I have ordered the sushi in the past and it was good. Today I ordered chicken & mixed vegs, won ton soup, egg roll and fried rice. The only thing I could eat was the egg roll. The rice was greasy. Won. Tons were mushy and the meat had a horrible flavor. The chicken had an equally awful flavor. The veggies were fresh but only green peppers, onions and broccoli. I will not be ordering from them again

Me and my daughter go here once a week and split a few dishes. We have never had anything we didn t like. The hot and sour soup always taste fresh and the portions are large enough to share. We always have very kind and attentive waitstaff. We are happy to have the spot close to us. We recommend eating in the restaurant as opposed to getting it delivered through door dash. Fresh is best. My daughter slays Kid-friendliness: They have a big kids menu but the dishes are also big enough to share with your kiddo. Very friendly environment and they serve kids in big Togo cups with out asking.

Happened upon this place by chance when I was on vacation in San Leon. It was the best sushi Ive ever had. The young waiter was so nice and talkative and polite, I wish I had thought to get his name so I could send the restaurant a note saying as much. Beautiful decorations and the food presentation was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

Our first visit to this sushi place and they did not disappoint! First and foremost, the service was par none, our server was very friendly and attentive to our every need. The spicy edamame was insanely good, and that alone would get me back there. But getting to the rolls we ordered the taste, freshness, presentation, and value was unbelievable. The normal shaggy roll was delicious and normal size, but the signature rolls absolutely shined here. These signature rolls were at least twice the thickness and longer than normal rolls. They were delicious and fresh, which makes all the difference. The wonton soup was quickly consumed with our 16oz hot plum saki. I plan to and would recommend going here. Its nice to have other options in the area at such an affordable price as we have been to ALL the local sushi places, and this stands with the best. The only negative I can muster would be the cleanliness of the floor. Everything was spotless, including the restrooms. However, the main floor had too much trash and food. If they fix this simple issue, then this would be a 5 star establishment. Parking: Big lot right outside. Kid-friendliness: Sure, behaved kids would be welcomed.

Tried ordering through door dash. After the charge went through, they updated the total to so that they could add additional charges for soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce. We dined at Fuji Sushi restaurant before heading to Aldi for grocery shopping, and it was an outstanding experience. Our server, Havy or Javie, provided top-notch service with a very polite demeanor and the food came out promptly. Great service, nice atmosphere and amazing sushi. The BF has been living close to the Canadian border for 5 years and so went hog wild. Said it was all great. He especially loved the sea urchin. Me and my 10 &1.5 year old went here tonight for our first time. It was so delicious! Super fast service and they even sent out a free plate of sample sushi for us to try which was awesome! I ve never seen another restaurant do that so it was a great treat to us! We will absolutely be back again! I can t say enough great things about this place tonight!! 10/10!! The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable, and my friend liked his sushi. I ordered Hot and Sour soup & Kung Po chicken. The soup was just average and had to ask for it to be heat up; it was luke warm. The Kung Po was bad, if thats your dish, dont come here. It was bland, yellow batter chicken with no peppers, and uncooked dry roasted peanuts poured over...very lame. I mentioned this and was told its their style. I told them the menu shows a pepper next to it to signifying spicy, which it was not. There was no spice at all, and this was not Kung Po. What makes Kung Po Kung Po and not just chicken is the stir-fry sauce (which does vary, though theirs seem to have not been stir-fried but scooped from pot) and fried in this sauce is Sichuan peppers, garlic and peanuts. The fried Sichuan peppers, garlic, and peanuts make it Kung Po. It also had zucchini and onions. Ive had vegetables in it before, but uncommon. You should remove it from your menu if you arent going to stir-fry it.

We are so glad we found this place. The service, food and presentation were all outstanding. Also the restaurant was very clean. Besides being noticeably fresh one of the best things about the food is its loaded with protin rather than filler rice. There is just a small amount of rice around the outside of the nori. This means is a great option for anyone looking for a lower carb options. They also have rice free sushi options as well. Overall 100% impressed we would go back. Update We did! Still as good

We had a group of 7, including kids. We called over when leaving the parking garage at the boardwalk and they were able to arrange some tables to accommodate us. The staff were all so friendly, accommodating, and very kind to the kids. Some in our group had some special dietary needs and they were well prepared to meet those requests. The food was DELICIOUS. I was taken aback by the ambience of the restaurant. I have been driving by this location for years and never gave it a second glance. Today, my daughter and I decided to take a chance and try them out. I was surprised by the atmosphere. I figured since it was in that strip mall it would just be a hole in the wall. But, I was impressed. I liked the sushi bar and the fare was good. My only reason for 3 stars would be the portion size. They were disappointing. Excellent! It wasn t crowded at 4:30pm so the atmosphere was nice. Ordered Gyoza as an appetizer, it was great. For dinner, we had the Cherry Blossom Roll, which was amazing, sweet and savory, the Beautiful Life Roll, which was also amazing and spicy. All of it was very fresh and very filling. We ordered A LOT of food on Ubers Eats. Everything looked delicious and I couldn t help myself! It was very well packaged and sealed with staples in a brown paper bag. I m not a sushi enthusiast, and I didn t order it; but the closest thing to it that s fully cooked were the Volcano Rolls. Omg I could eat those everyday! Top tier taste and new to my taste buds. However, my overall experience fell short of what I had hoped for. From the lackluster service to the delayed food and unclean facilities, my visit to Fuji Sushi Asian Cuisine left much to be desired. Mediocre Food and Delayed Service: Despite the positive reviews, the food at Fuji Sushi Asian Cuisine turned out to be quite average. The pork bun, although tasty, took an unexpectedly long time to arrive at my table. To my surprise, the spicy tuna roll was served first, disrupting the overall dining experience. The lack of coordination in the kitchen and the delayed service left a lot to be desired. Inattentive Waitstaff: One aspect that added to my disappointment was the inattentiveness of the waitstaff. Despite there being only four occupied tables in the restaurant, including mine, the staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive. My attempts to get their attention for various requests were often met with indifference, which further dampened the overall experience. Neglected and Unsanitary Restroom: To my dismay, the condition of the restroom at Fuji Sushi Asian Cuisine was deplorable. As soon as I stepped in, a strong odor of urine filled the air, suggesting a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. The overall cleanliness of the restroom was questionable, indicating negligence on the part of the restaurants management. Conclusion: My visit to Fuji Sushi Asian Cuisine was far from satisfying. Despite the initial positive reviews that attracted me to the restaurant, the experience fell short in multiple aspects. The food, though decent, was not exceptional, and the delay in serving the pork bun was an inconvenience. This is our go-to Sushi and Chinese food restaurant. The team operates like a family, and works to support each other and ultimately the customer. Vegi, Abbey and Michelle are the core of the customer service team and are always friendly and happy to serve. As a regular now, they remember my dietary restrictions and specialized food order. (I suffer from severe food allergies.) Jayden at the sushi bar always accommodates my needs and even cuts my rolls intotiny pieces so they dont bulge out my cheeks :) Food is fast, fresh and made to order. They serve the food as it is made, so some orders will come out before others at your table, ensuring the dish is hot and fresh as each is made to order. Odd at first, until you realize that its not pre-made and soggy. A great experience and reasonably priced venue. Note it is not an all- you-can-eat menu, but only my adult sons can out eat my budget! Dietary restrictions: As a Celiac, I have difficulty eating out. The Fuji Sushi team is understanding and takes very good care in preparing my food. As a result, I am a regular!

I strongly feel this is the best sushi in the area. Im a long time fan of Asian cuisine and have frequented several of the local restaurants. Fuji Sushi Asian Cuisine stands out because its clear the owner and team take pride in their sushi quality. You can taste the freshness difference and see their pride in their food presentation. Also, their menu is exciting and unique, which I find fun every time I visit. However, sushi is their strong point. I would not recommend their other Asian dishes as they are average, at best. The restaurant is clean and the service is friendly and as prompt as possible. They usually only have two servers available so dining in can be slow. But, the atmosphere is pleasant so the slower service may not bother you at all. Again, the service is polite and friendly, so I feel that also makes up for the wait.

As soon as I open the door, a smell like sewage was very strong. We set away from the restrooms but the smell kept strong. I after a while I thought that it maybe was a strong smell of cleaning products... anyways I tried to ignore it because I was really hungry. Our favorite date night! Weve been coming here at least every other Friday night for the past year because the vibe is perfect, the food is consistently fresh and tasty, and the servers are so friendly and personable. Restaurant looks basic on the outside but fun and modern on the inside so dont be fooled! Pricing is on point for the amount of food and quality! Weve had at least 10 different signature rolls, Spiderman, Shaggy Dog and Tiger Eye rolls are our favorites. Crab puffs, gyoza and egg rolls appetizers are tasty too! Highly recommend! They also have a great lunch menu!

I got the tuna roll and eel roll. Barely any rice, and the rice was stale and crunchy. I only ate half my eel roll because it was mushy and slimy. Did not taste fresh, and my stomach confirmed that shortly after.

So this is the first time we tried this sushi restaurant. We literally drove up to get Wingstop and I talked my husband into coming here instead. BEST DECISION EVER! The sushi was out of this world, the presentation was gorgeous and the sesame chicken my daughter got was delicious and perfectly cooked. Abby s service was immaculate and we will ABSOLUTELY be back. We just found our new favorite sushi place!

This is my daughters favorite restaurant!!! Weve been here several times and the service, food and atmosphere are impeccable... My only complaint would be that they dont have the bottled sodas sometimes. But u quickly forget that when the food is served. And even more when u get the bill and its reasonably priced. Parking: Its in a shopping center. Parking is fine. Kid-friendliness: My kids are teenagers and they love this place.

This was honestly the worst sushi place Ive ever eaten at. We had to ask our server for plates, napkins water and even the soy sauce boats. The seaweed used for the rolls was stale and very hard. The fish was not fresh and doused in lemon, as to hide the fact. Not to mention they are very skimpy on the amount of fish. My girlfriend and I will never go back, or recommend this place to anyone. Try at your own risk.

this is one of the best Asian places to eat we have been to. Their hot and sour soup is actually spicy! Not thick and goopy like some others. Its one of the main reasons we keep coming back. Our new favorite place to eat! We have been here the past four days! We literally can t get enough! Everything that we have tried has been phenomenal! So fresh! Favorite appetizers are Yellowtail Carpaccio Sashimi Sampler Spicy Garlic Edamame Tuna Tataki All of the rolls have been incredible! My personal favorite is the Dancing Yellowtail roll, I add cucumber and avocado! Michelle provided us with incredible service! She is super friendly and attentive! Love this place!
