At 930 pm I placed an order and and I showed up and they lost the order I have been going to this trimmer location in Killeen tx for over 10 yrs and in the last year I have placed an order and get up to the pickup window and they didn t have my order this has happened more than once instead of them being accommodating and taking my order at the window they didn t told me to park and come in I am no longer going to this location poor service.

I ordered a pizza last night for carry out, when I got home to feed the family we all took a bite and we all realized the crust was NOT FULLY DONE IT WAS REAL DOUGHY. After we just threw the pizza away in trash and will never order from there again. I placed the order around 9:05 pm online and it said the order would be ready at 9:30 so I was there at 930 to pick it up. Hopefully pizza hut will do something about this but Im sure they will not thats why Im writing this review because its important to let these companies know this stuff so it doesnt happen again which im sure it willl

I 100% would give a negative star for the service we encountered at this location. We ordered for delivery. After an hour we still did not receive our order. I called and the man who answered said he thought it was for pick-up. When I asked why no one called to verify, he said they normally dont call if an order wasnt picked up. That already there is very poor service! I asked him to cancel and do a refund. This wasnt the first time we had bad service, last one they gave us the wrong pizza. So no. This location has very poor service.

I ordered a large supreme pizza with a large diet coke. They only handle Pepsi products. Ok fine diet Pepsi. I ordered a thin crust, I stressed very crispy. The crust is not crispy and the drink is regular Pepsi. You guys really screwed up. not sure if Ill ever go back. I just had a piece of that half done pizza, it was disgusting. Well when I came for pick up I sent my son in for our order the ladies had no clue didnt bother to look for our order and told my son it be 15min I just sat out side for 10 mins giving them 5 extra mins more from the time I ordered . I ordered when I picked my son up from work and then dropped the other off to work plenty of time son went back in not even the manager helped .. finally this young man sees my son ask him once then comes back after filling the cooler with the soda and proceeds to help my son and give us the order that was already ready and sitting there . 5 stars for this young man the girls in there are not helping for what my son was telling me he felt sorry for him as his manager too was not helpful.. There is a young lady named Samantha working the register that is amazing her customer service skills are par To None hopefully she gets a raise. I rolled in there a little drunk kind of high had no clue as to what I wanted she broke the menu down to me and provided me with the most amazing selection of food Ive ever had in my life and this is not just the pot talking..... Vegetarian options: If I was a rabbit and I had thumbs I would drive myself to this location and purchase from the vegetarian menu.( oh yeah it might be weird being a rabbit driving down the road, but hoppity hop only gets you so far in life) Parking: If I drove two cars at once I could park them here. Theyve always had our order correct. If you arrive to the drive thru and the oder is not ready yet, theyll ask you to pull to the front. Make sure to go inside and check on it because we thought their protocol would be like any other drive thru where they bring it out to you. They dont. That was my assumption, so not really a fault on them.

The manager on that shift was horrible. My pizza was terrible and burnt I asked for a refund because I was dissatisfied and was told we dont give money back waif for a check. The manager Shawn was the most terrible manager Ive ever came across I will never eat here again. He showed me other pizzas he cooked and was arguing over them with me with boxes opened then closed them put them back in the warmer and still sold them to whoever ordered them after us yelling over them just plain nasty!!!! I have always loved Pizza Hut, but very disappointed with the recent service I received! The ordering process was quick and very easy! The delivery process was a huge blunder! If I hadnt h a ve opened my door to indicate to the driver that I ordered a pizza, he was going to literally drive away! I order a meal for my family that was supposed to be delivered at 8:50 today. I gave the store a call at 9:20 to see where the pizza was at only to receive attitude about it only being 30 minutes after the time it was supposed to be here and that it would arrive shortly 30 more minutes pass by and I call the store again because the pizza has not arrived I ask to speak to Taylor the manager the same person who just gave me attitude and not sympathy or concern what so ever other just simply said send the pizza back to redo which would of been another hour at this point I let the driver know go ahead and send it back because it was cold since the person on the phone hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a Taylor when I asked for the manager she said she was in the back cutting pizza I asked her to place me on hold because I would like to speak to the manager and she told me to call back when the store 11:30 after the store closed. I asked if I was a customer in the store unsatisfied with my service/order would you tell me to come back after the store closes? Taylor gave no answer so I asked for the number to corporate and to be placed on hold which she then disconnected the call. I called back several time not to be answered but here the phone picked up and placed on hold for minutes. After about 5 times of call I was finally answered at around 10pm and asked to receive the number to corporate which was finally given to me by a so called Tariq Not only was the food not up to par but neither was the service. I have never experienced poor service as such it is unethical and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone wasting their money here.

Pizza was prepared exactly how I ordered and on time. I didnt have to wait. Staff was professional and courteous.

I am so disappointed they told me 30 minutes and made me wait an hour and counting only for me to call them and for them to tell me my order was sent out at 9:46 meanwhile another call is coming through from the same location saying that my order is on it s way out, but they don t have my drink would I like another different one instead and to tell me at my order will get to me in about 20 minutes on top of the hour plus wait and I spend more than $50 for one pizza with three toppings and 12 wings and I m only about a mile away from them Is 10:00 amd still no pizza

I like spicy food, especially when it adds more to the food, but the new Spicy pizza, all you can taste is heat and nothing else. I just threw the pizza in the garbage.
