Disappointed at their lack of true care for people I dont recommend at all. I just donated an unopened box of masks (for them to give away for FREE to patients who forget their mask.) I offered to continue to supply masks each month. They refused additional donations.

Not sure why all the bad reviews from other people,but Ive always been treated very nice! The front desk ladys are always smiling and joking.Very down to earth. The Doctor,well she is great! And my nurse is very kind and nice! And I ve been going here 6-7 years They are all awesome!!!

FYI: This place is NOT an urgent care! It was listed on a handout we received from Darnell and comes up on Google when you search urgent care but just went today and was informed they are NOT.

Rude front desk people rude doctor they should not be in the medical profession at all she doesnt care if her patience get help or not she was rude to my wife thinking she had no insurance terrible doctor BTW we changed insurance these people should get their license removed!!

Rude and slow service. I have waited 60+ minutes after my appointment time to actually see a doctor, spending over half that time in the doctor room. The waiting room had one person in it when I arrived. Cheap if youre paying out of pocket, but only cheaper in context of healthcare. Would not recommend, especially with the receptionists who apparently hate you

I ve been coming to this clinic for over 10 years. I LOVE my Dr. Kadhim! She s amazing! She takes her time listening to your concerns and discusses treatment in detail with you! She let s you know exactly what, how and when! Everybody complains about how their doctors don t listen and don t take time for you... well she DOES! That s why you may have to wait sometimes beyond your appointment time! But rest assured she will give you the same time and care as she did to the previous and the following patient! She sometimes stays super late to accommodate us! And for all of those bad comments about the front staff... they have a lot on their plate! Especially Melissa! She s awesome! Let s be honest for all of us that have been in customer service, which is what this is, some customers can not be pleased no matter how hard you try! Especially on the phone! People can be so rude! We have all vented out loud before!! I know I have!!! It s not easy to maintain your composure sometimes! So give those ladies a break y all!! We re all human!

First the doctor she is great Docter to have and don t have any problems to wait to see her but come to her front office they never smile it make you feel more sick than you are already just looking at them and they are rude on the phone too. So I am going to start looking for new doctor and is not because she s bad doctor is because her front office I am just tired dealing with them and how rude they are.

I love the doctor have been seeing her for a year now.. some of the front desk staff are totally unprofessional! The proprietary information they let leave their lips is sad! I dont mind the wait for a good doctor but to hear other patients information is sad!! P.s shes amazing only if she had true healthcare professionals that worked for her! They joked about hanging up on patients on purpose and joked about the conditions they had. I never seen anything like it well heard, if i wasnt sitting there i would have thought it was a lie! I dont know why such a great doctor has such trash working for her.. shes a beautiful spirit.

This place is horrible I get a referral to go there and there isn t even a doctor/ PA in the building to see me I had to go to a different urgent care how can you even call yourself an urgent care clinic with no doctors on standby during the hours of operation

They have insane wait times. Id show up on time, sometimes even earlier Id wait an hour or two to see the doctor. The front ladies talk so much trash about everyone, one time a customer they thought was on hold heard them and got upset. They were just bragging and laughing about it. If theyd fire them and get new staff. Itd be better They wont do anything about them. Its awkward waiting for doctor pretending you cant hear them.

the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an I I had had appointment at 9 and arrived at 8:50. they said we were late and made us wait till 9:40 to be seen we were in the patient room for an hour waiting to be seen. this place is a joke. I would NOT recommend it

I recently had to find a new Dr since my last one is no longer in my area... I was referred to Dr Kadhim from another Patient and I have to say.. I absolutely love her... She is soo amazing... She does tell it like it is which for a patient like me, I need to hear it like it is... Ive read other reviews and I havent experienced anything but complete professional behavior... Thanks to this clinic , Ive seen to have found my new home for health care..

This office is horrible. They charge for your records and I was a patient for about a month and saw three different people. Once was the doctor other times it was a PA (two different ones).
