We recently held our engagement party at Palacio Maria, and I couldn t be more impressed! From the moment we began planning, Lucy and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The venue itself is stunning beautifully designed, spacious, and full of character, making it the ideal backdrop for such a special occasion. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the team. Lucy and everyone involved were not only incredibly helpful but also flexible and understanding when it came to our needs. They worked with us to ensure every detail was taken care of, and their dedication and professionalism put us completely at ease. It felt like they genuinely cared about making our day perfect, and they succeeded beyond our expectations. This place is absolutely amazing. We had our daughters quince just this November and it was an amazing and wonderful time. Huge thanks to Lucy and the entire staff for their incredible service. The place was decorated beautifully the food was delicious, and everything went off without a hitch. So many of our guests have raved about how nice this place was and how amazing the food was. BTW, we had the food catered from the restaurant next door. An event like this is not cheap. So when you spend that kind of money, you expect the best, and the team at Palacio Maria certainly delivered. Kuddos to the entire team. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with an important event that deserves nothing but the most attentive staff. Cheers to all at Palacio Maria.

I went in to check out the facility since I saw the front gate open. Wow this place is beautiful. It makes me want to plan an event there soon. Well see. Then - we met some ladies from the RWOK and they were so friendly. We may join their club in the near future! The decorations are elegant and so nice. We toured the entire event space on our own and I did not see anything that looked bad or out of place. *(see photos)*

This venue is very beautiful with rustic facade at the when entering and interior is elegant. This property is perfect venue for quince. Staff here we stellar. Everyone was courteous and made guests feel welcome. I had the pleasure of being a guest for a friend s quince. This was a wonderful venue. I did not get pics sorry!!

What a beautiful place and Ms. Lucy was super professional and very attentive to her services and our needs and desires. Mrs. Lucy accommodated us with all our pleasures. We had several changes in guests and food and any changes were very well received and made to our wish. The flowers, the room, the tables, the decorations, the dinner/lunch, fruit, lights, music, photography, recordings, video, table service, adult beverages, the DJ...everything super fun, professional and beautiful . Ms. Lucy was a very important factor in my daughters Quinceañera. The Shell Alumni Association had their annual BBQ @ Palacio Maria Banquet Hall w/ Demeris BBQ Catering the event. Food served .... BBQ chicken, brisket, sausage, baked beans, potato salad, bread & tea. Good job Demeris!

Wow!!! What a professional experience and a wonderful staff! I celebrated my 50th Birthday at the Palacio Maria in early April and had the pleasure to work with our host Lucy! Lucy was just God sent. Always accommodating and took the time to listen and help plan my event. Most of all she and her staff went above and beyond to make my milestone Birthday one to remember by all who attended. Will recommend this place to anyone. The price was reasonable and what value / service for the cost was well worth it.

My daughter had her 15 th Birthday party on October 9, 2021. It was so beautiful, professional and Lucí the lead coordinator made this event flawless. Super welcoming amazing staff. My first all inclusive party and will continue to praise this event hall. Their main focus was my daughter making this day so special for her. Time, talent and treasures well spent. Really nice place to have any special event, manager is truly amazing and always willing to help you to get your event going and one of a kind one. Place is big and clean, decorations for any event are available and kind of unique. Parking space is pretty decent. Palacio Maria is your best bet. Recommended A+, 5

After our original venue cancelled 6 months out from our original wedding date due to COVID, I was absolutely beside myself. In stepped Lucy at Palacio Maria! Not only did they have our wedding date available, but Lucy was so great throughout everything from the booking to the design meeting and food tasting to the day of coordination. Palacio Maria has table linens in every color imaginable, not to mention their options for place settings and center pieces! This venue truly HAS IT ALL and is a hidden gem in my opinion! The facility adhered to specific guidelines set out by the CDC as far as the number of seats at the tables, the tables were properly distanced, and all the staff wore masks throughout the entire event. When I dropped off our personalized items at the venue the day before our wedding, I was floored at how beautiful the space looked! I had no idea about some of the extra things that were going to be added to the space, everything was just so beautiful and looked SUPER expensive, yet there was no additional cost! We had our ceremony at the gazebo in their garden area behind the building and I brought pumpkins to be added to the outdoor space, I absolutely LOVED how they incorporated the pumpkins into the décor! Lucy and her team kept everything moving all night, the hall was always clean, glasses filled, and they treated my husband and I like royalty! I always had a goal on my wedding day, I didn t want anyone in my family to have to worry about anything, I wanted to have them to be able to sit back and enjoy the day, because of Lucy and her staff at Palacio Maria, they were able to do just that! At the end of the night, Lucy and her team packed up all our gifts and personalized items and made sure they were put in our car. We were even sent home with all the left over veggies and chips from the queso fountain. Some items ended up getting lost or left behind which we did not realize until the next day. Lucy was able to locate all the items and set them aside for us to pick up once we returned from our honeymoon. I can t tell you the number of times I reached out to Lucy via call or text over the past 6 months, she was always very prompt to respond and so understanding when I had questions or concerns.

We were there for our church gala. There was no consistency as to how the sit down dinner was served. We were given our salad and then had to wait 45 minutes to get the main course and cold breadsticks. We were excited to hear that dessert was Italian creme cake. It was the thinnest piece of Italian cream cake that I have ever been served. The chicken cordon bleu was warm but not hot and it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. The salad was described as a caesar salad but the salad that I received looked nothing like a classic caesar salad. I asked for a coke later and they wanted to charge me for it.

Recommended! Our Wedding - Oct 08, 2016 This place was a blessing. Everything was a success from start to finish. What makes this place so ideal? At all times we feel like family and not like clients. The flexibility we had in terms of decoration, lights, food and more made everything go just as we planned. At no time did we have any problems and this helps a lot because there are a thousand things to do. Enrique was like ibuprofen for a headache. He presented us with solutions and options for our requests. The staff who were at the wedding were respectful and cordial. - Food: Many of the guests said it was delicious. I cant comment because I was so happy with my wife that we didnt even eat. -The patio!!! This place is perfect for photos and we take advantage of it to have unforgettable memories - Space: Spacious and without reservations. There was room for everything - Decoration: Everything looked like a magazine photo. It was a total success. - Prices: The prices didnt make it feel like everything was on sale; Of course, compared to places of equal quality - Availability: We visited the place on several occasions before the wedding and Enrique always welcomed us with a smile Conclusion: This place is worth it because it is beautiful, comfortable, accessible, spacious, varied and at a good price.
