Today I visited this restaurant, self-service restaurant for dinner, but I found some aspects of the experience lacking. I was surprised to see no tissues on the tables. When I asked a staff member for some, she directed me to the washbasin, which seemed inconvenient. This was especially frustrating when my friend accidentally spilled food and had to go all the way to clean up. Even in a self-service setting, it s a matter of common sense to provide basic items like tissues for guests. Good food is essential, but a smoother experience would make all the difference. I hope to see improvements on my next visit.

Fix your carryout process. You have two cashiers but theyre walking into each other (not literally) and its a clusterfk of an operation. You serve good food, but Ive had to wait 1.5hrs for my food that I ordered online. One cashier tells me its not ready yet, then 30 mins later I ask again, and another cashier says the order has been sitting there entire time. MORE IMPORTANTLY: your customers that bring their own beer and sit on patio or nearby are littering the area with beer bottles. Im pretty sure City of Irving would love to fine you for this violation. Be respectful of property. It is YOUR customers that are littering, it IS your responsibility.

We go here very often. Food is alright and not worth the hype. I think people go here mostly because it is one of the very few places that open past midnight. Last night we went there for dinner and they didn t bother checking the air conditioning inside. And on top of this, they don t provide water for customers. We are forced buy it only after we realise it. And then again we have to stand in the line for just water. We had to rush to complete our meal because it was so hot and we couldn t be there any longer. I hope they can get this sorted.

I usually dont give a one star rating to any restaurant, but this one is truly an exception. We were on our way to DFW and wanted to place the order ahead to save some time. So when we called up, they bluntly said they would only accept To Go orders and not dine-ins. However we were given an option that we could eat in the disposable plates. So we said OK, but by the time we went food wasnt ready. Waited for another 15 minutes or so. We took the food and the disposable cutlery, but there is no water served anywhere . Apparently we have to buy their bottled water thats a dollar more for each one (extra $4 as each bottle is so small). Then came the food, the naans were the worst I ate anywhere in the Dallas area, soo thick and burnt that it felt like eating hard cardboard (see photos for reference). Overall a pretty bad place to eat where the food is terrible, waitstaff are rude/blunt, tables and floor are not cleaned properly and they try to nickel and dime you. Wouldnt recommend.

We had just landed from airport and this was the only restaurant nearby it was a dine in order we had ordered mutton biriyani haleem and chicken 65 First off, the quality of the chicken and mutton was horrible. Second, the biriyani had so much garam masala in it, it was like eating fire! Totally crazy! The chicken 65 was hard and it was tasteless. But the haleem is okay and not too bad. We couldn t eat anything and left hungry. Very disappointed and unsatisfied.
