I went there to watch a football game nice little friendly place ! Diablo appetizer was really good the spinach artichoke wasnt so good wasnt what I expected anyways its normally hot and cheesy it wasnt the worst Ive ever tasted just wouldnt order it again! Service was excellent! Here I am football season and they dont have Sunday football games! Food still good! Bartenders with the exception of one are pretty amazing !

Atmosphere great, alcohol selection has a wide variety, and nice bar. Service is fast, but sketchy. Our first round, they short changed one guy in our group. Then we ordered a round of shots, mind you on saturday, it s $5 for certain shots. Well we got overcharged for the amount of shots we got. So just count your changes, check your charges, other than that, good atmosphere and quick service.

Most horrible place Ive ever visited...steaks on steak night almost killed me ..was sick 4 days with uncontrollable diarrhea...pretty sure I was poisoned...Im us army veteran and Im sure Ive had better food from refugee camps in the poorest parts of Afghanistan...way too much kid rock on the jukebox and Im sure my waitress was snorting lines of meth in the bathroom...and for some reason her breath smelled like she ate fresh booty...also had unexplained charges on my credit card .. probably to pay for her meth habit ...if your still reading this do your self a favor and go to Texas pride ....

Twisted Apes is the best Bar & Grill in the Coastal Bend: Great Food, Family Friendly, and Free karaoke on Thursday and Saturday evenings. Everything on the menu is AMAZING. A really great bar and grill. Weve been looking for a burger place locally and we found one. This place has a friendly staff, welcoming owner, very reasonable prices on drinks and excellent food. It has 6 pool tables, a fooseball table, video games and a loud jukebox. You can still have a conversation but it is a bar after all. The food was really good. I had the fat boy burger for dinner and the next day lunch. Whole cooked med-well to well done, thet kept it juicy with great grill flavor. The wedge fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. My wife had the street glide burger with Canadian bacon and pineapple plus. She would ask for an extra slice of pineapple as those bites were the best. She also had sweet potatoes fries and enough fir lunch the next day. We started off with their onion rings. Nice thick slices of onions and hand battered. The only issue was these were a little greasy but still tasty. Great selection of drinks and beers (even had a cider.) Their prices are reasonable and make it a good value. Well be back as their menu is large and varied. Parking: I would recommend the parking in back as getting out the front is best done in reverse.

I will never come to this place again!! We were celebrating my daughter s birthday (34)and we had come to have a couple drinks They refused to serve us after 1 beer because there was a baby with us.I had specifically asked if it was ok to come in with the baby and they said yes! No problem! Well I guess it was a problem #1 she wasn t driving #2 I had asked if it was a problem they said no! There was no one in the facility! She had 2 beers at the time only 1. If you don t want our good money just say so do not lie to me!! Never will come again. Mallory at another place thankfully ended our night on a good note!

We were definitely billed for more drinks than we consumed. I wouldn t be making this review right now if I had two beers before going in and seven more while in there. I wouldn t have walked out let alone walked out without slurring my words or being able to type and post this right now. It wasn t busy. The toilet broke. It was a clean enough bathroom that I removed the lid of the toilet and reattached the handle. When I told the server, she acknowledged the problem. She didn t say thank you or do anything above. When I served, I would have comped the customer a beer for that. Nope. I really think we were charged extra beers for the 2.5 hours we were there. Again, I could not drink 7 beers in that time and feel only slightly buzzed. The staff was friendly enough. The food is decent for a bar. But watch your tab. I ve had friends tell me the same thing about extra beverages being added to their tabs that they didn t order/consume. The place is also too bright for a bar. It felt like closing time.

One of the cleanest bar n grill in Aramsas/ ingleside area i have been to. Went to watch a college game there, because it was not on regular cable tv on a Sat., they had the channel . Bartenders were friendly and provided great service to all, while i was there. I will go there again when in town. Support this place and help keep it a nice place.

I went to the chalet tonight and they won t even let you have a open tab, make you pay cash, and you get a shot of any liquor and they watered it down, I had to use their ATM and it charged me $3.50 just to get cash to pay for them sell me a drink Stay away this is a freaking ripoff place stay away

I had the breakfast! I got the the porkchop breakfast, the pork chops were actually tenderloin cut chops. You got two eggs, two nicely cooked pork chops, really well seasoned potatoes chucks and a biscuit. I requested a substitute of a pancake instead it was good. I only ate one chop, half the eggs and potatoes. Next morning had the chop and potatoes. The chop was not dry. Enjoy! Breakfast is only served on Saturday and Sunday. I could go for breakfast for dinner. Especially if it is this good.
