Josephine is a phenomenal server. She is warm, friendly and has a fantastic personality. Equally important, she always ensures my order is accurate. My food is always served quickly and tastes great and my glass of tea stays filled. I highly recommend that you request her when you come to Twin Peaks. I had an exceptional experience during my recent visit with Alyssa. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and displayed a high level of professionalism throughout my time there. Alyssas attentiveness was remarkable, as she always anticipated and provided everything I needed before I even had to ask for it. Today is Cheeseburger beer special!! Came to this location at 6:15 to watch the UFC fights and we were seated in a corner booth with poor views of the tvs. We asked if we could move booths, but then were told that the host wasn t allowing guests to move seats. This was when there were plenty of booths with much better views available around the restaurant. Next thing we know, a couple from another table was able to move from their original seating to a new booth next to us. If you re gonna have a rule that guests can t be moved once seated, then enforce it properly. Don t discriminate. Not sure why we weren t allowed, but others were and they came after us. Why treat your customers who get there early and plan to stay for the full fights worse than others? I ve never had an experience where we couldn t move seats once seated especially when there s plenty of open seating. Even overheard a manager telling one of the servers that we can t move guests 20 times right behind our backs. No one is going to want to move 20 times. It s just good customer service to allow your guests to move to preferred seating when it s available. I can understand this impacting servers, but we ve done this before at other locations and we could keep our server, which we would ve done here too. Our server was sweet, but clearly there s poor management and poor hosting, which led to a poor overall experience for us.

I wish I could give a better score. But the Cigar Room needs better ventilation. Theres way too much smoke. I had to leave because my eyes were burning, and it was a little hard to breathe. When we asked if they could open a window. The waitress and Manager refused and said it was to Hot outside. I smoke cigars. But for me to ask to open a window, there was really too much smoke.

It was fun pulling in here and getting great service right away. The food was great. I hadn t eaten here in a while but it was nice to see the mini tacos back! Maya made our experience supper fun. Great service and conversation. Definitely gonna make this a Friday night spot!
