While we still haven t completed the entire process and gotten my husband into the US, Adela and her team got our I130 approved in record time (1.5 months)!!! Her attention to detail and determination are indescribable and I know that with her on our team there is nothing we can t overcome in this process. We are looking forward to continuing with Adela!

Law Office of Cynthia Guerra has been absolutely phenomenal. They fought my removal proceedings after USCIS erroneously placed me in removal proceedings, and after ICE refused to move in my favor. However, my proceedings were terminated without prejudice and now I can continue my and my sons adjustment of status with USCIS. Throughout the process, the office was very communicative and extremely responsive. The Attorney was very meticulous, thorough, and patient. Her meticulousness if reflected in the fact that she helped me understand what each document I was submitting was actually for and how it added strength to my application. I feel very lucky to have worked with the Attorney and highly recommend her and her law firm for immigration matters. Thank you so much!

Ms. Cynthia Guerra showed absolutely no interest in the case I hired her for. I paid her $3,000 and then had to request/beg her to see the person. She was always busy and was not available to take calls. In fact, when ICE called her office on the request of her client, she was not even available to speak to them. Due to her slowness and obvious lack of knowledge on immigration matter, the person was removed from the country while she was on a business trip. Please dont waste your time and money with this woman.

Do not hire this lady. She came to my hearing unprepared, she was given everything she would need to fight for me well in advance. When it came time for our day in court she looked at the info like it was new to her. Thumbing thru all the paperwork that was PREPARED FOR HER and still didnt know anything. When she sat in front of a representative of the AG, she was scared and stumbled over herself. But she was quick to reprimand me in front of the AG instead of pulling me to the side

I still struggling after the divorce, when we have everything to win she just didn t fight for my rights as a mother and I lost even my child ,my credit score too because she let him take the vehicle that is under my name that he supposed to change in December 2018 and he still with the car, non paying on time I cannot get approved to get a house or an apartment, She didn t fight for all the community property founds and she trick me on the community found that i still have not receive a payment that supposed to be done in 2018, I went asking for help and she didn t work as she told me she will .. after living 11 years in a marriage where was proof that he was irresponsible and careless even we have the records of the marriage therapy she just didn t work She charge cheap I do agree but that s what i got a bad divorce decree.
