This particular experience wasnt the best when it came to food. I ordered the beef garlic noodles and the beef was burned, this made it less than appetizing. I didnt send it back but probably should have. The rest of the experience was OK. The service was friendly, a little slow but the server was good at her job and remembered everything well.

The wait staff is very slow. It is excessively loud both by the music playing, the patrons drunkenly screaming, and the bussers bashing dishes around. Dietary restrictions: SALT EVERYWHERE ON EVERYTHING PLUS FOOD THAT IS HALF BURNT AND HALF RAW. Parking: It is located in an area where there are too many so called trendy businesses and very little parking available. Kid-friendliness: I would not recommend bringing your under age children here unless you want to expose them to drunken people acting like dancing sock monkeys.

I was waiting for my calamari to go and took a little more time than expected, Javier the manager on duty came over and explained us what happen . Eventhough it being a sports bar the ambience was very cozy and welcoming. For the apps we ordered onion rings which came with buttermilk ranch and chipotle rancha and also ordered chicken nachos which were loaded with guac, sour cream and pickled Jalapeños. They tasted great. Coing to the main course we ordered jambalaya, glazed salmon, Nashville Hot chicken they all tasted great especially the glazed salmon which was smoked to perfection and glaze taste amazing it went great with mashed potato. We also ordered Baja shrimp, fish and blackened shrimp tacos all of which were great. For the beers when asked for a recommendation even with having a wide range of selection of beers they have suggested to go with House Beer Flight which offers 6 of their signature beers. It tasted quite bitter. Next we ordered the beer of our choice. We also ordered Grey Goose Strawberry Mule which was great. The bread pudding was amazing, tasted great not too sweet. Overall our experience has been really good. Parking: Difficult to find street parking even on week days. Kid-friendliness: It isnkid friendly.

I mean seriously. Have you ever been to a bad Yard House? This particular one just so happens to be in Irving Texas at the Toyota music Center or some of us call it Las Colinas. Everything you get on the menu is going to be good. Anything you order at the bar is going to be filling and strong. I would be surprised if you complain theyre open late so thats always a plus. And yes, its a sports bar but it has a very intimate vibe so dont be surprised if you see and people business casual. Its also a super great date night. The noise and the music is just loud enough to make you not uncomfortable and still be able to hear each other

Go over to the thirsty lion instead. The three (yes three) hosts at the front were so unbelievably rude and unapproachable that we left. It was busy and it was just 2 of us and we asked if the bar was open seating and they just stared at us. We walked the bar and there were no seats and we came back and asked to be sat at a high top. They all stared at each other and then one of them rolled their eyes and started to grab menus. I walked out and my husband followed. We were greeted with way better service at the bar across the way. Glad I didn t waste any money there

Came here after looking for food open late after 8PM in Irving. The Korean BBQ cheesesteak was sooo good and flavorful. I paid for an upgrade on to get the truffle fries, but they were bland and dry, so that wasn t worth the extra charge. The lobster noodles weren t bad, but don t know if I d order it again. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, but service could ve been better. It seemed like our waiter was ignoring us every time we tried to flag him down. Will have to try the Yard House in my city next time.

This is a nice restaurant. I love the ambiance, great food choices and the food was good but I did not enjoy the location. Its hard to park over there, not to mention parking is a bit high ($8 for the garage and $50 after 90min). I want there for a concert; just meeting friends after work. The only reason this is a 1 star review is due to the parking situation. The location the YardHouse is in makes you create an account, register an email, a license plate, and a credit card to get free parking for 60 minutes. Why not just pull a ticket and get it validated at the restaurant. Would never go back due to the ridiculous parking.

Another casual dining experience. Toyota Music Factory was closer to him than me but I m a team player so it was fine. We had no clue that a popular pop artist would be performing in the area so unfortunately I had to pay $25 to park though I was not there to see a concert. My date paid $10 but he paid for dinner so I guess it s cool. We got lucky and found seats at the bar. I was fine with that arrangement because it was center of the restaurant and I could see most things going on around me. We had calamari to start then I ordered the lobster garlic noodles with a sangria and my date ordered a cocktail with his steak. The food was good, the service was just ok and the venue was ok as well. I d recommend this place for casual dates or outings.

I really enjoy this place for pre concert food and drinks. Their problem is almost like they dont know there is a giant venue next door and they never have enough staff. If you get lucky and can grab a seat at the bar then your likely to get the best service they have to offer but if you sit at a table be prepared to receive mediocre service at best. AND THERE IS NO WAY A PLACE LIKE THIS SHOULD EVER HAVE TOILETS OVER FLOWING AND PISS ALL OVER THE FLOORS. That was the last time we went, just disgusting.

I went there for happy hour to have ahi tuna!!!! My waiter, however he did ask me for multiple cards of payment for eight dollars and then his manager comes down and says none of your cards are being approved. I say to him again and again try another one and then I look on my bank statement and there s money there and then he tells me it s our system!. Don t worry about it. It s on us ! this interaction and I was completely embarrassed shame on you Yard House. I will never be back and I will tell all my teacher friends never to go to you guys. What shame and what an embarrassment it was by me by the way, they took my $10 bill even when they could not process my method of payment. Cole was our bartender/server. We ordered the Korean BBQ sandwich and the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. I had the Korean BBQ sandwich replaced with the chicken avocado sandwich. The Korean BBQ sandwich was disappointing. It was dry and disappointing as the portion of beef was very little and contained too much fat for my liking. No worries, Cole replaced without hassle. The service here is great, the avocado Chicken sandwich was amazing. It was juicy and very very flavourful, I would definitely recommend it. The Nashville hot Chicken sandwich was good too and definitely worth trying but we both loved the chicken avocado sandwich!

This was my first time at the Yard House. I had a very Honey Blonde beer and did the Samon. It was all excellent. First, let me begin by stating this was the first customer experience I had at this particular restaurant, which reinforced my decision on questioning my return for any to go items in the future, and I am advising should you choose to order to go you may want to head over to the Yard House in Addison! Much better management problem resolution from the front to the back with sincerity and due diligence! I order a salad and soup online and noted in the special instructions any additional items as well as requested cutlery for my dinnerware. My order was to be ready at 10:10 pm and I arrived shortly thereafter around 10:19pm. I approach the young women at the front order pick up and she handed me my food, no receipt and as I stand to the side to review my order I notice I didn t have all the items I requested on my online order. I then tell her the items that are missing and she nonchalantly goes back to retrieve my missing maple Dijon as she proceeds to tell me they already added it to the salad. This is not true as the salad is bone dry. Once she returns I ask for a manager because the soup appeared to be a cup when I ordered a bowl. The manager came and I discussed my concern with the quantity wanting to ensure I in fact received the proper selection and he came back with a demonstration of the difference in ounces. This was my first time ordering online after dining in the previous night and starting with a cup , my concern was the same cup I received appeared to be the same size that was placed in my bag even though I choose to upsize and order a bowl. I then advised I didn t get any cutlery either? And so he look at the greeter goes in and grabs the plastic ware and adds them to my bag. I then must ask to obtain my receipt. The whole experience was off putting and for me to have to continue to go back and forth about items that were clearly denoted and marked when requesting pick up is crazy to me! Every order outgoing should be properly assessed and confirmed of the customers request before it is ready to go out the door. I shouldn t have to check list for the simple request I put in. It just takes a little extra time , consistency and forethought as every order that goes out is a reflection of the competency of the brand being represented. Gotta do better!

Food was amazing definitely a go to, prices aren t too bad either great atmosphere the service wasn t that great but it s understandable it was super packed so.. I want to go back and try more menu items for sure

Went here for food and drinks to check it out. Everything was great! The service was spot on. All the food we ordered was scrumptious. They had several options for gf food which I appreciate. I would go there again if I come back for another concert. Dietary restrictions: They have a gf menu.

Ordered the garlic lobster noodles and my plate lacked protein. Was a ton of noodles and little shrimp or lobster. I ve had this dish before a few years ago and loved it, was loaded with meat, but this time around I feel like a paid all that money for a pile of flavorless noodles.

Really great experience. Our server Edwin was one of the most attentive servers I ve ever had. My group was visiting from out of town and we had a great lunch. The food is delicious and service was great. Highly recommended! Dietary restrictions: Servers were attentive to our kid who has severe food allergies. They double-checked on everything, which was great!
