The Las Colinas/Irving location is very close to my office and my whole team LOVES eating there! The service is truly impeccable and the food is always on point, whether dine-in or take-out! Theyre also wonderfully involved in the local community and we were even able to partner with them for an event for our non-profit. We are so thankful for their great food, their hospitality, and their passion for community welfare. Thank you Original Chop Shop!

My husband and I ended up here accidentally. We found ourselves in the area and looking for a place to eat. This place pulled up in the immediate area And I suggested it to my husband because I thought it was a barbecue place. What a delightful surprise! Fresh, healthy food at a reasonable price. I had the thai coconut chicken chop. It was so delicious and all of the herbs and veggies seemed fresh! This place reminds me of an elevated cava, where you build your own bowl, or get sandwiches or a wrap. I really appreciate the unique options for building your bowl. You have base one which is pretty standard with their rices but then they also have the added options of roasted veggies and sweet potato mash. The veggies are not just small diced cubes, I had full broccoli florets and halved brussel sprouts. My chicken was supple and juicy. The thai coconut seasoning sauce was perfect. I appreciated that my food was brought to the table and I didnt have to stand in line. All of the flavored unsweet teas were awesome. The aesthetic of the place is lovely as well, with its white washed wood paneling and pops of beautiful patterned tile. Outside looked very welcoming, with plenty of seating and shelter.

I ordered on the phone as I was driving and the person attending my call gave me a really hard time. First, he put me on a hold and then disconnected my call. When I called again he schooled me for 5 mins for not doing it online etc. Further, when I was trying to order he kept asking me unnecessary questions about me order, I have orders in the past over the phone and I know these questions are not required. When I picked up my order, which was a chillie shrimp bowl and a kale drink, the veggies in the order were hardly stir fried and just raw and it wa ably broccoli and some raw carrots. My drink didn t have a single ice cube and was not even cold. I have always ordered in the past from this location and never had any issues. I guess it s probably this particular employee. I hope the manager can make some cringes to customer service.

It wasn t the best experience at first however when I called the store when I got home the manager on duty helped me to resolve the issue. There were a couple of things wrong and missing from the order however the manager ended up comping one of the items which more than made up for what was missing. It s customer service like this that will keep customers coming back.

I ll start by saying the food is tasty but they just changed their veggies to exclude Brussel sprouts and replaced it with shaved carrots or the onions. Now you have to pay extra for Brussel sprouts. So disappointed and their meat portions have decreased. Only because the change in their veggies is the reason I won t be coming here again. I always get double veggies.

Hands down the best healthy joint out there! I went today during their busy lunch hour and the team was so friendly, precise, and the place was very clean. Our bowls and salads were delicious and I was licking my plate! I love all of their healthy and seed-oil free options across the board. This is your one stop shop to get full and feel GREAT about it all around. Jason, the GM, goes above and beyond to keep the location warm and welcoming and I can t wait to visit again. Amazing food with exceptional service. The lady who served us was very patient in explaining all the options on the menu and adjusting or order for specific taste and dietary needs. I cant say enough good things about our recent experience at Original Chop Shop! We arrived just 10 minutes before closing and ordered smoothie bowls, fully expecting that we might be turned away or met with frustration. Instead, the team greeted us with genuine smiles and an incredibly friendly attitude. Despite it being the end of their shift, they accommodated our order without hesitation, making us feel completely welcome. Their kindness and exceptional service truly made our day! Food is good. But it s honestly preposterous that they would still ask for a tip when they didn t really do anything. Those kiosks aren t all that convenient. The employees at this location act annoyed that there s even customers. Also it s cheesy, new age, and gives a liberal vibe. They re lucky they have decent high protein food, but if you re hangry and can find something comparable to a place like this (they re a dime a dozen) I d recommend the other place.

Yeah it was healthy because I received a bowl of lettuce with a teaspoon worth of toppings. Four servings of lettuce with -10 servings of toppings. Ive loved the food at this place and have been going there consistently for a good amount of time. Over this time my order (which has always been the same) has been messed up too many times. The extra sauce I get has been forgotten about many times but today was the worst. I almost always take out and when I looked at my food at home the wrong base was in my bowl along with sweet potatoes which have never been included in this item. I do not enjoy sweet potatoes or quinoa which I did not ask for. The receipt on my bag has my order the way I asked for it so I do not understand why this mix up happened. While I do love their food, this place clearly lacks organization.

I only write reviews when I do feel that feedback is needed based on outstanding hospitality this experience was worth a review. Stopped in on a rainy morning and needed a personalized juice that was not on the menu. Without any complaints the manager was very friendly and eager to help accommodate my needs offering suggestions based on ingredients in store. Throughout the experience the staff were very friendly and the environment was extremely clean and comfortable. My experience was not your normal stop on a rainy day it was amazing. My personalized juice was amazing, the atmosphere was great, and the service was remarkable. I absolutely recommend this location SPECIFICALLY it is excellent. I will definitely be revisiting this location.

We were on a road trip and stayed the night in Las Colinas/Irving Texas. Its always a challenge to find decent, non-road trip food. Sonic and McDonalds is great in a pinch, but were adults and would like some good tasting, decent, healthy food. We found it with the Original Chopshop. What a great little find. This place has a bohemian feel to the place. One orders at the counter and then can take-away or sit there and eat. The menu is healthy, fresh, and really tasty! They offer juices, a good variety of salads, terrific sandwiches, healthy bowls, and breakfasts as well as pastries. Servings were ample. I had a club sandwich which was really amazing with excellent bread, and fresh flavorful ingredients without a lot of glop pasted to it. The Boss had the Kale-Quina salad with shrimp. It was ample and they didnt skimp on adding in the shrimp. We also ordered a Sweet Soy Sesame Steak Bowl that was big and delicious and not drowning in sauce that was too sweet. This was an excellent find for road-weary travelers or anyone who would like some fresh healthy eats. Pricing was entirely reasonable. Portions were ample.We were greeted immediately and our order was taken quickly. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and efficient. This is worth stopping in for breakfast, lunch or, like us, when youre hangry and need something really good.

I visit chop shop all the time at different locations but the location that stuck out to me most recently was the Irving location 7300 N MacArthur Blvd Unit 140 Irving, TX 75063 United States Today the general manager Jason Hutchinson assisted me, he was very friendly and made sure my food was amazing. I m not sure who Jason s higher up is but I hope you see this ! Please give Jason a raise as he definitely deserves it! The location in Irving welcomed everyone with warm smiles and a helping hand. Started out as a decent experience in a nice environment with fairly slow service. The food was the main problem. Went with a group of friends. One ordered the Sunrise Wrap just to discover multiple mushrooms were in it. They were NOT listed in the ingredients on the menu. We checked online and in-store. She is severely allergic to mushrooms and had an immediate allergic reaction. They remade the wrap without them, but the damage was done. I also found an eyelash in my rice bowl as I got down to the last few bites. Was looking forward to a better experience and got the opposite of that.

I frequent original chopshop around the metroplex and every experience has been good. The food is great and consistent. The staff is pleasant, the technology works. Ive never had an issue placing a mobile order or an order being incorrect. Also, orders come out fast. My only gripe is that occasionally, the tea can be bitter, but thats maybe a 1 in 8 instance. Dietary restrictions: Clearly labeled gluten free, vegetarian options. Also nutritional information is available on the website.

I wasnt going to write a review at first, but Im overall far from impressed at employees behave in this restaurant. Im here at least 3-4x a week, sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon, depending on my schedule. Ive been there in the morning and its been wonderful, the GM is here only in the morning, which is a shame because employees in the afternoon are far from being good at their job. I try to fight my cravings in the afternoon time because I want to avoid going there for less than okay service; teens running the restaurant in the afternoons is quite common, but they usually have a responsible adult in charge thats telling them to pick up their slack. The place is a mess, the food has a funny taste to it and the dont even bother to order any juices or acais/smoothies or anything that they could prepare in the front because that would be waste of your money and you would end up angry when they remake it and it ends up worse, tables are dirty, everything out of stock, food residue all over the place, sticky sauces, numbers on unoccupied tables, chairs all over the place and what are they doing about it? Theyre on their phones, giggling and laughing amongst them, taking drinks out of the front cooler and eating them and ordering food from the restaurant, eating in groups in front of the customers and being loud and obnoxious. Ive pointed out to the shift lead, another teenager, that the restaurant is quite dirty when Im here in the evenings, as opposed to the mornings and her excuse, Were busy!, as I pointed out, Im there quite often and see everything they do and I can tell they have all the time in the world to clean and restock(the baskets are usually full in the morning and emptied out in the afternoon), but they would rather be on their phones and the bathrooms can be a complete mess, but every time I bring it up they ignore me. I dont know what has to change, they need structure and they need an adult thats actually responsible and makes them work and clean up, maybe I need to go elsewhere in the afternoon because Im sick of these lazy teens running the store after a certain hour. I am very upset, I cant believe how shockingly drastic it is to go in the afternoons as opposed to the mornings, moral of the story, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PLACE IN THE AFTERNOONS!

I ordered the Thai chicken coconut bowl through Uber eats. The portion was pretty small for $15. I ordered it with romain lettuce and no rice. All it had was that, cilantro, coconut sauce, peanuts and small sprinkles of chicken chunks. I most likely wont order from here again.

Decent healthy breakfast in a bowl. Nice place. Counter staff is friendly and knows their stuff. You order at the counter and take a number to your table, which might be at the perfectly nice covered outdoor patio area. I like it for breakfast and lunch. I havent tried it for dinner yet. Work colleagues like it for lunch. Also pretty good DoorDash experience. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free friendly.

I came in for a juice this morning and it was my first time in. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. They had a lot of different openings and the gentleman that checked me out was helpful in providing info on my different options. It was so good I ordered for lunch. Oh my goodness they flavors their food has is delightful. I usually avoid bowls because I feel they are very basic sometimes but they hot honey chicken and hummus is my new favorite.

Love this cool place! Just had some drinks and cookies... sparkling water (Waterloo brand from Austin - GREAT) and great cookies: an Oatmeal and a Cashew Chocolate Chip! Super nice and knowledgeable staff and a fun positive atmosphere. (And very clean!) Definitely coming back.

The Chop Shop team in Las Colinas (Irving TX) is an amazing team. Carlos, which I suspect is the manager, treats his customers like queens and kings. Although I have a Chop Shop closer to me, I chose to go to the one by my work to get the best service. The food is ALWAYS fresh!! Parking: The staff is always very friendly and process orders in a timely manner and with a smile.

This was our first time in. The young lady at the front counter was amazing. She greeted us at the front and help me decide on the right bowl. We dont eat pork or red meat did the fact that turkey was an option was a major plus for me! The food was amazing and cooked fresh!! I got the cheat day as a bowl and my husband got the balanced bowl. As we was finishing our food the GM came and introduced himself to us and we had a enjoyable conversation with him and the area as we are new around here. We laughed and expressed our gratitude of the great service, food, and atmosphere. We will be back!
