Agave Estates is a dreamy and absolutely gorgeous venue. The entire team is extremely helpful and accommodating, and they make your wedding planning exceptionally easy with all of their bundled services we opted in for their photo booth and DJ services. We booked with Angela Yzaguirre upon seeing the venue for the first time, and she was marvelous with all of our early questions and preparation. Agave also offers a lot of different ways to get some sweet deals we booked within 24 hours of our tour, so we got a free liquor upgrade to our open bar, and if you show up to the Vendor Mixer events, you can win things like free champagne for your sweetheart table. It was a breeze to also arrange with outside vendors that were not in their bundled services. Agave offers an in house coordinator assigned to you 60 days out from your wedding. Our Coordinator, Stephani Peralta, is not only a true gem of a person, but also an incredible coordinator. Our photographer and hair and makeup team made a point to let us know that she was one of the best coordinators theyve worked with for all the weddings that they have done. The bar service was fast and made delicious drinks, and there are so many beautiful areas to celebrate with your loved ones on the premises, inside or out. There is some construction going on right outside the venue, but dont let that deter your decision. Even though the venue is off a semi-busy road, it is so well tucked away behind the beautiful building and walls of deep orange and foliage, you would never know that you werent in an idyllic hacienda the likes of TV and movies. Truly luxurious without going above our budget. Our big day was everything we could have dreamed of and more, we are so happy with our decision to go with Agave Estates. I would recommend this venue to anyone that asks for any large events they would like to host, and if you get Stephani as your coordinator, give her a big hug from the Nuñezes!

We got an endless number of compliments on our choice of wedding venue- Agave Estates is one of the most beautiful settings I ve seen in Houston. Especially at night! We also can t thank our coordinator Stephani enough for such a seamless and beautiful wedding. We both have been beaming and on cloud 9 since then. So many people in our bridal party kept commenting how awesome your coordinator is! WOW She s on top of it! And I attribute that to why I was able to enjoy the night as thoroughly as I was. Stephani truly is A+++ at her job. She made us both feel so taken care of and brought items (vases/signs) from her own personal arsenal to enhance our special day. We won t forget Agave or our coordinator- they facilitated so much joy and memories we will always cherish!

My experience with Agave was hands down the best!! I got married at Agave in March 2024 & it truly was the best day ever. Stephani, our wedding coordinator with Agave, allowed me to have a completely stress-free day. Her attention to detail allowed the day to run so smoothly that I even had guests comment on how smoothly everything went! The planning process was a breeze & I cannot stop referring people to book with Agave! The beautiful location, the awesome wedding coordinator, the all-inclusive packages, everything about Agave was a dream!!

Love love loved this venue! They were super helpful, understanding and accommodating. Their all inclusive vending was so easy and made my job way less stressful. Stephani (my coordinator) was absolutely amazing, she was very easy to talk to and kind. There were a few bumps in the road and every step of the way she was there to guide me through it and put me at ease. All in all my day went absolutely perfect and it was all thanks to Agave and Stephani.

We recently held our daughters quinceañera at Agave Estates in Katy and could not have made a better choice. The venue and personnel were very accommodating and were able to tend to every detail we requested to make the night a truly perfect celebration. Stephani, our event coordinator, was on top of everything during the planning and the actual night of our celebration. She was attentive to the needs of our guests and ensured that every aspect, from the beginning with the court presentation to the toast were flawless. She is very experienced at making sure that all of the evening events went as planned even when my dress tore and she jumped in to the rescue. The venue itself is very spacious and gorgeously decorated giving a feel of sophistication and warmth. We continue to receive compliments from our guests on how everything was perfect that night. Definitely, will be our first choice for our future celebrations.

If youre wondering whether or not to book your special day at Agave Estates, do it! This stunning venue, from the moment my husband and I walked in, captured our hearts. It couldnt have been a more us venue, and I think it will be for you too! From the moment we decided to book with Agave, we were taken care of by all of the staff there. They handled all of our reception concerns, and offered a wide variety of options in their all inclusive package. From the first tour, the floral appointment, grand food tasting, and meeting our wedding coordinator, we felt so welcomed with tons of collaborative ideas, lots of open communication, and more! Food was a huge deal breaker for us, and attending the grand tasting solidified our decision. Everything that we ate was super tasty, so you cant go wrong with that. The cake company that they work with, Ginas Cakes, were beyond. All of our guests said that it was some of the best food and cake that theyve ever had at a wedding. But, the icing on top was our coordinator, Stephani. I never realized that an in house coordinator would be something that I needed, as Im super organized. But, boy was I wrong. Stephani was an angel sent from above. Every single question or comment I had, she had an answer for. Its cliché to say that she held our hand throughout this crazy year of life and wedding planning for us, but she literally and figuratively did. She did everything for us, from making sure that we were comfortable and happy with all of our decisions, to literally being my top contact the past few months. She was quite literally amazing, and I would give her a raise myself if I could. If youre wondering how the pictures would look at a rustic, hacienda venue, the pictures I attached below say it all. The place was just beautiful, from the outside to the inside. The outdoor area was so magical, with the pool and lights, and lush garden greenery. The indoor was just so perfect for our aesthetic December wedding. Not much decorating was needed at a place like this, so we were so blessed and happy to have found this place. BOOK AGAVE now, they made our magical dreams come true on our special day!

My husband and I recently got married on November 18th, 2023 at Agave Estates. Still sounds so crazy to say husband but here we are! It was a dream wedding come true! We worked with Stephani Peralta and she was AMAZING! I know she worked so tirelessly to make our special day the most relaxing & easy-going wedding we could have asked for. Not only for us, but our entire family! My husband and I really wanted to have a simple wedding at a beautiful venue. We even decided to not have too many flowers/centerpieces because the venue does all the ambiance for you! There was nothing that Trevor & I had to worry about besides our attire & seating chart. But even with the seating chart, Stephani dove right in and helped us out. All the vendors we worked with through the venue were spectacular. Best cake ever with Cakes by Gina, beautiful flower bouquets from Bella dia Floral, and DJ Ivan killed it!! We had a tough ask to for our multicultural wedding. My husband is Dutch /American, & Im Colombian/Mexican and all parts of our family raved about how well the DJ put all music together! He was so welcoming too for our Hora Loca, we even had guests go up to him to request him for a few parties coming up! Everyone raved about how good the Fajita Bar was, and my family is super picky on their TexMex . Everyone loved it! I 1000% recommend using Agave Estates if you want a flawless, beautiful, dream wedding! I wish I could do it all over again haha!

Absolutely beautifully done, We attended a very dear and wonderful couples wedding here. It was an outdoor, lovely summer evening wedding it was beyond gorgeous, The setting and decorations were beautifully done, It was very intimate even though it is a huge place. There are outdoor fans & and fruited water to make sure all guests remain comfortable. The wedding was very timeless, tasteful, and classy, and it was a truly wonderful night to treasure. The reception was perfectly dazzling , with sparkling lights, a gorgeous swirling layer of fogmist appeared across the dance floor making the newly wedded couples first dance, breathtaking, The food was amazing, the reception venue stunning. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants to have the perfect memories of their wedding to treasure.

What an amazing venue and team. I had the pleasure of working closely with Stephani, Sarah, Tawnya, Amanda, and Ivan. I originally booked the venue for my wedding but it did not work out. I had to cancel the wedding initially because of COVID and then the engagement was called off. Each time I contacted Amanda to change something she worked with me and allowed me to have a birthday party since the groom to be backed out at the last minute. The birthday bash turned out to be just what I needed. I will cherish the memories and connections I made at this event for the rest of my life. I felt like a queen that night and I owe it all to this fabulous team! Well done Agave Estates and thank you so much for your compassion and making an old lady feel special!!

My husband and I just got married here on 04/06/23. Let me just say I have been in love with this venue since I was a little girl even though I had only seen pictures. When we finally visited while shopping for venues the pictures didn t compare. The venue is so gorgeous as is! It s like stepping having a destination wedding without having to leave the country. Absolutely immaculate! And as a bride I can t tell you how nice it it was to have so many compliments on our venue when I did the bare minimum since this venue hardly needs anything to be added. It was a huge time and money savor not having to spend thousands of dollars make the venue look nice cause it already does! The food was also amazing! Most people complain about the wedding food BUT we could not stop getting enough compliments about it! As beautiful as the venue is, the real gem of our wedding day was our coordinator Stephani. She did everything from helping decorate the venue, ironing out ALL the details that I had not even thought of, and even bustling my gown. She carried my train as I walked around the venue, and made sure we actually sat down to eat and packed us meals to go as well. She is the most incredible person and I can t say how much having someone who was on my side as a bride, making sure I was listened to and managed anything that was thrown her way with grace. Unfortunately it poured down rain on our wedding day but I know that if Stephani had the power to stop the rain with a clap of her hands then she would have. She even took pictures on her phone of my bridal party walking down the aisle so that we could have them instead of waiting WEEKS for a photographer to send them. She really went above and beyond to ensure that our day was not only special but that we also had time to ourselves to really bask in everything regardless of the hustle and bustle. She was like the mother and friend that you NEED to have there on your wedding day. Forever grateful to this wonderfully kind and generous person!

Agave Estates was absolutely amazing! I m still in awe about how special they made my wedding day. Everything went perfect! Julie, my coordinator, had everything organized from the first meeting all the way until the end of the reception and I loved working with her. There is literally NOTHING that went wrong. Ivan, the DJ, was so personable and fun to work with. He knew exactly how to keep everyone on the dance floor and had the ceremony songs perfect. Tomas, the photographer was exceptional. I didn t have to give any suggestions on pictures or film I wanted. He was extremely nice and hyped us up! The staff at Agave is amazing and I m so grateful I chose this venue. The floral and cake company that is included is also wonderful! The cake and bouquet was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. We had a wedding in Dec 2022. Everything was wonderful except wait staff. Which in our mind were inexperienced and young and not properly trained for these types of events. They removed unfinished beverages off the table too soon, which required folks to constantly go back to the bar for more. (You had to get your own drinks). We had two cakes and only one was cut for guests. After a few slices were cut, no one checked to see if more slices were required. Guests not made aware coffee was available. Cocktail hour ended too soon. Our wedding coordinator was great but it was clear, she did not receive the proper support for the day of the event. She was handling everything by herself.

Me and my wife had a wedding there last month and we had very good experience with Agave. Our coordinator, Julie Polk was very knowledgeable and helpful in planning our day. She was very responsive and helpful both during planning and on the day of. Our guests loved food and drinks served during the evening. DJ working with the venue, Ivan, also did a great job with the music selection. Overall, getting their package saved us a lot of time while being affordable. We would recommend the place.

Agave Estates staff and venue is so WONDERFUL I do not even know where to begin! The venue itself is absolutely stunning. My husband and I were looking for a unique venue and this exceeded our expectations. It really looks as beautiful in person as it does on the pictures! It is an all inclusive venue, which saved us so much time and stress in the planning process. You can tell the staff at Agave has really vetted the vendors because they were all phenomenal (catering, cake, photography, DJ, etc.). The food was so delicious (our guests were raving about it!), and they had a great variety of options to choose from. Lindsey, was also always super friendly and attentive to us when we scheduled the tour and booked with them. But I have to say my favorite part about Agave Estates is that they include a wedding coordinator with the package. This is priceless! Stephani, our coordinator, is like the fairy godmother of weddings. She is absolutely AMAZING! I cannot recommend her enough. During the planning process she was so attentive to our needs and vision for our wedding. She also goes above and beyond by providing small decor items for her brides (seating chart, table numbers, etc). She really makes you feel comfortable with her and was such a great communicator throughout the whole process. The day of the wedding she made everything run so smoothly. I even noticed during the reception she was in the bathroom cleaning the water off of the counters. Stephani is literally on top of every little detail and always has a smile on her face. She even packed my new husband and I 2 big meals to take as midnight snacks to our hotel. I cannot imagine my wedding without her! The DJ, Ivan, was awesome. He really knows his music and how to get a party started! Miguel and his staff were also wonderful. Miguel is so sweet and does an amazing job taking care of all the landscaping. The day of my wedding there were scattered showers, but I chose to have the ceremony outside. He and his staff dried all of the chairs and floor 6 times to have everything as dry as possible for the ceremony. I am so glad I chose Agave Estates and will recommend it to anyone I know who is looking for a venue!

It is a pretty venue, and they got some things right. Buffet fajita line was fine, but they closed it after everyone went through once, no seconds available. No margarita machine, so the margaritas in the blender were terrible and weak. The DJ and decorations were fine. We did appreciate the price, cheaper than most venues, so I guess they have to cut corners where they can. My daughters wedding was may 14, 2021. The worst part was the coordinator, Amanda Bayer. How mad would your daughter be if the bride was sent up the aisle before the groom. Fortunately, our photographer figured it out and halted the bride before she totally embarrassed herself and ruined the moment. The coordinator had lined us up in 2 separate locations, as if the couple had NOT had a first look. Then she failed to cue the guys. Then she NEVER apologized to us, and tried to blame it on the children in the wedding party. She had not run the rehearsal well either. So no wonder. The bride was super sweet about it, and makes for a funny story. But she was mad about no apology and trying to blame others when it was clearly her fault. She avoided the bride for the rest of the evening. So I would recommend agave banking on this not happening to you.

We absolutely had the BEST time of our lives. Going with Agave Estates was the best decision we could have ever made. It was such an easy process, so much was included in the package it literally made planning a breeze. I don t think I was ever stressed at any point when planning our wedding. We had a coordinator who helped us along the way as well, Julie Polk. She was beyond nice and personable. Any time I had a question or concern, I knew I could shoot her a quick text and she d help me as soon as she could. She made made me more than comfortable reaching out to her when I needed. I can t say enough positive things about the venue and the amazing staff. All of our guests raved about our wedding; how beautiful it was, how much fun they had, and how stress free it truly was (those in our party). You really don t need many decorations of your own either since the venue is so beautiful all on its own. You will not regret going with this venue and the people who are there to help. We recently had a Celebration of Life reception at Agave Estates after the unexpected passing of a family member. During this incredibly difficult time, one bright spot was the amazing staff at Agave, particularly Lindsey, who supported us in executing this event for 75 people with kindness and attentiveness, all within a week s notice. She was so accommodating with the design of the reception, dinner choice (we had quite a few dietary restrictions in the group), decorations, setup, music, truly everything. The wait staff and bartenders were also so kind, professional, and helpful. As this was my first time traveling to another state during the COVID-19 pandemic, we were honestly nervous about having a gathering of this size, but the venue is quite spacious with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating areas, which made social distancing very possible. They asked all guests to wear masks and provided hand sanitizer stations for us. The staff also wore masks and gloves and sanitized every 30 minutes, which made us feel much more at ease during such an uncertain time. The venue itself is stunning and serene, and provided a perfect backdrop for us to celebrate the life of an incredible person who meant the world to us. I am so grateful to Lindsey for all she did to make this tough day a little bit easier. If we could do all this in one week, I imagine that any wedding or scheduled celebration would be amazing. I absolutely recommend this venue and will keep it in mind if I find myself in Katy/Houston again

The venue is beautiful but the way the handle their customers is disgusting. We paid the Deposit $1500.00 on august 23 and our first payment toward services of $2400.00 on Sept. 30th. We called to cancel our wedding at agave on December 12th, over 7 months prior to our wedding date. Between August 23rd and December 12th there was zero contact made between the site and us. The only thing we received was automated email reminders of when our payments would be due. They were constantly checking in with us BEFORE we decided to book with them but as soon as they got our money communication died. When cancelling even after explaining in detail our circumstances we were told we would receive no refund. I understood keeping our $1500.00 deposit. But to keep our $2400.00 for services we never received, when we never even spoke with anyone to start making arrangements or confirm any details, all because someone else might/ could have have booked our specific date, is horrible business practices. Do not book with them, they do not care about you they only care about the money.

I do not even know where to begin with Agave. Ever since the beginning, the staff at Agave has been kind, welcoming, and attentive in regards to planning our wedding reception. My husband and I had a big traditional Armenian wedding and Agave went above and beyond in accommodating our cultural traditions. Amanda was always patient and responsive to all of my questions. The in-house DJ, Ivan, was amazing and did a great job collaborating with our own DJ (who we brought in due to knowledge of our cultural music). Tawnya, the amazing florist whose services were included in the all-inclusive package, was just as amazing and kind. Our assigned coordinator, Stephani, was phenomenal! My husband and entire family felt incredibly lucky that she was our coordinator. She was extremely responsive, attentive, and just an all-around amazing person to work with. She did everything humanly possible to make sure our wedding was perfect and because of her hard work, everyone had an amazing time at our wedding. I am so grateful for all of her hard work. Everything about Agave was perfect, from the decor, the staff, the food, and everything else that you can imagine. Ever since our wedding all we have received is compliments! Since the venue is all-inclusive, they really make the wedding planning process easy on you. Agave works with fantastic vendors who are responsive and reliable, and I highly highly recommend you to have your wedding here!

I don t think I can say enough nice things about this venue. From falling in love with the Spanish tropical feel of the venue to the awesome inclusive packages they offer. I was ready to book the day I saw the place. My wedding was this past weekend and it was everything we had hoped for. Stephanie was my coordinator and she was beyond amazing. From first contact you could just tell that she really loves what she does. She s such a sweetheart and jumped right in with details and ideas to help my maid of honor and I plan. She stayed on top of everything the day of as well. My father flew in from Puerto Rico and was incredibly impressed with the venue, the staff and was so proud of it all. Our DJ Ivan was so nice and kept the ball rolling on each announcement. I even had a guest ask for info on Agave for the wedding. It s a beautiful place worth every penny!

Everything about this venue surpassed our expectations. We had our wedding here in late September 2019. Our wedding party was close to 200. Our coordinator Stephanie was amazing. The DJ Mike was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing. The service was amazing. The food was amazing (signature dish with plated dinner). The bridal suite was huge and beautiful. Everything was timed perfectly and our guests had the best time! Thank you Agave Estates!

Im giving it one star only because the venue is gorgeous, but unfortunately thats basically the best part. I had my wedding here in December and we had the all inclusive package. The cake vendor (Cakes by Gina) phenomenal. The invitations by Bella Dia, were nice. However at first, they wanted to charge me a non refundable 150 fee for an appointment. I said something because this should have been included with the all inclusive price but wasnt. They said it was a miscommunication, all was well after that. The floral lady was nice, however she doesnt show you pictures of flowers or how its going to look. I expected something much different than she explained. Not worth the money. The food was horrible, I had a horrible time picking out food for my guests because nothing was good. Honestly the food is was over priced in this all inclusive package. What they dont tell you before booking is that if you go over the $30 a plate you have to pay extra which will make you go over the budget. They charge 21% gratuity for having the servers but what they also dont tell you its that its a buffet style. They dont serve your guests, they have to go up and go through a buffet line. Open bar pricey but the drinks were nice. Also this is not included in the all inclusive price yet worth having for your guests even though you pay 25 dollars a person which again will make you go over your initial price. The DJ asks you to submit must have songs, all but 4 songs were played from that list. The officiant is a man they have contracted, very boring and monotone. When we asked before booking if we could get another officiant they said they would look for one. They came back with a new officiant a couple of months before booking. Only given 1 option and since she was more than their contracted price we had to pay out of pocket to book her. So much more I can go on about different things that went wrong but well lets get to one of the worst. The photographer (Tomas Ramos) was absolutely horrid. He is a nice man but the pictures are so so so horrible this is the most sensitive topic that makes me upset. He did NOT take pictures of me or my bridesmaids getting ready. We all had matching robes, no pictures taken. I dont have a picture with my own parents. He did not take a picture of our rings together. My wife and I dont have pictures of us together. He felt it was important to take a picture of my nephew asleep on the couch while we were getting ready. Really? I can go on and on. No good picture was taken. I feel like I lost out on memories of one of the most important days of my life that I cant take back. All in all Id say that if you book here, youre better off finding well worth vendors. I feel like I paid thousands of dollars for nothing.

Right off the highway, has kinda a strip mall location feel. We scheduled a tour and no one was waiting for us when we arrived. After wandering around in the courtyard of the venue because we didnt want to open any doors, as they were clearly prepping for a wedding, we left. Got an email from the staff member we were supposed to meet 2 hours later, saying we never showed up. Overall not impressed. The property was beautiful,what we saw of it, very Spanish themed, but we didnt appreciate the lack of direction. Also just not our style and we werent impressed.
