Do not hire this firm. Beatty took my retainer fee and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Wouldnt return my calls, falsified records, lied about time billed. When asked for a contract, statement of billing hours, he wouldnt produce. Ive contacted The Texas State Bar and have started the grievance process to have him disbarred. A total CROOK. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR MONEY!.....!.!!.! !

If youre having issues pertaining to VA, get attorney Robert Alex Bass! I was referred to him by another fellow soldier. Robert is thorough, respectful and was able to help me when noone else was. Even my state representative could not help me, but Robert did. I trust him and advise if you need help with VA, go to him, if he takes your case, you will be in excellent hands no matter what! Jay Beatty had no interest in assisting us. His tone was condescending and more attacking towards us instead of sympathetic. We come to to his law firm for help and he would not try to listen, kept cutting us off. If he didnt want the case he could have just said so. He didnt have to be so rude or waste our time. If you need an attorney, you want one that has your back or is happy you walked in the door. He acted all anoyed and was like he was cross examining us. He has zero people skills, he is now the very last attorney I would ever represent.

Alcozer and his son both sent me home with one word after my case WINNING!!! Thank you both for the no nonsense straight to the facts kind of approach. Your honesty commitment and communication are the things that kept us strong and going. Actually my wife did that! But y all get what I mean. I would recommend Alcozer in a heartbeat. As for the partner Beatty he could not have been more opposite. He was rude, condescending and just presented himself as an overall burnout. He did not want to do the work of a case we have continued to pursue with a different real estate attorney. We even called back to ask if he would help us now that we have updated info supporting our case. Never got a call back. I have family that had worked in and out of the courts my entire life. I know someone that should think about retirement when I see it. But that s just my opinion. But on the positive note Alcozer is the jam of Central Texas. He knows what he s doing and he s professional about his approach. Alcozer should be the head name in the partnership, because this guy is you law firms GOAT!!!

They were horrible at calling me back actually they never called me back all I had were the one phone call where I actually initiated a conversation to request services, and two emails one requesting the photos of my letters and the second to deny me. My letter from the social security office said that they could not find my application apparently it was misplaced and I had to reapply brand new as if I had never applied before and this attorneys office denied me and use the excuse that I need to file on my own, so it bewilders me the point of having this office contacted to assist anyone in the first place. They were not helpful, and good luck getting someone to actually care and talk to you. I would never recommend this office to anyone as a matter of fact Im going back to the office that assisted me with my children social security because at least she was more compassionate and actually cared about assisting people.

I am 57 yrs old and I have Remitting Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis. In May of 2019 I applied for disability . 2 times I was denied . I was told I can work but I cant. If youre a disabled veteran looking for help with your VA disability claim, look no further. The attorneys there specialize in helping with that. Mr. Bass and Ms. Vega were so nice and professional and assisted me every step of the way. Ive already told several other veterans about them. If youre too prideful and/or tired of the back and forth with the VA, then get someone thatll be in your corner. My only regret is not knowing about MBA years ago.

The only law office in Central Texas that would take the type of case I had. Drove 2 hours twice for them not to take seemingly because the lack of monetary return and they way that it would have been paid for (I pay for a legal service through my job). The lawyer was nice enough to print out the laws and direct me on how to handle it myself. The receptionist must be a family member because I m not sure how else she keeps her job.

I was very pleased with Mr.Alcozers service. I was working with another attorney for my SS claim who wasnt available the day of court and waited until 4 weeks before court to inform me. Mr. Alcozer took my case with only having a little over 2 weeks to prepare for court. Him and Irma were very friendly and helpful each time I called. Will definitely use his services, if needed again.

Getting a consultation with this law office is the worst. ALL VETERANS: AVOID THIS LAW FIRM IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! The staff starting with Emma who does an intake that takes what seems like an eternity. She was is very rude. She acts as if English is her first language and its like pulling teeth to get her to comprehend. They ask questions that dont pertain to the your disabilities and will put you on hold for extended amounts of time. When asked how does those questions pertain to ones need for representation for disability, she stated that it helps the attorney to make the determination whether or not he should make an appointment. I spoke with this girl on last Thursday and am just receiving a call back today which didnt help at all!

I wish i could have given them a negative star but unfortunately this is the lowest I can go.I contacted them through Hyatt Legal Plans for a traffic issue and had an initial call set up with Mr. Hernandez.I did not have enough information about the police officer at that time.Mr Hernandez said he cannot consult until he is made aware of the details of the officer because he may have a conflict of interest.I got the details from courthouse and called them up.His assistant took the details and said i should expect a call in a day or two but then NOTHING....i waited for them to call me for 7 days.His assistant did not even have the basic courtesy to take the call.She just told the telephone operator that they cant take my case because of conflict of interest.When I asked them why did not i receive a call earlier if this was the case but did not get any reply.Whats pathetic is they are not even apologetic for this.I strongly urge people to avoid them like plague..If they are this callous in such petty cases,I wonder what would have happened if I had approached them for any serious case.
