Nice park tucked back into a neighborhood. Playground structures are quite large and built over cushioned rubber flooring which is awesome. There are some awnings over the play structures and a good amount of trees around the park. That said, there s still a lot of uncovered area where sun will get you, and the sole bench along the play area is not shaded by any means. There s a low brick wall running alongside the larger play structure that is perfect height for an adult to sit and has a lot of tree cover to give some shade, but it does sit back a good distance from the play area so not as easy to see all the things kids might be getting into. There are swings and a merry go round in a section with wood chips for ground cover. There s a baseball diamond on the outskirts of the park as well as a field and tennis courts. Bathrooms are located right by the parking lot, and there s plenty of parking available! Playground: Playground offers two large structures, one for ages 2-5 the other for 5-12. Both are well appointed with slides and various climbing opportunities. There are swings and a merry go round as well. Toilets: There are restrooms at this park Dog-friendliness: This is not a dog park, but dogs are allowed on leash Picnic area: There s a covered picnic area with grill, as well as a couple picnic tables around the park with no overhead cover

What a hidden gem! We did a tour of all the parks in hurst a few summers back but somehow missed this one. - Nice playground with not brand new but still modern, unique play areas. Some rubberized surface, mulch by swings. -Bathrooms that smelled clean (we went around 8:30) - A nice short walking trail with the playground in full view. - wonderful, blessed shade from huge trees and an awning over the playground. Another shining example of our GREAT parks in Hurst! We will come back and make sure this park is in our rotation. Toilets: Nice and clean! The water did attack us and there wasn t any soap but we always bring sanitizer anyways. Picnic area: Large, covered with a small open area inside picnic tables. A grill and lots of trash cans.

Its got the basics. Playground, picnic tables, field, small bike path, water fountain for people and dogs. Tennis court and baseball diamond. Two all-gender bathrooms. Could use a grill or two. Playground: More accessible and colder friendly than most, thanks to rubber pad. Toilets: Two gender neutral bathrooms Dog-friendliness: Doggy water fountain barely works.

Not a place youll stumble onto, you have to live in the neighborhood to know of it. Large covered picnic area, great for parties. Big play structure thats new, baseball themed, seems wheelchair accessible. Small parking lot but its fine. Dont tell your friends about this place, itll be our secret.

We rented the pavilion and had my son s birthday party here in mid October. It was perfect. The weather was nice. The park was secluded and mostly fenced off. The pavilion was clean with many trash cans next to it. The restroom was clean and conveniently next to the playground. The playground equipment were basically brand new and the landscaping was well kept. The city of Hurst has so many good parks and playgrounds for the kids but I particularly am fond of this one. Bravo and thank you so much for providing an awesome place to host my baby s special day. Playground: Very nice Toilets: Nice and clean

I walk my dog through this park daily. It is a great park for people to enjoy the outdoors. They have a baseball field, tennis courts, clean restrooms, grills for cooking, and some really fancy playground equipment for children with a thick layer of soft protective padding on the ground. Toilets: Clean restrooms Dog-friendliness: Great place to walk your dog. The have walking paths and a water station. Picnic area: Several covered and uncovered cooking stations. Theres a big covered area with several tables that people use fir their family partirs.

Nice neighborhood park tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the area. Has tennis courts and a baseball field. There is a creek that separates the two sides of the park with a nice pedestrian bridge over the creek. The playground has rubberized ground surfaces and a neat rope swing. Has restrooms and picnic tables. Overall nice little park that isnt as busy as others.

I waited to review this park until all 3 seats were back on the spinner, and now it is a 5 star fun place for the kids to go and play. Great for solo playtime, or playing tag, just a very nice park for kids.

Fun park with some newer active playground equipment, different than you see in most parks. Most of it is under a shade. Except the spinning swing. Or younger kid loves the place and often runs into kids her age there. Attached to the playground is a small walking loop around a flat grassy area with a pavilion. Great place for parties and such. Even if we didnt live nearby, this would be a great park to visit.
