The milk in my taro boba yesterday was SPOILED! It tasted sour, and when I let the waitress know, there was NO APOLOGY from her or the owner WHATSOEVER! They replaced it with a Thai tea instead, in a smaller size as they were low on it. And THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE LARGE I originally ordered. I m sorry but in my opinion I never should have had to pay for something that I tried to order and was spoiled. This establishment is lucky that I don t feel like suing a small business during this awful economy. And I say this sadly as my husband and I have been regulars here for over a year now. We used to love this place and will no longer be going. Not only did we have bad service this time, but their large size pho bowl is now around the size of a small and higher in price. SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED!

Food came out quick! The large portion was very filling at around an $18 price point. The smaller portion was about $13 dollars. The menu is very easy to read, and the staff is very efficient, would definitely visit again! Parking: There are spots directly in front of the restaurant, as well as parking lanes closer to the main street. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp right next to the door

The best phó ive had in awhile! I went In for a quick bite since Ive been craving phó for quite awhile and I have tried others in the area, I have to say this is going to be my new spot. I ordered the combination phó, the broth was full of flavor, veggies were fresh and the meat looked like it was actually chopped off something rather than those skinny peices other restaurants give you. Writing this review makes me want to go back but hopefully I will soon!

I love this spot, the portions are always consistent! When I eat here I feel like the food is so fresh & clean. I love the Pho. It s very filling & blasting with flavor. For spring rolls and large pho is about $25. Worth every penny.

You know what a Nokia phone and pho 9 have in common... they dont play no games... Pho got more meat than Mariah Carey... More flavor than flav.... Thicker cuts than Vivica A Fox... More noodle than Ron Jeremy... As long as niece and nephew dont sleep on the job you all right.... Uncle in the kitchen is hooking it up like a full time bass fisherman... Stay on tip of the young ones and tell them to take their time with orders. Dont run off and take a break until youre sure your table is set up. Otherwise the atmosphere is top notch... The food is banging like a high-school drum line. Cant say it enough I been to alot of pho spots... this is THE SPOT IN KILLEEN... get up get dressed and get ur aye ess ess to pho 9.

The Pho was amazing, but my girlfriend got this dish with possibly the best grilled pork Ive ever had in my life!! I will be definitely adding that grilled pork as a side dish for my Pho the next time we go here! The spring rolls are a must try for anyone stopping by as well!! The service was great and the owner/manager was very concerned about whether we enjoyed our meal when went to the register to pay!

The shrimp in the spring roll was fresh. This is the first and only Pho I have tried in Killeen, TX. Comparing the taste to most other pho I have had throughout the US, It was OK. The largely sliced green onions were a little overwhelming. The service was good. The restaurant was clean. It was not very busy during the lunch hour. I was able to be seated and have expedited service.

I use to come to pho 9 all the time but unfortunately I will no longer be there. Every time I order pho with no onions, they bring me a bowl full of onions. They have only obeyed my request 3 times out of the two years I ve been there. What really made my decision in not going there is the customer service. We have to ask to be served after they take our food order. The last time I was there it took over 30 minutes for me to have my order be taken and additional 20 minutes waiting for a drink. I went on my lunch break and when I asked them about my food, they finally brought it out when I only have 10 minutes to spare. I didn t finish it due to me being late for work. I really wanted to support the family business, However, my experience was disappointing more than the last time. It s not worth the price.

Felt a little off when I walked in. Was upset when I got the food. I had a small portion of the meat flanks raw which normally I get them from everything other place cooked and ready to go. Had something else in there I didnt know what it was. Some type of jelly fish looking stuff and then the veggies well . . . Its like I went straight to my garden and yank all out with roots and just slapped it in there. Not much trimming. Wont be going here anymore. Too overpriced

I did not take a picture but wish I had. A friend picked up lunch for me today. I got the beef with no lemongrass and no curry. It has wax noodles and carrots, lettuce, onions, and a special beef. I say special beef because I could not figure what kind of beef. I found a small piece of hair and thought, uh oh, but I was starving, so kept eating. Then I saw a small patch of hair with several strands. I immediately stopped and pointed it out to my friend. She was in disbelief. She asked if I could be mistaken that there was a patch of hair. I pulled the longest strand and handed it to her. We were dumbfounded. Of course, I didnt eat anymore. How disgusting and what a waste of $14.00!

Why on earth do you pay for food you havent even eaten at this restaurant? The first time I ate the food, it didnt come out, so when I paid the bill, I said I didnt eat it, so they told me to submit it, so I said no, so of course it had to be deducted from the bill. What countrys law does it account for when I said I wouldnt take it, but it was calculated at the same time? The reason I am writing this is not because of money, but because the server and owner of this store take everything for granted.

I ve order from here once before and I am highly disappointed with the food that I received this go around. I ordered the Beef Brisket Pho along with the chicken Fried Rice with no Vegetables. Upon opening my food I noticed that my meat looked old and dry. There was even a piece of fat that was rubbery. I called the restaurant and informed them of the meat that I had received and the you man that answered said I m sorry, we cook our meat everyday. There is nothing that we can do. I m disgusted and disappointed, no longer a recommendation if this is what is to be received.

The beef slices were of poor quality, chewy, and tasted off. The overall taste was just disappointing. I ve been going here for over 5 years now, in the past years that I ve been going it was very good service, and food was immaculate . NOW the service is horrible. Prices went up by 2-3 dollars since the last 6 months.. now the chicken pho comes with lots of bones and fat (no actual meat) the waitress was very rude, sarcastic, and inconsiderate. The chicken in my pho was not the quality I expected, and the soup was unpleasant to taste. Despite my having informed the young man three times about my dissatisfaction, he only offered apologies. It seems pointless for them to inquire about customers satisfaction if they do not take any action to address the issue. Previously, I enjoyed the pho here, but I have no intention of returning after this experience. Additionally, the chicken tasted old and unappetizing, and the portion sizes were smaller than before. It appears that the owners are making cost-saving decisions in the wrong areas. Perhaps ramen noodles would have been a better choice.

This is the worst service and worst pho I ve ever had. I had to ask 3 times for extra jalapeños. The last time I had to get up and walk to the front because my food was getting cold. My pho wasn t hot enough to begin with so the meat didn t cook all of the way. It was so rare and unpalatable my bowl was almost full when I left. The girl who took my order obviously hates her job and had a very unpleasant demeanor. She never came by to ask if I needed anything nor did anyone else. When I went to the restroom before leaving there was blood all over the sink and on the floor! The floor was also filthy in general. To top it all off they are very expensive for a pho place. $30 for a soda, a bowl of pho and two small egg rolls. They charged $2 for the extra jalapeños. I will not be back and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

We had placed a pretty big pick up order from here and they gave us the wrong order. Called and asked if we could get what we originally ordered. The owner said that we could not bring the food back and he kept saying they cannot make what we originally asked for. The best they could do was give a discount the next time we order from them. I told them I wanted a refund and they kept saying they can t because it s against their policy. I asked them, If we were to sit down and eat there and y all gave us the wrong order, would y all replace it then? And they replied yes. I do not understand the difference. This is TERRIBLE customer service, and they just lost a few customers.

I enjoy coming here for lunch almost every week. I see the same faces, and those same faces see me, recognize me ,and always ask How my school is going?. Family operated and for the business they get, And the small staff they have, they do a phenomenal job! Our waitress is always busy and still gets the job done when the dining room is packed! Really bad service, and vietnamese lady (probably owner) is so rude. Second time they was treated me like that. First time, I arrived on Thursday last week, I sat in and waited for a long time, about 15 minutes, then I was able to take the order, while I took the order, there were 2 tables behind me, new customers came in, after I finished to take the order, and then their turn. I waited for more than half an hour and still no food came out, I asked the waiter why I didnt have it while the 2 tables behind me came out first, only received the answer: If the restaurant is crowded, you must wait and no excuse, I asked: why did those 2 tables come after me but the food came out first, he replied: wait, you asked too many questions. today, I went with my family to eat, the restaurant only had a few tables to have guests were sitting, not as crowded as last time, but there were 2 couples in the back, sitting at a table near the main door, they could take orders before us, I Asked the same restaurant owner, she said: If the here is crowded, wait! , and what do you want, I got angry: just Thursday, last week, also asked to wait, same tone, now we were going in first, the restaurant was not crowded , service attitude does not respect customers, talk without nice with customers . bad, very bad in customer service and so rude. I dont recommend people try in here.

Quality for taste. They got rid of the help and all family works there it seems. However, we keep coming back for the quality and the price. Only dined in once and it was fine. We drive the extra distance to go here because its 3x better than Pho 4 U in Harker Heights.

Overpriced!!!!!!!!!!!. Will never return. I literally thought the price was for two chicken pho. Called to ask where the other soup is and was informed it was only ONE meal almost 30 bucks with 1 drink and one order of 2 TINY egg rolls. Go to the other pho place just 1 mile away.

It took freaking forever for my to go order. Sitting there for like 30 mins and see people came after me got the food before me. What the heck??? And then I am a vietnamese so I do speak and understand vietnamese very well, and their sound was so mean when i was asking how much more longer for my food. I gave 2 stars cause the food is good but service isn t. That was my experiment there.

This used to be our to go for Pho, but sadly the last time we went the place was filthy. All of the condiment containers on the table were sticky and covered with the sauce. The floors werent clean. The soup ingredients are a much smaller portion than they used to be. We are searching for a new Pho place.

I don t mind spending $20 for 2 fried spring rolls and 12 bbq shrimp on a stick but I do mind that the spring rolls were small and wrinkled and the shrimp was overcooked and dry. Although the place was clean and the service was fast, I did not care for the most important thing of any restaurant the food Never again.

What can I say about this place. It was the place to go, but now... The last two times I have been here the service is not what it used to be. It seems like the owner got rid of all of his help and rose the price of a bowl of Pho by a $1.50 and took away the amount of food he put in the bowls. If I want this kind of bad service and higher prices Id rather Go to Pho Saigon on Rancier. They have the same bad service but the food is better. I used to come to this place for the good service.

We ordered the combination fried rice, the rice was so hard I couldnt chew it, or share with my 2yr old. The meat tasted old and was also hard to chew. I threw it all away. Such a disappointment, and waste of money.
