Food was alright. The grilled cheese sandwich was barely grilled and more like thick bread with melted cheese for a ton of money. The employee who took my order has headphones on and completely disinterested in taking my order until it was good-time, then the headphones came off and she was courteous, answering questions and giving suggestions. Can t really complain there. Asking for a tip there is weird. What service are they providing that s more what s expected? I tipped but it was a forced function to prevent messing with my food. The store was clean and appeared more upscale than it actually is.

****BEWARE PATRONS READ ALL ONE AND TWO STAR REVIEWS BEFORE COMING TO THIS LOCATION**** there are more 1&2 stars than any other stars. I have been to this location twice, since the past two months I have lived Killeen. It is the same person at the drive thru that gives the same bad attitude and horrible customer service. I tried avoiding the drive thru and order directly in the store just to avoid the drive thru persons attitude. The cashier gets an A plus for accuracy for my order. I forgot to remove an ingredient on the half of sandwich I order. So didn t think that it would be a problem to ask politely to have no Mayo on the sandwich. My apologies for not using the word Aioli! Because your associate had chime in a correcting me. I know it can be a nuances to have customer bother you when you re working on their food, how dare I! I know when people are being passive aggressive. As a manager you allowed my order not be made and serve other customers who ordered and be served as you were in the kitchen helping. I order a half a sandwich and one large Mac and cheese and two small Mac and cheeses. I got my own drinks in the lobby. So I m choosing to be passive aggressive as well. I waited patiently for 35 minutes and saw my name bounced up and down on your Rapid Order Screen. While the line of people who order after me names appeared with complete orders. Giving me an excuse as a manager that you only had three people preparing food was not what I wanted to hear. I wasn t angry or upset until you had mentioned; I would be angry or upset too. Which queued me in on believing the treatment I received was purposeful. I get it you are understaffed and over worked but your Subject Matter Expertise is Customer Service not only that Professionalism. You choose to provided good/excellent Customer Service or Not. Thank you for my refund I kindly asked for and said please and thank you without attitude. Also, your sandwich maker needs to be retrained. Instead of cutting corners. She should have remade the sandwich that was returned back from the drive thru, reopening the sandwich and just grabbing bacon and putting on the sandwich isn t the sanitary way of food handling. I m sure it doesn t help cut cost when someone gets sick from your establishment. It s probably why you get complaints about hair in customers food. I m sure that s a Major health violations going on here. Order here at your own risk!

I ordered the Fuji apple salad with extra chicken, extra dried apples and extra apple vinegar dressing. While the salad was done the way I wanted. Im very disappointed in how they did my dressing. They gave me 3 containers all HALF full. I always get extra dressing because their salads are extremely filling and are full of yummy goodness right to the bottom. But even with shaking the dressing in the salad, I never get dressing in every bite. So Im very disappointed that today Im eating the rest for lunch and theres no more dressing.

I love Panera. Just not this location. They are not friendly. My sandwich was the ugliest and bread was not fresh and kept falling apart. The employees are constantly cussing back there. Why are all the pastries and desserts out like that??? Flies gnats and bugs on all of it ewww. Y all just don t waste your time with the high prices and poor service. Go to another fresh & kind sandwich shop.

First time experience. Ordered ahead so I didn t have customer service contact. Food was fine (a little salty) but the main issue was that 8 tables were very dirty. I came during lunch hour so it s possible that it got busy and there is an understaffing issue but i came for 20 minutes and still didn t see one person cleaning tables after guests left.

The only reason Im giving a 3 star is because they cut corners on the size of the bread you get on the side with soup. In every state Ive ever got Panera bread , the baguette was always around the same size. Im not paying 1.50 extra for a baguette portion that was halved . Im not the only one to notice this either. I honestly don t know how this Panera is still open. The customer service is horrible. The employees are always so rude and for now reason. Especially in the drive thru. The most recent time was insane. We started placing our order and everything we asked for was sold out or discontinued . They were so rude but we were on the road and our kids were hungry so we tried to get alternatives. When we asked the employee to tell us what was available, they rattled a list off so quickly that we didn t catch anything. We asked them to repeat what they said, they sighed audibly to make sure we knew they were annoyed, and then rattled it off just as quickly. At that point, we were tired of the disrespectful behavior & lack of menu items that we decided to leave. I ve only been there 3x and each time it was such a horrible experience. I left with nothing in hand 2/3 instances due to inaccurate menu, missing items, flat out rude and hostile employees, or a combination of both. The one time I did actually get something, the employee was still rude, but they had what I wanted in stock. 0/10 do not recommend.

Panera is going downhill. This is their $14 teriyaki chicken bowl. Pretty sure the $3 microwave meal from wally world is bigger, and tastes about the same. Depressing. In case you cant tell from the picture, its about a cup and a half of food. Plus theyve moved many of the drinks behind the counter so theyre not self service refill anymore. You can still get refills, just have to wait for someone to do it for you. Probably not going to come here for lunch again. Been a couple years, had a wild hare... regret it now. I went to Panera Bread for the first time and I didnt like it. First, when I was ordering, the employee had an attitude, and when my family finished ordering (4 sandwiches), IT WAS $60. Now I wouldnt mind that but the food was cold, the chicken was bland as well as everything else, they gave ONE drop of sauce on my burger and super small and on top of that it was $12 AND YOU CAN GET A BETTER BURGER AT MCDONALDS FOR LESS THAN $5 AND DOUBLE THE FOOD. You could hear the staff in the kitchen goofing off, rather than making food, but I think the restaurant is poorly managed and feels uncomfortable/welcoming. If you really want to eat at Panera Bread, do NOT GO TO THIS ONE AT ALL COST.

My husband ordered a broccoli cheese bowl. What I got was a bowl of broccoli cheese and a side of bread. They have gotten cheap. As broccoli cheese use to come in a bread bowl. Some of the rudest experiences Ive had here. Most recent, asked for my drinks to have no ice, one of them did, I had told them politely, I apologize but I actually asked for both to have no ice, which I thought wasnt too bad to ask considering they were small drinks, so while handing it back the guy shooed me off swiping his hand at me and the drink and yelled just keep it. I asked I did something wrong, he just got more agitated then slammed the drive through door. Came back and said here, shook the drink at me to take it, then slammed the door again. When I got the food I opened it up after pulling away from the drive through only to find the food everywhere in the bag and completely messed up. Not coming to this location again after raising prices to hell, and having employees constantly being rude for no reason after being shown kindness and being tipped. If I wanted to tip people to slap me around and treat me like a used rag Id go down town killeen to a dark alley with the ladies of the night.

The food delivery was fast, but the price is very high for the quality, I ordered some cinnamon rolls and I think they were expired because the texture was hard and dry, not even the kids wanted them and it is one of their favorite desserts. They ask you for Tips but they dont take your order or bring the food to the table. When I went to get the food, there was no hello, no good morning, no thanks and even less a smile. They made the sandwich in a hurry and the meat was falling off the bread, I had to fix it, the pizza tasted good but it had very little sauce, you couldnt even taste the sauce, it was literally bread with cheese. The atmosphere is very calm and pleasant but Ill eat there again, its really not worth it.

I ordered the Spinach and Artichoke Soufflé. The soufflé has an egg custard, spinach, and cheese. It was soft and very flavorful. I ate the whole thing, savoring each bite lol. My sandwich was great! I ordered the Turkey BLT sandwich. The usual bread was out, so I subbed for brioche. I also got a large iced green tea; Panera has the best green tea. Overall, the sandwich was great, but there was about a 15 minute wait today. Vegetarian options: The Mediterranean sandwich is great. Kid-friendliness: Kids meal is available.

I got the new green goddess caprese melt and was seriously disappointed. The picture looked great and I was really excited to try a new sandwich. Unfortunately it was not as delicious as I expected. First, the sandwich wasnt cut in half (thankfully I had a knife at work). Second, I dont think there was mozzarella in the sandwich, I didnt see or taste any. I was expecting 1/4 inch thick slices as pictured. Lastly, it was very soggy. I think the staff didnt know what ingredients went in it as I heard the man making it questioning the ingredients out loud in the back. I love Panera and hate to give a negative review but I dont want other customers to have my same experience.

I was staying at the hotel next door for a month and came to Panera a lot during that time. The service was hit or miss. About 50% of the time they would mess up my modifications to the orders (put mayo instead of mustard). The worst was when they completely forgot to put turkey on my turkey avocado BLT. I contacted customer service and it was remedied, but still. Thats a pretty crucial part of the sandwich. The workers always seem distracted at the counter, often filming each other and laughing and joking around. I can see how itd be easy to mess up orders when your coworkers are that distracting.

This is a great place to enjoy many food options. Of course they have bread and pastries but they also have a nice selection of soups, salads, bowls and sandwiches. Their lemonades are the bomb! They offer a good rewards system by using your telephone number. They offer great customer service and their dining area is always clean and comfy. This is my go to place for a nice and healthy lunch but theyre also good for dinner and breakfast as well.

Everything was great, yes a bit expensive for sandwiches, but I think its worth it, for how good the sandwiches are! Vegetarian options: U can get any sandwich without meat or dairy. Kid-friendliness: Sandwiches for kids as well. Also they should like the broccoli and cheese soup.

I order a sausage and egg sandwich at the drive-thru. It took 3 attempts for the employee to listen because I could hear him speaking and laughing with another employee. I also asked my bread options and that really confused him because he replied a what? So I replied back never mind. Thankfully the drive-thru was empty and I left.
