Customer service is great to work with and the installers were super friendly and capable. Pricing was very competitive and the product operates as sold. The PM that came to measure was less than cooperative and a bit argumentative and ultimately put in the order incorrectly. Installers had to come back a second time after they remeasured and reordered 13 windows. In the end we are happy.

Windows are good. The guys installing them were great. The salesmen are incredibly pushy. Even after I called and said I want the windows, I just need them to measure the windows and tell me the price they sent someone to give a sales pitch. And the process of buying the windows was more complicated than when I bought the house. I have been on the phone with them at least twice a week ( not including the calls I ignored) for the last 2 months over windows... it should not be that complicated..

The guy who gave me the in-home demo was great. The closer on the phone was TERRIBLE! After telling him that I wasn t ready to buy at the time, he said that the guy at my home wasted his time coming out there . He also said that I already made my mind up to not get the windows . If youre looking at quotes for windows, I would throw these guys into the mix. Salesman was nice and not pushy. Installers were friendly and professional. There was a mishap with delivery and some windows wouldnt close properly but a quick phone call, follow up and it was resolved. No hassle at all. Because they didnt arrive in perfect working order is the only reason I gave 4 stars. I understand that things happen though.

Im currently having 27 Windows installed in our home. During the sales pitch I was very specific in my questions. In particular concerning the roller shades we had recently had installed and was told they would not have to be taken down. Well all the roller shades had to be removed. Instead of using the screws and the same hole as they were originally installed, the installers upon their own decision decided to use some black screws. The brackets were no longer flush inside the window seal,some were crooked. Some of the roller shades have stains from their hands in handling them... I was told it would take two days to complete well here we are two days later and it hasnt been completed causing my wife and I having to rearrange our plans until this has been completed. Im writing this now in case you are next to purchase some windows and have your blinds inside the window seal. Make sure you have them add in the notes to replace back to original state prior to removal. They also called asking for referrals before they finished which is also a red flag. As I told them gentlemen on the phone I will never volunteer someones information without their consent. So please stop calling me asking because its never going to happen. Nothing was covered up during the installation process so I literally have to clean anything that was exposed. The installers have been very professional which is a plus. I have decided to update my review because they returned and completed every single thing that was on my wifes list. They did it very well too. 8/22/2024-We called for service in May and we have yet to hear from anyone in the warranty department. I have made several calls in between now and May.

Windows USA installed windows in our home approximately 14/15 years ago. The construction of the windows has endured many storms. We had two windows that were not replaced during the initial install. Our experience with Windows USA has been very mixed. It started with a very high pressure sales meeting years ago, when we were told the price was only valid for 24 hours. The installation generally went well, and the windows were basically OK for years. Twice we needed a replacement screen after storms damaged them, and twice the packaging was flimsy and the screens arrived bent. A problem arose with one of the windows, and eventually someone came to fix it. He found that the seals were going bad, so he placed an order for new glass and seals. Since they dont have a tech in our area, we had to wait a good while each time. Now, weve waited 6 months for a new screen to be shipped to us in the correct size. Twice theyve sent us one in the wrong size (in ginormous and secure but highly wasteful packaging). Getting ahold of someone rapidly has often been tough, because it seems to be a revolving door in the support department, and emails dont appear to then get forwarded to someone new. All in all, I can no longer recommend them as a company, except to say that the windows are decent and the warranty has certainly paid off.

Salesmen were very pushy, and stayed in my home way too late trying to get me to buy after telling them no multiple times. Was tempted to call my boyfriend to put him out at 9:30 when he showed up at 7. Aside from this, the whole sales tactic gave MLM scheme, the constant calling of his boss when I refused to buy and lowering the price was very annoying. I initially called agreed to the presentation because I have one window with a crack that needs to be replaced. This turned into a sales pitch for me to buy at least 6 windows for a one day deal that I could only take advantage of that day. The windows were impressive, but the sales tactics turned me off.

We too had a very pushy salesman. He arrived at our home before 7 p.m. and didnt leave til almost 11 oclock after my husband told him he needs to be in bed by 9 because he is gone 16 hours a day and we didnt even get to eat dinner. He kept coming back with offers of thus and that and even had someone from home office talk to us! We finally relented and bought the windows just to get him out of our house. When the installers came there were here til almost 10 P.m.. several windows were not correct in size and they used a lot of foaming caulk to fill in gaps. I did call customer service while they were here and was told that was common practice. I helped build and remodel homes and we always added wood to make sure the windows were stable in place. Also, However, what I thought was a regular sales financing, ended up being a mortgage on our home and I have contacted a lawyer because NONE OF THAT WAS explained! We are paying as expected but those unfair sales and finance practices are very deceitful! I will not be referring anyone!

They are NOT lifetime warranty!!! Went through a tornado and got toldthey dont cover an act of God. Have to pay to replace them Edited to add the WHOLE situation--it is in their policy they dont cover an act of God. However, after I left the first review someone reached out to us and replaced windows for free! Governor of Arkansas and President declared March 31,2023 a natural disaster. They replaced the windows, didnt receive the screens for any windows! Called and talked to Chase, he said we comped the windows I dont see why we cant comp the screens, of course you would want those. So the screens got replaced. The whole time we had the frame of 2 windows on the outside of our house messed up and the front big window was tinted at the first initial installment prior to tornado. They kept giving the run around about these 2 things. Finally they said to fix the 2 window frames it would be $900. We said no thank you. THEN they tell us after we called back several times, that they no longer have the tint for the front windows that we are paying for! They suggested getting someone to tint them. We asked them to pay for it since we are paying for tint they cant replace. They said NO! So 1000000% DO NOT RECCOMEND THEM! And if the person that was helping you and they cant do anything else for you they ghost you and pass you off to someone else!(What Chase done to us)!

I wanted to let you all know that Ralph, the guy that replaced the windows, is the best. Very friendly, polite, efficient, accurate, neat, and professional. He is the best guy weve ever had out here doing work at the house. I wish all the people weve had out here had the work ethic Ralph does. We extremely satisfied with everything he did. My grandson is 17 months old and doesnt like anyone but while Ralph was here he followed him and wanted to be next to him. He watched everything Ralph did very intently. Ralph didnt mind and was super nice to him. You are very lucky to have him as an employee. People like him, says a lot about the people at your company. The windows USA installers came and replaced my windows and the windows were magnificent, but I realized afterwards that the installers were nothing but thieves. I had a weapon that was stolen by Mike as his accomplice (Harvey) acted as a lookout while I was outside. I was suspicious of their actions when Mike walked past me with his coat draped over his shoulder looking straight ahead as he walked to their truck which had heavily tinted windows and sat inside. He didnt acknowledge me until after he exited their pickup truck and returned back inside to continue installing the windows. Always keep a close watch on Windows USA installers especially the 2 criminals Mike and Harvey their not trustworthy at all. Criminal Charges Are Pending Against Them!!

I felt so much pressure to buy these windows. I kept telling the salesman that I couldnt really afford the payment or the cost. He kept the pressure on. Please do not purchase these windows. I lost window coverage. The glass is smaller due to the frame of the window being so wide. They also installed a window in my living room and made the exterior disproportionate. They covered my brick with some type of siding. I wish I had never met Windows USA.

I read dissapointing reviews about other window manufacturers; mostly about long wait times and incorrectly ordered \ measured when they finally did arrive. Windows USA gave me a reasonable delivery time and a great explanation of their products superior quality. The product arrived earlier than promised and lived up to the presentation in every way. From the time I talked to them 1st time to install of my windows they were always professional. Installers were clean, polite, did not leave a mess and made sure we understood how the windows all worked. We have been very pleased with them. The only draw back I have had, the work on referrals to keep rates down. I appreciate that, but when I have no more referrals to give please respect that.
