William arrived right on time and proceeded to perform his excellent care for my one-story house that was suffering from mildew. Worked thoroughly to clean my windows ; he removed my potted plants away from the house and the patio furniture in a timely manner. He explained each procedure and the rationale behind the task. I do appreciate the wonderful customer service I received from Olivia as she was very responsive to my online request to make arrangements for KTX to service my home. Very professional. Nicholas and Martin arrived right on time. Great work quality. They were very careful of the areas that they were working in, made sure that all windowsills were dry afterwards, adjusted the blinds back to where they had been when they started, and made sure that all windows and screens were locked when they finished.

Also, one window was not fully closed which caused an alert from my security system a little while after the job was done. Pressure wash of the driveway/sidewalk was very good. Had my gutters cleaned by KTX and their service was excellent. In 2-3 sections there were plants growing out of the gutters and they cleaned it all out and hauled away the debris/mud. Those sections sit under a large oak tree, and they receive a lot of leaves, acorns, pollen, twigs, etc. I spot tested a few areas around the house and everything is flowing freely. Great job!

OH MY GOODNESS!! Who knew that a company could be so meticulous about window cleaning? Not me!! KTX did an amazing job of making sure all aspects of the services they provided were done to the best of their ability. They even looked back over their work make sure it was done correctly. They found a small smudge in a corner on one of our top story windows. They tried to clean it on the inside and got the ladder back out on the outside to make sure it was fixed. It turns out it was on the inside of the pane and was smudged by the builder but I was so impressed that they tried to fix it inside and outside. If you ever need your windows cleaned, I HIGHLY recommend KTX to do the job for you!! I am more than impressed with their work! I would give them 10 Stars if Google would allow it!

They were prompt, courteous, answered questions, etc. The estimate came that same afternoon, broken down by service item so that we could easily pick and choose which services we wanted done. The estimator showed up as planned, very nice answered all of my questions. The technician showed up promptly, was very professional. He did a great job cleaning the windows. I was unaware that there is no use of a water hose and so any dust, dirt, bugs etc. that are on the trim or between the windows doesnt get cleaned at all. Just sharing so that you know. My recommendation for next time is to use whatever means you have to clean the areas/ patio around the windows before they come to do the windows. After they come its too late. Update: The owner called me about this review and wanted to come look at the job. They arrived and they did do what I paid for, but they wanted to be sure I was happy and so did try to clean up the areas around the windows without messing up my newly cleaned windows. I would highly recommend and they aim to please and like I said in my original post, the windows look great.

I was referred to KTX by the local Katy Moms FB group, and I couldnt be happier with their service. They arrived on time and got straight to work, Zachary and his crew were very efficient and friendly. The communication was fluid and timely and i appreciated this. The house (stucco white) looked brand new and fresh, even a bit brighter!! Ive already told several of my circle of friends about this company, they did an amazing job from start to finish! Be sure to use them if you need your exterior cleaned, windows washed (interior and/or exterior) or pressure washing services!
