Never coming here again , First of all we placed an order of 9 pupusas, once we get home we see that the 5 beans & cheese that we had ordered out of 9 were replaced with pork , we call & they make it seem like we are lying to them . Therefore we took the order back to them so they could see it themselves , I waited about 15 mins for them to come back & just give me a total of 5 pupusas , but 9 were paid for . I didn t want to bother anymore and just left, one of the worst customer service experiences ive ever had .

Food was ok. Nothing to write home about. I got the fajitas and they were not typical at all. The sauce that was on them was different. The bathrooms were gross. There was some green stuff all over the faucet in the mens room.

Today I ordered 5 pupusas they took my order wrong but the worst thing was that they burned people if I called them so they would realize they gave me a phone number so they could send the photos and the receipt. Completely ignored, they did not pay attention, no one answered to say that they received it, I suggest you check your food if you order, my mistake was TRUSTING.

Got tamales and they were completely water logged. Gross. I went for a refund, they only gave me a refund for the 3 I returned, not the one I opened, even though I brought the wrapper. I also asked for an elote en Vaso and they gave me some kind of creamy warm corn cocoa. Gross. Never returning

The food is not bad. But they are charging a 15% tip when it should be voluntary. I have gone a few times and the last time the waitresses didnt ask us if everything was okay, I always left $6 to $7 as a tip because since they didnt give us good service I didnt leave anything and they charged $2 on the ticket because in the end they lose out.

Always looking for authentic Latino restaurants in the area. This one did not disappoint. Felt like I was home, food was amazing. We ordered the Plato Mi Canton and pupusas. Steak was seasoned and cooked just right. Shrimp was delicious. The service was great, Consuelo took great care of us! We will def be coming back.

I ordered a childs quesadilla for my daughter and they gave her a large one. When I asked if that was the kids one, the waitress told me yes. When it comes to paying I get the price of the large one. I claim that I asked for the one as a child and they told me that I had to pay for the large one because that was the one they gave me. Someone explain to me why one has to pay for their mistake?
