I have to say that the TLE KYLE todayis such a GREAT PLACE. It is very Professional and I feel SAFE having my babies there. There has been such a great improvement in the staff, teachers, administrators without a doubt. It s like night and day from the old management and now this place is wonderful and much improved. The attention they place on our kids and as I see them interact with other children, is above and beyond. They are very professional, but at the same time very caring , understanding with patience and guidance and still ensuring that the children are learning and following some type of positive structure. I highly recommend TLC -Kyle and I say that they live up to their name, a true Learning Experience for our children, very safe and I wouldn t want to take my kids anywhere else. Saul Medrano

For the past year, my child has been attending The Learning Experience, and I have been very satisfied with the experience, especially since the new management took over in November. The staff at the daycare are friendly, caring, and professional. I have always felt comfortable leaving my child in their care, and I appreciate the warmth and patience they show towards the children. The facilities at the daycare are well-maintained and clean, providing a safe and stimulating environment for the children. The play areas are age-appropriate and offer a good range of activities for the kids to engage with. I have also been impressed with the variety of activities offered at the daycare, from arts and crafts to outdoor play and educational games. Its clear that the staff put effort into planning engaging and enriching experiences for the children. Since the take over with new ownership, director, and staff all the way down, this place has done a complete turn around. We have seen positive changes in every way possible, especially in our daughter. She hardly ever cries anymore at drop, which tells me shes excited, happy, and feels safe being left in the care of her teachers and the centers leadership. She has a new excitement and joy in her when I pick her up as well. If youre looking for great childcare, a place where you can feel safe knowing your kids will be cared for and loved while they are there, give this place a try.....itll be worth it.

I am the dad of a baby in this school. The new management has me very impressed of how fast a daycare can turn around. The new owner and director are involved and you can definitely tell they care. They already call everyone for their name in less than a week and are enthusiastic to face the day.

I m a mom of a baby in the infant classroom. He started at the beginning of September. So far I have nothing to good things to say about the teachers in THAT specific classroom. (Ms.Halley and Ms.Johana) He is gained weight (it was a struggle before) because they take the time to feed him properly. They take the time to get to know him and his preference for sleep position and so on. He hugs his teacher every morning and seems happy to be in the classroom. Desiree has been very helpful as well. She made a fast and easy enrollment process. She seems enthusiastic to work every morning. I feel secure that my baby is safe and loved!

My daughter had an incident on September 7, 2023. I was not called when this incident happened. I was provided with an incident report checked as accident at pickup. My daughter had a wooden cabinet shelf (with wheels) fall on top of her and the shelf pinned her down. At the time, I spoke with her teacher regarding the incident and she did not report any injuries. While placing my daughter into her car seat, I noticed her leg. She had a bruise, a knot, and a swollen leg that was not reported to me or in the report. I immediately went back inside and spoke with the front desk staff. My daughter was limping. The front desk employee was very concerned. She called the director, Desiree, and Desiree had me explain the situation. I immediately took my daughter to urgent care as she was complaining of leg pain. The next day the assistant, Sunny, explained the situation again to me. Sunny also stated my daughter had a red mark on her stomach that was there for a few hours but eventually resolved. The State Dept was on site the same day this incident occurred and this facility was cited a violation for being out of ratio with 21 toddlers to 1 teacher for an age range of 4 year olds.

Every time my grandson went to this daycare he would come home starving! He came down with so many viruses from this place it was ridiculous! Hes only 3 but washes his hands every time he goes to the bathroom and before he eats. His bottom had severe diaper rashes while going to this place. He was taken out after another child was abused. I figured the state would have closed them down by now. Please be very careful if you have a child in this place.

This daycare is an absolute joke. Just working there for 1 day and having my son there for 1 day I quit and unenrolled my son. The staff does not care about your kids they are neglectful and unsanitary not comforting or nurturing AT ALL in fact they were talking to the kids in an ugly tone. The director does not care about employees or children they still have yet to pay me for the one day I was there because she forgot to input my information into the system. Me and my son both got a stomach virus from being there one day there was dry pee sticky all over the bathroom floor where kids were crawling around and I was told not to worry about cleaning it. They keep it at 69 degrees in there even when the children are coughing and sick and I witnessed children being pushed down on mats during naptime, the bottles they are supposed to use for sanitizing were broken and had been broken for over a week based on what I was told and they talk ugly about the kids right there in front of them just because they re toddlers doesn t mean they don t understand. There is no order or organization in the classrooms whatsoever, I was told by the lady training me not to pick up a child when their crying because if I nurture them then they ll expect it all the time. Literally the worst daycare you could put your kids in. When I called to report them I was told they ve been reported repeatedly by numerous parents it is an absolute disgrace that this place is allowed to stay open. If you care about your children find them another daycare. I witnessed teachers, the director and the regional manager being extremely unprofessional and showing that they do not care for these kids honestly it s pathetic.

Horrible child care. I m so glad my grandson no longer goes there. Teacher to student ratios were always off. Fake reports were made so that his parents would have to pick him up early. This place is unsafe and should be closed down! Don t take a chance with your child s safety. Find a better childcare facility.

If I could give this daycare 0 stars I would! I cannot stress enough how unsafe this daycare currently is and how you need to get your littles out of you are enrolled or to never enroll! My issues with The Learning Experience (TLE) Kyle started when the former director left, and the owner put a new director in her place. The new director was previously the front desk staff. With the prior Director, my 3-year-old child enjoyed and looked forward to her daycare experience. The rapid deterioration started a few months ago with a teacher grabbing my daughter by the arm aggressively and leaving bruises on her arm. I became aware of this first incident when my daughter told me about being grabbed and showed me her bruises. When I called the new Director about it, she quickly appeared to me to be trying to cover it up. Stating oh, you should have gotten a report. Did nobody tell you? I finally received the report two days later. The written report was very different than what my daughter related and very different than the physical marks left on her arm. I was informed by other teachers at TLE that the director dictated the report so that the report aligned with her version of the incident. I requested that my daughter not be in the same room as the offending teacher. That request was not honored. Because of these repeated incidents, I started monitoring teacher resignations and the teacher-to-pupil ratios to ensure my daughter was in a safe environment. It certainly appeared that the teacher-to-pupil ratios did not comply with the State of Texas requirements. I have seen an 18:1 toddler room ratio and 24:1 ratio in even younger classes. A second incident, directly involving my daughter, involved a call from the director that my daughter was having a bad day and that I needed to pick her up from daycare within the hour. I was informed that my 3-year-old child was behaving inappropriately. I received a written report that was completely out of character for my daughter. After arriving home I received a call from the teacher involved who informed me that the written report was incorrect and that it just didnt happen. The original report was torn up by the director and the teacher was forced to falsify the account and write a report that matched the directors call to me. As a direct result of this egregious fabrication, I immediately withdrew my daughter from this daycare and reported my findings to the licensing area in Health and Human Services and Child Protective Services. Several teachers, who have since resigned, and many other parents became aware that I was gathering facts about incidents. As a result, I became aware of incidents where teachers are assaulting other teachers during business hours, and the director is doing nothing about these incidents. Other situations include reports to licensing about numerous different odd unreported injuries, bookshelves falling on children, injuries that were not reported, a teacher doing drugs while caring for students, and a teacher throwing shoes at children. Former teachers have stated that the director has repeatedly forced them to falsify reports to match the conversations with parents, I view this as a dangerous and disturbing pattern. Stay very far away from this facility! It is not safe for your kiddos!

Whenever I have a concern it is addressed immediately. I had an issue with a teacher and her lacking of compassion, she was removed days later. The new Director Desiree always greets my daughter upon arrival and I feel safe with her in their care!

Stay away from this place. The kids are often times left alone in bathrooms unattended with wet floors without supervision on whether 2 year old kids are playing with toilet water. The teacher didn t seem concerned one bit about this so who knows how often this happens. Multiple times kids are sitting soaked and cold in a room that s barely 68 degrees while the teachers sit in the same room with long sleeves/pants-I asked them so many times to dress my kids the same as what they are wearing ie if the teacher is wearing long sleeves then put the same for the kids - again no improvement. They don t wipe them and clean them properly and they allow sick kids to attend the school so germs keep spreading and all the kids keep getting sick. They often don t use the bed sheets we provide for the kids and instead let them sleep on the bare mats that get stepped on. these are just some of the issues we faced.

We were apart of TLE from opening in 2019 until August 2023. The director left and that s when things got CRAZY and I tried to bring attention to several issues to the owner, Michelle. The issues were minimized and she even argued saying she disagreed with my dissatisfaction and the standard of care when she lives hours away and was nowhere around my child was in the infant classroom and they were out of ratio on a daily basis on his last weeks there he had 3 head injuries and was only given 1 bottle on a specific day. I fault the management for this, not the teachers due to them being out ratio and not having the time to attend to the infants in a proper manner. Numerous times at pick up multiple infants would be hysterically crying, and no one would go give them any relief. This place is awful to put it lightly and it s not a safe environment anymore like it used to be ..

After seeing a post thread of kids being abused from this facility, I am now convinced this place has everything to do with my granddaughters ear fkn bruised top to bottom black and blue on their watch. When asked about it NOBODY had an answer. I knew it, the moment I told my daughter why do all the workers look like they hate working there. May 15, 2023 and this was a few days later after my daughter told me. It was much worse.

This place was good until we got the new director who doesn t seem to care about her employees, parents or children enrolled at the daycare. There has been multiple accidents that result in child care investigations. I personally have been called by an investigator very recently. I have witnessed a specific teacher just sitting in the classroom with more than 15 toddlers by herself, playing on her cell, while the kids are climbing the furniture And nothing was done.

Update: This facility has teachers that throw shoes at the children, (was investigated by state) and it also has teachers/admin that threaten other staff members that if they dont do as they are told, that there own children will be in harms way!!!! This establishment has been under state investigation 6 times in the last year!!! Teachers come and go due to bullyism from upper management!! The list goes on and on!! This facility is a joke. Every classroom is out of ratio. They have new teachers every week. Desiree, the director, not only threatens her employees, but she also falsely files paperwork and tells the employees if they dont sign them, they will get written up. She belittles anyone who walks in her path! I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone!

WOW! While I did not end up sending out kiddos here because of finances, I wish we could of (daycare everywhere is going up)! The staff was so accommodating and answered every question we had! The curriculum looked amazing and I loved all the teaching/learning characters around the school as well as the colorful, clean, welcoming environment. Again, I have not actually had my kids in the care of TLE, but of all the places we toured they were second to none!
