Chris Harding was the third attorney I considered for what I knew would be a very difficult and complicated divorce. The others didn t come close, but I could tell very quickly Chris was intelligent, professional, had a great deal of expertise in family law, had integrity and was not afraid to fight for what was right. He was the right attorney for the job. Then I saw all the 5 star reviews and knew I had made the right choice. Chris was on top of every surprise, every twist and turn until a favorable outcome for me was achieved much faster than expected. The 5 star reviews are real. I found them all to be true. If you are searching for a great attorney for any aspect of Family Law, you need Chris Harding. He is dependable and communicative as well as caring and on top of his game. I consulted with Chris Harding regarding my custody and child support case for my daughter years ago. I heard a friend of mine considering hiring him. What I told my friend was Chris is like a highly educated used car salesman with an emphasis on a lack of morals. I cant understand how people like him can live with themselves when they lie and manipulate the legal system for money. He exudes arrogance but is deeply insecure. He tried to scare me into hiring him by suggesting I would lose my daughter if I didnt hire him soon. By the way, the people giving him 5 stars on here are many of his colleagues and friends so dont be fooled. He also cheated on his wife while she was taking care of their daughter in the childrens hospital. Class act kind of guy. Avoid him.

I honestly would give no stars had it been an option. Chris is the epitome of inconsiderate and considering his choice of work, this has a major impact on people in very crucial moments in their lives. Chris took advantage of my worries and concerns throughout the process only in attempt to increase my dependability to him as a client. If it were up to me he d no longer be in his line of work.

Chris Harding has truly gone beyond the average lawyer during my divorce case. I know this because Im an advocate for women going through the divorce process and see how other lawyers serve their clients. Chriss communication follow-up has been stellar. If he didnt have an answer he would always let me know where he was in the process of getting it for me. I appreciated his ability to clarify details every step of the way. I never felt disappointed in his representation of me whether we were in mediation or in court before a judge. On top of having professional integrity, Chris is personal in his approach with his clients.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Chris Harding today on the phone about my case. Mr Harding took the time with me to help me understand my rights, my options, any recourse I could take, and what I should do for a fair case to help me. Ill say he gave me the best consultation out many attorneys Ive spoken with and I wish I had spoken with him sooner to be honest. Mr Harding was very understanding and was able to guide me down a good path to resolving my civil case. He confirmed somethings I knew going in and I know he is an honest person to work with. He gave it to me straight and was EXTREMELY helpful. If I ever need a good attorney I will definitely consider him down the road as I am saving his number in my phone. Going through a divorce, Chris was referred to me as the guy I needed to go see. As a man, a man not wanting to get divorced, a man that loved his wife, I was incredibly scared, worried, and anxious how divorce could threaten and destroy the financial security of my life, and the live s of my children. Let s face reality, it normally does not go well for the man in a divorce. I met Chris for the first time and explained to him what/everything that was going on between my wife and I. Chris was understanding and empathetic to my plight. He asked lots of pertinent questions, and I quickly felt comfortable with Chris. He had a heir of confidence that I found pleasing. He never promised me anything unrealistic, but explained to me the rules, laws, and broke everything down regarding how things work within Texas Law. And that we would operate and navigate those laws to procure the best outcome. So, we went to work. Chris told me exactly what I needed to provide him regarding documents, numbers, and time lines. He encouraged me to do my homework, and he also did his. I was prepared. Chris was prepared. Chris communicated very well with me, and was always available to take calls, emails, or text when I had questions. He was very professional when he referred to my wife, and also very respectful and cultivated a very professional relationship with the opposing law firm. Final outcome: I left my marriage better off financially than when I entered it. Because of Chris hard work and preparation, my life, home, finances, family, and retirements were safe and secure. I walked out of mediation feeling good. Feeling like I could breathe again. He did a great job. The one thing that impressed me the most was Chris integrity. Chris did everything he could to get things done quickly as possible, and did things in ways to save me money in lawyer fees. I was very impressed with Chris. He knows his craft well. He has integrity. Because of Chris, I have my home, my retirements, investments, and my family is financially safe and secure. We are better off than we were before we began this journey. It s my hope to never have to recommend a lawyer to someone because of divorce, but if I do, with certainty I will recommend Chris.

I hired Chris in 2022 after my wife filed for divorce and was in a battle for custody of my triplets. Chris worked tirelessly, told me things straight based on his excellent knowledge of the laws and he was always available. Chris offered me details on the specific Judge assigned to the case that helped determine our approach. His office has many years of knowledge on specific judges that not all attorneys have. Chris Harding is the definition of a great lawyer. He is very personable, honest, and transparent. Mr Harding is a very honest and upfront attorney. I think he uses his time very effectively and is able to get results. Our case was a long shot and didnt involve enough damages for him to make it worth while. However, once he had uncovered every stone, he gave us a full refund of all our contingency deposit. I would have been satisfied with half that. Chris is very communicative and tells you all the pros and cons of every option. Would highly recommend!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Chris! We had 3 previous lawyers for our custody case, and never looked back or elsewhere once we hired Chris. The knowledge, determination, and honesty he displayed throughout the whole process was unmatched. He knows his stuff in and out, but more importantly he is honest which is hard to find in a lawyer as some will say what you want to hear just to take your money. Not Chris. He truly cares and at the end of the day, you will not be disappointed. He was available any time we needed him, is very efficient, doesn t drag things out, and very professional. Before having the pleasure of meeting with Chris Harding, I previously had three attorneys who continuously put my case in jeopardy. My custody battle was complicated and daunting. Chris was able to step in and completely turn my case around! He was not at all intimidated by my circumstances or the demands of the opposing counsel. Chris is an extremely well-rounded attorney; hes confident, highly strategic, aggressive, logical, and an overall great guy! As the petitioner, I documented years of solid evidence against the opposing party and should have been on the offense under the direction of previous representation; however, I kept finding myself on the defense with many setbacks and catastrophes. My case was botched due to the incompetence of former counsel. I had become so overwhelmed and irritated as my case was constantly being mishandled. My husband I are extremely thankful with Chris for the outstanding job he did representing us during a custody case recently. We brought Chris in as a receiver on a contentious case to oversee the repair and sale of a residence. Chris was detailed and put in the extra effort to maximize the sale price so both clients were able to benefit. He was an excellent choice for the job.
