Both my chicken entrees the sesame chicken and sweet and sour chicken were soggy.. flavor was ok but texture was terrible. Fried rice was decent. Egg rolls were good. But for $62 for 3 things was not worth it.

Saturday, 24 Aug 2024 around 4pm Place was quiet, only a couple people in there but it was calm, cool and clean. Service was very pleasant and went above and beyond. The miso soup was good and the lil baby salad lol. I didn t like my main meal which was the Teriyaki beef, beef not tender and too basic, but I did enjoy my appetizer (friend wontons) and I definitely enjoyed my mango and salmon sushi, my mother liked her shrimp friend rice and the kimchi that was given to her. So disappointed. We drove an hour to come eat. In the last year, the quality of the food and the service has just deteriorated. My bulgogi was crispy and charred to the plate. My japchae was all veggies almost no noodles at all. Really disappointed.

I tried the dressing on the vegetables and I m not big on vegetables but it was amazing. Also the beef in the bento box was on point and also the ninja roll was good and I haven t tried raw salmon but the whole role was amazing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We were there for 45 minutes no drinks and didn t get to order and there were three people in there. The table was extremely sticky. This lady came in 20 minutes after us and she got her drinks and order taken before us. The people that were already there before us didn t even get their order put in. She brought an orange chicken dish to three other tables before she gave it to the other couple.

Pork bulgogi was ok. Didnt receive any kimchi or side dishes. Seems like new owners again so not sure if they doing that anymore? We did get miso soup which was nice. Haedobop was a little different from 4 years ago lol. Guess its been awhile since we had been to this restaurant. Spicy tuna temaki roll was delicious! Updated restaurant with tvs and playing K-pop music videos. No more Pho here. They even changed sign outside.

Ive been coming here since 2014. The food is consistently good and the portions are very reasonable for the price. The food quality exceeds the cost. The staff changes constantly but that is normal with most establishments nowadays. The fat unemployment checks makes it nearly impossible to compete. The old lady that is there most of the time is great at customer service and is very funny. I highly recommend Chopsticks.

This place since the ownership change is absolutely horrible! Bad alcohol selection you have your choice between Bud Light, Heineken or Corona. Also the Sushi Chef will make everyone else s roll except yours. We were the only ones seated in the restaurant for at least 15 minutes another couple came in and had there food less than 10 minutes of them being there. During the time that I was there I was only able to eat 4 pieces of nigiri sushi and my Heineken. While waiting the waitress never check to make sure we got everything that we ordered and seemed like she didn t even care that we didn t get the Goddess Roll. It is what it is I will never be at this place again. Save yourself the time and the money go to Seoul Garden or Little Tokyo they will at least treat you like a customer NOT WORTH THE $85 that I paid.

I placed an order over the phone and when I got there it took forever to finish my transaction. I was so annoyed and wanted to get out of there and the staff was rude and on top of that they forged my signature and gave themselves a bigger tip then what they deserve. Food was great but I do not know how safe I feel paying knowing they can just do what they want with my information. On top of that I did not receive a receipt to be able to dispute it. I feel rob and uneasy about the whole interaction. If you go there make sure you get a receipt or pay cash to make sure they don t take more money.

I understand that we ordered 8:50pm, but that doesn t mean we get mediocre service. We ordered four sushi rolls the dynamite, vegetable roll, Unagi roll, California roll. All rice and sushi was half cooked. Some rice was crunchy. .For $60 bucks you got to do better! You should want to do better! Bring good Sushi to Killeen, but the ish that you gave me was trash! I was raised on Korean food by a Korean mom so my standards are pretty high. The server was nice and friendly. The food was overpriced and was ok. The pork bulgogi had a mixture of being grilled and cooked on the frying pan. Been better if it was tasting like one or the other not both. The rice had some pretty hard pieces and the yaki Mandy one was a little soggy and the other almost crispy. The sushi was good.

I went here to grab sushi and ramen. I didn t realize it is take out only. The sushi was was fresh made, wish the rice was a little stickier. It fell apart when I tried to eat it. But the flavor was good. The ramen was not good. I ordered the seafood ramen and asked what seafood was in it. I was told shrimp, squid and skin . I asked for shrimp only. It had 2 full shrimp, head and all. A crawfish and tons of squid. I picked it all out and at a little of the ramen. Not much flavor. All for $40. Will not be back.

I love this place, dont be fooled, this little place has some of the tastiest Asian food in all of Killeen, when we arrived we thought we wouldnt like it. First time eating here and it was way less than desirable! Yes, food came out hot, but it was overcooked. Way overpriced for what you get.. Also service was very lackluster. She didnt know how to prebuss as plates were empty and was very slow to get us anything. At the end, when we were given the check, She tried to take our drinks when we werent finished with them. It isnt bad food. It isnt great food either. But it will satisfy you and your belly. The Korean sides were on point. The Hibachi was very salty and over seasoned but it was editable and wasnt horrible. The Spicy Korean soup was pretty straight forward and had the flavor profile that you would expect from that style of soup. The sweet tea was a cavity waiting to happen way to much sugar and weakly brewed. Over all not bad for getting lunch in between shifts.

Incredible customer service even for them being short staffed. I have a severe allergy to avocado so I cant get very much sushi other than have it specifically made. The chef was amazing and was able to make my favorite sushi meals with substitutes that didnt take away the flavor and quality of the food. Plated absolutely gorgeous. If you want authentic ramen this is definitely not the place to go. You would be better off getting ramen from King Noodle. Where the noodles are made in front of you. The ramen tasted like the store bought ramen you get from Nongshim Shin Raymun brand. Now the Hibachi is good even though the meat is thinly sliced. The bento box with the chicken bulgogi was good. I have eaten here on three occasions and always got five star service and five star quality food. It can get pretty busy with door dash orders, to-go, and pick-up orders. When I visited last they were pretty busy. I arrived at 5 pm. There were only two people working. One making food and one serving. If your in a hurry I would not suggest it. If you have about 40 minutes from the time you sit down till the time you walk out then by all means enjoy!

Wanted pho. Figured it would be good, it s on the door, right? The smallest serving of broth I ve ever received, half the cilantro had slimy leaves (so tossed, not into food poisoning thanks), tons of onions, and there was just a tiny amount of beef. All in all, filled less than half of the smallest bowl I ve ever received at any other restaurant that serves pho anywhere. Ok, maybe quality over quantity? Nope. The broth tastes like ramen beef flavor packet, diluted, with a splash of fish sauce added. $17.00 for the worst bowl of pho I have ever had. On the positive side, the staff were nice and the sushi I saw looked good. I might be back to try the sushi- but then again, after this disgraceful pho, maybe not. I should have just gotten bean sprouts and herbs and tossed it into home made ramen soup.

Had a pick-up order and was unsure where to go get my order. There were no instructions and no worker to help when I arrived so I stood there for 5 minutes before two employees emerged from the back. There were 3 tables when I arrived and it seemed like they were short-staffed. One employee was not wearing a mask and announced he was going on a break as he returned to the back/kitchen area. We ordered a beef pho and orange chicken. The orange chicken did not taste like how youd expect orange chicken to taste. Had really a really poor experience here back in august 2020 with a waitress that seemed more attentive to what I think may have been her boyfriend (besides him, my party of 3 were the only other people there), and somewhat bland sushi. However, my husband wanted to try this place again and we had a much better experience this time! Our waiter was very friendly, attentive, and gracious. The sushi was amazing and the menu was much nicer with LOTS of beautiful pictures of the food.

My husband loves his food! Ate every bit of it. Gyoza was great nice and crispy and great flavor. Mochi was very good and out waitress drew us a duck on our take-home box. She was very sweet and chatty. Hard not to smile or laugh around her. Had a wonderful time here

My first visit was not a good one at all. I walked into what seemed to be a very busy time for them with delivery orders. There was lack of attention for me as a dine in customer. Upon that time I waited(5 minutes) I didnt receive a menu or order drinks. Once I received the menu there was still no drink order taken. I finally received my drink in a dirty cup. I also order egg rolls which never came out. The menu was very limited for pho, so maybe thats not a specialty for them. Overall, the pho chicken was not what I was used to, the broth was pretty good, but my experience was too bad for me to go back and try anything else.

Pho Bo (beef) Nailed it! Broth: Filled with favors and depth, defiantly prepared with care and anisine. Beef: Perfectly cooked Service: Pickup order, ready as promised 20 mins later. Perfect portion size and they did not disappoint on the to-go order.

Horrible experience ordering from this restaurant. The chicken we got was the worst ever. We ordered 3 plates of the sesame seed chicken. It was like eating cardboard covered in grease. We literally took one bite and couldnt touch it again. I think they served us expired chicken. This was the first and last order ever at this restaurant

Really neat when you walk in. Very happy with the service. We brought our 2 and half year old who loves pho and all things fish! Most places in the area are turned off when they see us walk in with a child but our waitress greeted us with a smile. She even brought my daughters miso soup with rice and chicken so she d like it more! My husband ordered a k12 and the portion size was amazing! I order pho and I was very surprised with the amount of noodles to meat. It was perfect! Will return and happy to say I finally found a good place for pho! Not to mention the peaceful lighting and classic Christmas music

Decided to give this place a try yesterday for lunch & unfortunately we both agreed that we wont be returning. The food wasnt terrible.. it was just okay. We ordered quite a few different rolls, calamari, and my husband also had a bento box. Nothing stood out enough to make us want to return. It seems to be the case with a lot of restaurants in the area.. people rave about how good they are & in all reality they arent . Our waiter was polite However, he did forget multiple things we asked for

I have eaten here before, normally if the sushi chef is on point it tastes pretty good. I just decided to door dash this meal. I live maybe 5 mins from this place and when I got my shrimp tempura roll it literally fell apart trying to take it out of the to go box. Alot of my sushi from this order just is falling apart. I know the person from door dash couldnt have caused this in less than 5 mins in delivery transit. So tonight it must have been the chef having too many orders or doesnt realize their rolls are falling apart.

Just have to say amazing. I eat here from time to time and appreciate the chef and the employees at this restaurant. They remember you and always show their appreciation towards you when you come back in. Amazing food is a plus. Chef goes above and beyond with his sushi. Great place, menu items pretty accurate but online menu and descriptions aren t. I ordered the lunch special 5pcs sushi w/ tempura roll, clearly said it comes with miso soup. Checked my bag and the soup wasn t there, then I went back and claimed my soup and they said that it s only for dine in, but to keep a client, they could ve just offered it along with the explanation. In the F&B industry we as chefs know how cheap it is to just give away a small cup of soup and keep a client satisfied from a misunderstanding. Respectfully

One star is too much. The food was way overpriced and they had an additional fee for service and delivery. I understand the delivery, of course, because we obviously got it delivered. The sushi had very little flavor and fell apart. Also, they messed up our order!!! Two items were not correct. The only good thing about this was the polite and friendly delivery person. Everything else just wasnt worth it.

Save your money- Go somewhere else! I ordered orange chicken and it was extremely bland so I asked for sesame chicken instead (which is something I NEVER do). The waitress took my orange chicken and went to put the order in. Came back and said the owner is making us pay for both. I asked if I could at least have the orange chicken back because I am having to pay for it and they had already thrown it away. HUGE waste of $40. Worst customer service ever.

Chopsticks is a really great place to eat at for lunch. You can either eat inside it order to go. The sushi is to die for, very well prepared by the Chef. I go for lunch about 3 times a week and I am never disappointed. I highly recommend this restaurant if you love raw seafood and want something fast. Service good and food excellent Generous portions. Everyone was very friendly. Nice location. Would go back.

I was disappointed in our service. The food took very long to come out, mainly my kids corn dogs. First time here so I didnt know if theyd like Pho, so we got corn dogs & I had to ask for the corn dogs 2x. A table of 8 and 6 of us had our food, but 45min later we finally got our corn dogs. I will say the fried dumplings were super delicious, and the pho was pretty good. The kitchen was lagging for sure, on those corn dogs for some reason. Maybe next time Ill just order my Pho to go.
