Came here after a concert, and everything was fantastic; the atmosphere was comforting, with a very nice local vibe to it. We got the jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks, meat calzone, and meatball sub and it all turned out fantastic; the cheese in the mozzarella sticks was the perfect temperature, super stringy, and tasted great. Those were my favorite. They are open until 4 am and I wish this place was closer to where I lived, I would be here all the time- 10/10 would recommend Side note, the (I think) owner was super nice, welcoming, and chill

The most kindest and sweetest owner ever. Mr. Ousama had the best customer service, took me and my best friend in, spoke to us, had a lovely conversation with him about airlines and the food was the best! The creamy rich sauce and the sweet desserts with the lovely decorations! Everything is made fresh and steamy, cooked to perfection. Highly recommend for great company and filling bellies! Haha

We ordered the Lasagna and it was such a good portion for such a low price! It was seasoned amazingly! And the tiramisu is to die for!! Feels like a tiramisu ice cream cake!! Halal places are not cheap at all and for the low prices here, we get amazing quality. Also, the owner is a very sweet and kind man!

One of the best pizzas Ive ever had! The crust was perfectly crisp and not soggy. I had the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, and it was amazing! My wife had the Hawaiian Pizza with the Gluten free crust and she said it was one of the best shes ever had. We also tried the Stuffed Grape Leaves for the first time and they were delicious! We will definitely be going back next time we visit!

Absolutely amazing experience! The owners are super nice and were literally one of the best experiences Ive had. Im from out of town and always on the hunt for a good restaurant, and Ive found it. The pizza was so cheesy and delicious, and all the ingredients were fresh. Also, the wings we tried three different flavors(mango habenero, bbq, and lemon pepper). The chicken was juicy and hot. I loved this place. This is the new Halal Wing spot. Owner confirmed that everything is fully halal. The owner and workers are all so friendly. The pizza had a delicious cheese pull and everything was made fresh. There were a lot of wing flavors and they were all delicious and juicy. They also had Mexican coke and a number of beverage. The prices were all reasonable, most definitely coming back.

I came from 5 hours away, we don t have many halal options where I live, so I was really glad to find this place offers halal. I think the person I met was the owner, he was very friendly and nice. Food: I ordered about 9 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches (no onions or peppers). I would recommend sauce,it was very dry without it. Came with free chips. I would rate it 5/10. I also ordered meatball subs and wings, but have not tried them yet. Will change rating if they turn out better than the Philly cheesesteak. Time: I had a very large order for to-go, so it took a about 40 minutes(I was aware since it was on the order eta online), understandable since I came in the middle of the night. Atmosphere: It is decorated with a nice theme, I liked the decorations. Bathroom could use paper towels and a bit of an update.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered 2 deep dish pizzas. I dont think Id call what I got a thin crust, but I cant think of any pizza establishment in existence that would call it a deep dish. Maybe a thin crust in comparison to what I ordered, perhaps. (Photo attached) Both were so very poorly assembled. Over half of the pepperoni (what extra pepperoni was ordered) had only 1 lonely pepperoni on each slice. (Photo attached). Ordered it to be well done and it didnt seem like it was even cooked correctly, let alone well done. (Photo attached) It was unevenly cut and not cut all the way through, resulting in having to right most pieces apart. Between this and how it was cooked, it literally fell apart as you picked it up. (Pic attached) There was practically no sauce on the pizza. Honestly tasted like cheesy bread more than it did pizza. (Pic attached) Ordered 12 wings, got them, and they were cooked enough, but there was absolutely no sauce other than what managed to hang on the wing. (Pic attached) All in all, Id have to say this was the worst pizza Ive had and thats sad bc that was a record I thought Zalat pizza would hold forever. Its sad when you think should have just ordered from dominos. Either this pizza was made to intentionally have everything wrong with it or they were busy and decided to cut corners to sacrifice quality for speed. It Cody l cost me like $70 to be this disappointed. Ive been here twice before and it was absolutely amazing to thie was astonishing. Bad enough Im not sure Ill ever coming back bc neither reason is acceptable. Ive had better pizza from a lunchable. Sad, wow. Just wow.

This has to be the best pizza spot in the DFW area. Ozzy is such a nice guy. He gets the pizza out in a well timed manner (which the pizza is of the highest quality) and even gave us complementary fries. I got the chicago style pizza, which was perfectly cheesy, and fills you up in 1 or 2 slices. Ozzy is very nice, talking to you and asking how your meal is so far. He shared his experiences with us as we did for him. Overall a great experience, and i ll be back here every time i m in Dallas.

I used to love going here but after ordering the deep dish pizza (Hawaiian). I was given this, whatever this is. I have about 1-2 pineapples/ham per damn slice oh but don t worry there s enough cheese to make the entire world constipated! Super disappointed. Only thing that saved this was the meatball sandwich I ordered. The pizza went to the trash.

I recently had a rather disappointing experience with Chicago Pizza & Pasta ordered online at Door Dash. As a pizza lover, I was excited to try their Mediterranean pizza, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. Firstly, the crust was incredibly underwhelming. It lacked the desired crispiness and tasted doughy and undercooked. And the cheese was greasy and lacked freshness, and the overall balance of ingredients was off. Along with pizza, I also ordered their garlic breads which were super super disappointing as they came dry and hard. Additionally I ordered an Italian dip with garlic breads; it was again disappointing to see instead they send me over an Italian dressing. Overall, my food experience with the pizza at Chicago Pizza & Pasta was highly unsatisfactory. Im afraid I wont be ordering or recommending it to others anytime soon

Im not sure where all the rave reviews are coming from. Maybe our choices tonight were a miss. I ordered a ceaser salad and garlic parmesan wings. My hunny ordered meat calzone. The wing sauce didnt have a garlic taste, more like great value sauce. So I opted for another small ceaser instead. My hunnys calzone was soggy. For some reason, her plate was liquidity, and her sauce was served cold. Their drinks are bottled, and no fountain drinks. The dining area.... well, putting it simply needs some thought and effort. Its just awkward. I usually give places a 2nd chance, but unfortunately, I doubt well be back. Nor would I recommend. I gave 3 stars because the guy working the register kept a smile on his face and was friendly. The one good thing about the whole experience was that gentleman.

I love the fact that this place is close. It has really good pizza. I thought the regular pizza was fine, until I tried their Chicago style pizza. I had never had it until now, and I fell in love. Extra brownie points since my young daughter loved it too. Only thing I wasn t fond of was the garlic bread. Other than that, it s wonderful.

The pizza I got looked nothing like what was shown online. When I picked up my order I asked where the pepperoni was on my meat lover pizza, the worker insisted pepperoni was under the cheese. There was maybe 3 peices of pepperoni on my pizza. And when I asked for Parmesan and peppers he said it was in the box. There were one packet of each to go with the whole pizza lol. I didn t even notice it when I opened up the box cause I was in shock of what the pizza looked like. Poor service.

The staff is always friendly. Usually the food is great. This time, I ordered a calzone and a gyro. The calzone was perfect, but the gyro needed some help. The meat was so dry and crunchy. It was like eating over cooked bacon. There were also only 3 small pieces, so I basically had a veggie gyro. Lastly, the tzatziki was too thick, with no garlic. Im not even sure it had cucumber. Just some green leafy something. Very disappointing. I wont say we will never go back because we will. Their calzones are amazing, as long as they are not overcooked, like has happened once. Just hope that next time everything will be as good as the calzone.

This place is legit and so good!! I passed it randomly, quickly peeked at the reviews on Google Maps, then did a u-turn to check it out. The guy at the front was friendly, and it took about 30 minutes to cook - which let me know it was truly a thick pizza. And boy was it thick! Ive had a hard time finding good deep dish pizza here in DFW...until now. Ive seen too many pizza places claim deep dish, but its really just an overly thick crust. Not this place...its a REAL deep dish pizza, with sauce on top. The dough tastes so good, and after two slices Im ready for a nap. Seating is limited since its mainly a takeout spot. The interior is not fancy, which I think is great because the food speaks for itself. The soap dispenser in the bathroom is full, which is what really matters. :-) I called the store later to compliment the pizza and the guy was understandably worried that it was a complaint call at first. Sorry for the scare, my friend - this pizza was great! My wife came home hours later, tried some, and was raving and asking me about it. I wish we lived closer, but next time Im in Irving Im definitely bringing another pie home. Thanks Chicago Pizza & Pasta for the excellent lunch (and dinner, and breakfast)!!! Parking: Small strip mall, but easy to find parking.

Came here before a play, and it was delicious! This is a very small place with red booths, order at the counter (no wait staff), bottled drinks from the fridge instead of with ice. But as long as youre expecting this, its good neighborhood pizza.
