Good clean room, friendly staff. Free breakfast is always nice too. Lots of TV channels. Very affordable price. Nearby lots of amenities, walked to a restaurant next door to eat lunch one day which was very convenient. Overall I would stay here again.

Water was not working and no refund after 3 months of repeated calls to front desk who has called and emailed over 4 times to upper management with ZERO REPSONSE. I stayed 1 night working out of town and needed to shower after a hard days work and couldnt even flush the toilet!!! No shower no running water to even just was my hands! The level of unprofessionalism from upper management not answering or returning calls or emails is beyond pathetic. I deserve a refund and the front desk cant even get ahold of the people needed to issue a refund. This is PATHETIC... if you charge someone to use showers and bathroom and water was turned off the entire stay then that customer is due A FULL REFUND... I could have just slept in my truck and saved the $80 dollars and had a nice dinner Im sure they dont care cause they got their money... zero stars is not an option otherwise i would give this stay a zero out of 5 stars. You dont treat your paying customers like garbage. So unprofessional. Huge hotels can afford to refund when the water is off... workers cant afford to waste nearly 100 dollars and have to work the next day smelling and feeling like crap... I dont ever complain but this just pissed me off because I know they can afford to refund me. Never staying here again. Congrats rich hotel owners you got the negative review you deserve, its the least punishment you deserve worse. You should be fired. Front desk guy felt bad for me because he sent emails and called on my behalf over and over with ZERO RESPONSE.

Everything was great. Check in was on point. The customer service was so polite and willing to help when needed. Housekeeping is over the top everything was cleaned and in order. I will definitely be booking with them again. And the location was great. Rooms: Our room was room was spacious and very clean. Housekeeping made sure that our towels were stocked. Our room was cleaned the entire weekend and bed was made. I will definitely book with Days Inn again

We had booked a room in the aftermath of Beryl to escape the heat due to loss of power. However, we were told that we had no room. Furthermore was that the man who worked the front desk (this was at night) was very rude and highly unprofessional. It wasnt just aimed towards us but other people there as well. This man was saying things to people that you would not say in civilized conversation. Meanwhile, I am waiting to get my money back. My advice would be to never consider this place to stay.

Enjoyed my stay here.The service level and attention to detail when dealing with customers is what got me. There is a small business centre,a pool,laundy facility and vending machines. The breakfast is nothing to write home about but the service they provide is awesome. Very close to Kemah bars and the brisk walk took about 15 mins through the neighborhood via Kipp RD. Well appointed rooms that were clean.No noise or construction ,just peace and serenity. Will be back again!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Days Inn Kemah, and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby to the time I checked out, the staffs warm hospitality made my stay memorable. He was not only professional but also genuinely friendly, offering helpful tips and making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Location was wonderful. Very near to kemah broadwalk. The room itself was cozy, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. After a very bad experience at Mesquite, Tx Days Inn, I was thrilled with above-average service and value from first entering! The desk clerk was friendly and courteous, the lobby was pleasantly cool and smelled fresh. The room was a great value with TV that worked and did not run out if toilet paper. The location was convenient to an event I was attending. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again!

Ok I was in a handicapped room. The bed had some kind of metal thing between the mattress and box spring that we kept hitting our leg in. Have lots of big bruises. The mattress was hard as a rock. The pillows were nice. However they dont change the sheets but ever 3 days and they will clean the room but never made the bed till the 3rd day.when they changed the sheets. The sheets on the mattress was brown huge stain on it. The room smelt old and musty had to buy air freshener while we were staying there. The bathroom tub would t drain properly. They said they fixed it and still didnt drain. The bathtub was so slick we almost fell several times. We left the front desk know when they came in and cleaned it it was still slick. The handicapped bars on top looked clean underneath had mold on it. And handicapped shower chair is plastic and felt like u were going to break it sitting on it. The thebshower looked bad. The room looked nothing like the online pictures. Breakfast was some coffee and juice a waffle maker 3.cereals that alot of people do t eat and the muffins were very tiny. Lime the ones from little Debbies. A few peices on fruit. Eventide I went mostly gone not variety and not filled up during the 6-9qm hours once it was gone its gone. They dont refill it. I could hear water going thru our bathroom like in the drains when no water was on. U can smell the cholorine from the pool. The front desk staff was very nice and pleasant. Other than the pleasant staff I was really dissatisfied and disappointed and will not be returning to this hotel In the future.

The man who checked us in, his name is Happy. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our room. He was worried about us having a problem with the paint smell. The hotel has been going through a remodel and painting. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My wife and me slept like a rock. We would recommend this hotel. In fact my wife reserved a room for October when she and her mom are going on a cruise.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND WALK YOUR ROOM BEFORE YOU PAY. We rented 2 rooms and both of them were a HEALTH HAZZARD . Frig had hair in it and brown sticky whatever, blankets and sheets had BLOOD AND SEMEN BEYOND NASTY. I spent an hour cleaning before I noticed the bed sheets. The manager walked them and said they were just stains and can change them. Refused to refund us our money. Still fighting to get a refund. Reporting to health board due to the entire property was dirty and nasty. Needless to say refund or not we left and went to another hotel which was amazing. Management doesnt care!!

Update: The owner replies to every negative review with a similar response - further showing they dont really care. If you cared about the cleanliness and you walked around your property, youd see and smell it wasnt clean. This place feels like a cheap college apartment with all kinds of issues. Lights not working, mold growing in the pool room, a bed that looked like it was 30 years old and full of stains, and the furniture was sparse and generally in poor repair. The nicest part of the hotel were the headboards and the two sets of large canvas print photographs hanging in the room. Unfortunately, with the dirty bed there was nothing they could do or offer. They didnt offer any discount or apologize - it was just odd. Some other details: The TVs were tiny in the rooms, but we didnt use them anyway. All the floors were sticky, especially in the elevator. The fire doors to the stairwells were propped open with towels the whole time we were there and the stairwells were dirty - clearly not vacuumed often. The breakfast selection was poor - plastic-packaged muffins, terrible juice, and a general lack of organization (people couldnt figure out what to do with the syrup dispenser because it was huge. There should be some indicator to pump the syrup into a cup and then pour it on your waffle). The waffle was the only hot option and the only fruit were apples. All in all, it was a disappointing room and service and we would not be back. You can tell its run by cheap owners that dont think this is wrong and dont follow the Days Inn promise of cleanliness. We didnt expect anything upscale, but stuff should be clean and in good repair - its not a no-name motel. Having it run $190 for the night (New Years Eve) made it sting more. Buyer beware. Rooms: Dirty and sparsely finished. Felt like crashing at a college apartment other than the nice photos on the wall. Nearby activities: On the main highway and it was easy to get down to the boardwalk and nearby food. Food and drinks: The breakfast was not good. All of the drink vending machines were out of order and the one working vending machine was 75% empty.

This place is not well taken care of. Everywhere you look is filthy! Our room, we found stains on the sheets, frig not well cleaned. Went to let the person know about how we werent comfortable staying here no more, well the person running this place, he decided to come and walk the room and we pointed out the stains on the sheets and told us its bleach and stain that dont come out.HOW IN THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT THOSE STAINS ARE!! FOR ALL I KNOW IT COULD BE SEMEN, BLOODSTAIN, AND SO ON! FIRST OF ALL, THERE SHOULDVE BEEN CLEAN BED SHEETS,, NO STAINS WHAT SO EVER At ALL PERIOD.. Ok well today I had to wait over 45 minutes to even be check in due to the front desk having to get his daughter off the bus also there was another guy waiting as well who was upset! I could have went somewhere else and got checked in a lot quicker too bad I had paid way earlier in the day. Also my significant other and I always seem to get attitude. I don t appreciate that since I ve been staying here for over a month and I clean the rooms for the most part and take out my trash. Also I have a young child who had to wait all this time to get her diaper changed I m not ok with that. Check in should be easy and not waiting on a person who standing by the road to wait for a bus for almost an hour. Because he was out there while I waited in traffic after working. I can go without the attitude and without the wait. I ve paid a lot of money to this place, I feel like we should be treated and welcomed not like we re a burden. I don t even wanna stay here anymore because of the looks I get when I walk in and the silence. Then they start talking when I get down the hallway. Christian the man before was way better. Been staying here until I can find a new apartment, Christian COBAIN has been the best front desk person I ve ever came across! He s soo friendly and quick! He never disappoints! Also he s amazing with my kids and that s enough for me! Some of the rooms we ve stayed in were not cleaned properly, where my 1 year old found 2 empty bottles of liquor under the bed also lube also a lot of the mini fridges could be replaced. we try to stick with room 101 or 108. Some rooms have mold, or smell really musty . Breakfast isn t anything special. Main reason I spend my money here is because you can t find someone as kind as Christian. He s the reason I spend my money here! He should be a valued employee for sure! Also elevator doesn t work, that s kind of a bummer. Rooms: There s some good rooms! But others could use new chairs and couches because of the smell. Also in some rooms there s mold. Also sewage smell at times Food and drinks: Breakfast could be better, there s vending machines as well. If you figure out the road closures to even get here then you ll have the most OK est stay. The hotel can use a good cleaning. The beds are AWFUL. Unless you like a bed so soft that you literally are almost ate alive by the bed and sucked down into making it impossible to move, sleep or get out of, I don t suggest to stay here. Outdoor trash was overflowing to the ground for 2 days. John the manager was great. Other than that, this place is NOT worth any money to stay in. Rooms: You can see dust on the walls, around carpet edges. Air units vents were BLACK. Housekeeping was asked to clean it because I have asthma. She didn t. Manager came and cleaned it while she watched. As I spoke to her as she was leaving the room she totally ignored me and walked out. Pool room stinks and is extremely humid. Door was left open a lot which is a danger and possibly a future liability. Will never stay here again.

The hotel is great value, mostly due to the road construction in the area and the difficulty of getting in and out. Even though, I was just visiting I had to figure out the direction myself, Google directions often didnt match due the whole a lot of road closures. Of course, thats not the fault of the hotel, but still a inconvenience for the visitors. Staff were friendly. Indoor pool was out of order, during our 2 day stay. Rooms: Rooms are just average. Beds are nice and comfy Nearby activities: Broadwalk is very close by, but by car only. Safety: Area felt nice, quite and safe. Walkability: Due to road construction in the area almost everywhere, area is not walkable at all. Food and drinks: Breakfast was decent and stocked. It felt all fresh.

This was the best Days Inn I ve ever stayed in. The room was very nice and clean. And the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the Kemah area. It s only 1.5 miles from the boardwalk. Rooms: The room was big and clean with a very comfortable bed. Nearby activities: The hotel is only 1.5 miles from the Kemah Boardwalk and also only a few miles away from NASA. Safety: My friend went on a early morning jog and felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood.

This room is affordable which means you get what you pay for. The reviews posted was not my experience. Yes the room had a plug in but you do not smell it. The hotel in general do not have a smell. Its in a convenient location, however, there is construction. The guy at the front desk is nice. The reason I have 4 stars is because the remote control didnt work despite the man trying to get it to work. It just never worked to change channel. Also, the kitchen sink water took forever to warm. Other than that this was a nice quick getaways from Houston. Oh and the room is outdated but again not the biggest deal breaker.

When we confronted the guy at the desk, he refused to refund our money, and tried to upcharge us to move rooms. He ended up getting us a new, slightly cleaner room, but still a 1 star at best.

John at the front desk was so kind and went above and beyond to help us. When our car stopped working he offered to give us a jump start. And he was there the whole time until my car started. The fridge leaked & whenever you leave the room & re-enter an unpleasant smell hits you. Housekeeping is really poor, they change towels daily but thats about it. Rooms arent vacuumed; shower curtains arent changed even though we were there for 13 nights..the couch in the room needs upholstering etc. The great plus is the desk personnel especially John was great, very helpful & pleasant. Road construction ongoing a bit inconvenient but not the hotels fault.

Hotel was fine, low water pressure in bathroom. Kitchen for breakfast still not open. The Biggest thing is the construction their is no way to go directly to the hotel you have to make a dangerous U turn to get to the hotel. Then the turn into the hotel is dangerous also during rush hour traffic. I would not stay again because of that fact until everything is fixed.

Night clerk lied, stated only 1 room left. Being a Wyndham rewards member I called and they had multiple rooms. Our room was not so clean and paying over $100 for the night and being lied to doesnt sit well. I do have to give them a 3 rd star for quiet. If AC would have worked 4th star would have happened.

I stayed here for one night for 67.80 about 2 weeks ago. I paid the security deposit with cash. This morning I wake up and they charged my card a second time for 67.80. I go to call the front desk and Im told to call after 8pm tonight. It 10am. Im sorry but that isnt good enough. I will be connecting corporate because obviously, you dont have employees who know what they are doing. Save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else. They will steal your money.

Absolutely disgusting!! We got a room here expecting to be able to swim in the hot tub. Turns out the pool looks disgusting, and water really cold. I asked why the hot tub heat wasnt on, and they said its broken, yet theres heat in the water youll bathe with. Shortly after we went to the ice machine for some ice. Only to find mold within the ice. Once we saw that we started to notice more. Sheets, and pillows covered in stains, and one had black mold as well. Air conditioner filters literally covered in so much dust as if it hasnt been cleaned in years . Meaning youll probably be breathing hundreds of peoples dead skin cells, and dirt. I had to check everything in the room. Theres even a hole in the wall which is honestly the least bad thing considering all the bacteria. We even found used paper plates in the room, from some previous person. I would recommend not staying here considering theres a lot of health violations, and you could really catch something bad in this place (health wise)

I didnt like the crayon on the wall. They advertise the pool and hot tub that is in doors. The pool was super cool as if it were outside and the hot tub didnt work at all. The beds were hard. I dont think I would stay again there unless I had too.

The night clerk made me feel awkward during check in, kept watching me as if I was a criminal and then inspected my license THOROUGHLY, repeatedly looking at my picture and then back at me, back to the picture, back at me.. Even my 12 year old noticed and thought it was weird. When we get to the room, it was clean-ish... It was pretty much what youd expect for a hotel at that price, but the strangest thing was there was no shower curtain for the bathtub. Normally I would have just asked the front desk but after the treatment I got from him, we decided the floor will just have to get wet!

Hard bed. Bed bugs? Something biting is all night. mask signs say state law when that is a lie and liable to $1000 fine from governors office. Did not enforce fortunately for them. You know, for a room that smells like straight bleach, a french fry stuck in the air conditioning, a leftover raisin on the bathroom floor, and a receptionist that probably finds more joy in watching paint dry than working here, i would say it was $117 well spent.
