Fun place to play. Coming from out of state we had only reviews to go off of, and Im glad we picked this placed. There was a lot of tabs, paper options and machines. Callers were easy to understand and called at a decent pace for playing paper and machine. Hopefully we make it back again.

Same people win over and over looks rigged. Ive sat here a few times and watched the same people win repeatedly. The owner rigs games. Insider info go here if you wanna see same people win. Also the owner is in business with people who win consistently. One person even works the snack bar and plays bingo and is always winning. Rigged. Update sat here again and same group of people keep winning cowboy guy with mustache won 3 1000 dollar games back to back. Asian ladies in no smoking won 4 times on tabs and computers this place is rigged aint no way same people are that lucky.

I had planned a fun afternoon with my granddaughter, everything was going perfectly until my granddaughter went for the complimentary ice cream and the kitchen lady was rude to her, bingo is great but they should talk or remove the kitchen lady called Monica, why is she very rude and how is it possible that she talks to a minor like that???? This is unacceptable and now in the opinions I see that all the people have complained about it.

Yesterday was my birthday and I want to try a different bingo so I went here. Everything was going good until I ordered food . The cooker was very rude , slammed my food, rolling her eyes and speaking Spanish but was using bad language. Other then that I would give a five star. Fire the cook or talk to her please

I m not a regular and just because I m not a regular doesn t mean you have to be rude to me. I ve noticed that ever since I ve been going, but Saturday afternoon was the worst. Daytime had my hand up to but a race ticket. The man that calls the first sessions wouldn t come to me. He went all around and I even hollard race . He looked my way and I know he saw me. Even the person I was with (not a regular) raised his hand too. Do I want to go back?

Thought it was just me, but I definitely have to agree with previous comments. Everyone is super nice, friendly, and helpful, but the Hispanic lady at the food counter is very much rude. I thought maybe she just didn t speak good English at first, but it s not even that. She s just flat out rude and mean for some reason and I ve seen her interact with other people so I know it s everyone she acts like that with.

Enjoyed playing there but when I went to order food from the Snack Bar the short Hispanic lady with glasses was very rude and acted as if she didnt even want to place my order I wasnt sure if it was because of my race or gender but she definitely should NOT taking orders preparing food in any place of business. This was the worst experience I have ever endured in any food service. Something definitely needs to be done about this because its not fair to everyone as a whole that wants to come and play bingo and have a snack.

Smoking hall. To buy cards and computers, you still have to go over to the smoking side. Prices are OK. 18+ only. They play bigger tabs but they stop selling them when bingo starts.... I was disappointed by this. Nice employees. In my opinion, not a hall for rabid tab players like me.

My first time there was March 7, 2020 for the Irving Amateur Radio Club Hamfest. The venue suited the needs perfectly fine and they had a food purchasing area too. It was easy to get around and I was able to make some good purchases and had a great time seeing people. The venue worked perfectly for the event. I cant speak for the bingo games, but for the amateur radio use it was great having the event there.
