You should be sad. You have the laziest folks working at this location. We walked in, we waited about 15 mins before we even got recognized. After they decided who was going to take our order. We ordered and guess what? It was wrong, Luke warm and awful. I will return back because I want to see if youre going to take this review seriously. 1st, clean up 2nd acknowledge your customers 3rd make sure they listen to your order ( pay too much for bad service) ,4th makes sure the food is warm and fresh 5th acknowledge that you appreciate your paying customers. 6th Do Better. You had wonderful Customer Service at one time, Fix it!!!!! I will return again. Just to see, I give you a 4 out of 10. I know you can do better. See you soon

I rarely give negative reviews. Food was standard. Staff was nice, but the place seemed unkept. My daughter found a hair embedded in her nachos. On the floor near the entry to kitchen there was a napkin, another piece of paper of some sort and a tortilla. Staff never stopped to clean and they werent that busy. The back of my chair was sticky. Not impressed. Felt like a gas station more than a fastfood restaurant. Not only will I not return to this place, Im done with TC.

I had a disappointing experience at Taco Cabana recently. We ordered chicken fajitas tacos and a chicken fajita quesadilla, but the quality of the food was far below average. The chicken looked and tasted old, and it was burnt and too tough to eat. We ended up leaving most of the food uneaten. I wouldnt recommend this location.

An order placed yesterday for a 7am pickup is still not ready by 7:30am. When asked, Im told they are 10 dozen behind and I have to wait. Weve ordered from this location a taco box every two weeks over the last 3 years and the last few pickups have been this type of experience. Not sure whats going on but management, if not already, needs to engage and better organize things. Still sitting here waiting with no updates. Late to where Im supposed to be with these breakfast tacos. Feel for the team members but hard to find justification for a 30+ minute delay to an order placed the day before.

I got the taco plate, and it was not great. The soft tacos were soggy and mushy. The rice was gummy in spots; dry and sorta crunchy in others. The refried beans seemed re-re-re-refried. Also ordered a small chips and queso. Chips were totally stale. Queso was ok. It was so disappointing seeing as I had just gotten the same order maybe 3 days earlier at the one in Carrollton, and it was amazing!! Maybe this location was just having an off day.

Service on this day was extremely slow, and there were only 2 of us at the register waiting to place an order. The nacho chips were part crunchy & part stale. A couple of employees made it to the front counter are, but never acknowledged us! Although I had frequented this establishment in past years after work with friends, I was disappointed. Had a large catering order for 80 plus people and placed the order a day before. I showed up 5 minutes before pickup time and everything was completed and ready to go. The GM Keldrin (Sorry if I got it wrong) Cayman on his off day to help with the big order and was very helpful and kind to me. I know some TCs can be hit or miss but from my experience this one was a hit. Keep up the great work!

I placed an online order for 6:30am for a work related party for breakfast. They did a 3rd party delivery with uber. The uber driver got there and said they were closed and then canceled the delivery. I then Called the store up to find out how I was going to get my order by the allotted time I was told. They told me that they were understaffed that day and could get it to me in time. I was then told I would get a full refund for the order. I never received it and. I would never suggest ordering from this location online for the morning time. It says online they could do it but its obvious they do not have the proper staffing to fulfill orders.

Ordered ahead for curbside, called the curbside number when I got there and no answer. Walked in and no one acknowledged me, I saw my order on the cart, so I picked it up and walked out nobody said anything very poor customer service, and they weren t busy at all because two employees were standing there, talking to each other while another filled the ice in the fountain as I almost walked into him when I came in the door.

These guys dont care here. I specifically asked for cheese on all of my breakfast tacos amd none came with it, and just to add the cheese is extremely over priced. Also this is all that came in my taco. These places cant keep getting away with this, i live 15 minutes away and im clearly not going to drive back for some cheese so i just get ripped off every time i go. I normally love going to Taco Cabana for breakfast, lunch, and / or dinner. I went to the drive-through this morning, which took 17 minutes to get to the order screen. Order my food, confirm what I ordered, and seek clarification to my order because the employee that took my order didnt sound confident about what was going on. Waited to get to the window. Pay for food, get to my destination, and when I open my food to eat it. The order is wrong, food is food im not that picky, forgive and forget. Which normally is not a big deal. Yet for the fact that I have ordered from this location around the same time since the beginning of this week. With each day getting something different from what I orderd, since Tuesday before I have taken the bag from the employee I have confirmed my order and have been looked into my eyes and was told that this was my order only to find out that it was not. And for tomorrow, I guess I will be the insufficable customer and check my food at the window. Because I still have a hankering for what I ordered and it is a breakfast item so I am not able to order it when Im done with my business in the area. Besides that, the Tropicana orange juice has always been packaged and cold when I receive it. I know that this sounds like a man-child rant, I would not disagree with you, I am frustrated and just want the food I ordered that I paid my money with, and not to be lied to my face about it.

I loved TC when we lived in San Antonio years back. Im not sure what happened, but the salsa does not taste good, portions are extremely small, and beans are either burnt or the quality of the product is very poor. This location is in the middle of the road as far as food and services. Only one customer was in when I walked in and all the chairs were pushed in and a lady was mopping the floors. But before I sat down, I had to swap chairs because the one I was going to sit in was greasy. The lady at the register was friendly and helpful but when I went back to order some chips and salsa I had to wait 15 before she came back. The lady in the back kept come to the front and saying someone will be with you. And lastly the food. I ordered the double crunch pizza and two beef tacos. The pizza shells were overly toasted and it really just looked thrown together. I ve ordered this from Ubereats, from another location and it was delivered looking better than this. Then the chips and queso was a bust. I don t know how, but the chips were crunchy and hard at the same time.

I was doing a take-out order with a text from my wife with what she wanted. I wasnt sure what I wanted so I went inside to order. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes with no one offering to take my order. There were 4 or 5 employees in the back. I finally gave up and went through the drive through to order. Not enough staff. Walked in, and no one was in the restaurant. there were only two people in the kitchen. One person running drive through and one making orders. We waited 20 minutes before someone actually greeted us and placed our order. We heard two drive-through orders placed before us, even though we were here first. When we finally received our order, it was missing items, and a smaller size was given. We order grilled onions on the side, but they put the onions and peppers in our tacos. Tacos were salty. We will be going east of 35E next time.

I have loved the flautas for many years. I always recommend them to anyone planning on visiting here. Im not sure if the margaritas are delivered the same to all locations or if each place mixes them themselves but Ive never been disappointed (coming from a beer drinker). My only negatives would have to be 1: chips and salsa have to be ordered, theyre not complimentary with your meal. But they are reasonably priced at $1.40. 2: they do not stock corona beer. Only dos Xs. And Im not a Xs man. Aside from that taco cabana is always a great choice. Come thru and check it out!!!9

First I said no sauce which they still put on there and it s like they just threw the pico and cheese on there. I didn t even eat the pizza. A waste of time and money. Taco Bell would never make a pizza like this. Definitely disappointed and will not be returning to this location ever.

This location does not want you to eat inside. I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes while 3 different people said theyd be with me in a minute. The salsa bar is gone. There isnt tea anymore. The tables were all dirty. Not a place to dine-in.

We ordered breakfast tacos from this location as a company celebration of Cinco de Mayo. Thank-you to the Manager and team for getting the order prepared and packed for my 7:15am pick-up. The food and service was excellent. My company sponsored event was a success. Again, this was a great catering experience from this location.

I made a mistake with my catering order and had to physically walk in to try and see what we could do to fix it. I needed food immediately for a group of students. The manager on staff jumped into action and they were able to assist me with getting breakfast to my students and did it all with the most wonderful smiles and positivity. Such a great experience
