We went tonight and surprisingly the place was empty of guest. Celebrating a birthday. We had Amelia as our server. She was absolutely perfect in every way. Very attentive of all our needs. The perfect amount of flirtatious and light heartedness. She made the night sensational. The food was absolutely perfect and all the chicken dishes were so tender. Not sure if it s this location or Carraba s has really went down in quality. We had dinner last night and food came out very fast and was luke warm. The chicken parm used to be a thicker cut, this was a flattened small piece of chicken. Both spaghetti and lasagna tasted like frozen meals warmed up. The salad had a strange taste not fresh at all. Not to mention the atmosphere, they started cleaning up around us right after we were seated around 8pm and they don t close until 11pm. They pretty much cleaned the entire time. Don t get me wrong I appreciate cleaning , but should be don t closer to close especially when people are eating. The manager and another staff stood right behind us and talked very loud in our ears almost the entire meal as well. We couldn t even enjoy our own conversation because of hearing theirs. Overall, this was a horrible visit, definitely won t be returning.

Ref: ticket #0052,07/26/24 @1509 hours. NOT HOT, NOT WARM, NOT COOL, BUT COLD Lasagna served. Why was it almost frozen ? I thought their food was cooked daily. They went to heat it up and it took so long that I lost my appetite. My wifes shrimp and scampi was only so so. Manager brought food back and said, is there anything else you would like? No apology or concern from the waiter or manager was given.. I have been to well run, and good food Carrabbas restaurants, but this one needs help. Go to another one until this one gets fixed... I REACHED OUT TO MANAGEMENT WITH NO RESPONSE.

Edit: We ve been to Carrabbas again and the experience was very different. The food was still the same high quality as before, but the service was friendly and the atmosphere was laid back. Still kind of expensive for an Italian joint at the mall, but I d say it s worth a visit over BJs if you re already in the area. Old review: Good food, interesting menu but not worth the price.

I love the food and service at Carrabbas in Hurst. Talked to the manager one day and learned, not to my surprise, though, that all the food there is made from scratch. So many restaurants now days use frozen and premade food. Our server was Joshua P and he was fabulous and attentive. Also enjoy the Dine Rewards loyalty program. Just wish we had a Carrabbas here in the Flower Mound area.

We absolutely LOVE Carrabas but especially this one! Brian Johnson, the GM here, is awesome! Food is great and you can enjoy a great meal and not have to scream at each other across the table. Meal portions are always generous. Hoping this restaurant is here for years to come! Excellent service and food all the way around! We have been going to Carrabba s for years and it is always good. The food and service are consistently excellent. My favorite is always the Chicken Bryan. I never knew I liked goat cheese until I had this dish. The goat cheese accommodates the chicken very well. My wife usually orders a seasonal special and they are always good as well. Carrabba s atmosphere is nice. Good place to spend some time eating the house bread and talking while the food is being prepared.

Best Carrabbas Experience on Father s Day! We were a party of 6 with 3 dads present. I have gluten allergies and the staff not only warmed up the gluten free bread I brought in, but the menu was full of gluten free options. The chef even visit our table to make sure we were happy. We left with full happy bellies and a delicious Father s Day gift!! Some of our favorite dishes were the Chicken Bryan, Chicken Marsala, Cannolis and the Tiramisu. The monitoring I had was not very good, I had to ask if there were any alcohol in it as they put so much ice it tasted like flavored water ,heavy on the water. Came here for dinner while we were visiting family from out of town. I was worried there would not be a lot of vegan options but there actually were! A lot of items marked on the menu and on their website they have a list of all the vegan and vegetarian items too which was helpful! Id like to see some dairy free cheeses and maybe some vegan sausage or meats to be able to add to the pasta dishes but otherwise really good food! I ordered grilled scallops and shrimp. I am disappointed to say that they were inedible, as they were incredibly salty. I would have liked to tell my server and had the scallops and shrimp replaced. However, due to Carrabbas policies the waiters were overworked, forced to bus, take orders, deliver food, process payments, and if we were lucky have our glasses refilled. I really wanted to like Carrabbas. The calamari was very good, but I didnt buy one of the most expensive menu items to be unable to eat it.

We came here many, many years ago and did not have a good experience....But we had a gift card someone gave us and decided to give it another try. Let me say, it was a 10,000% change! Bryan was our server and was amazing! He was very attentive without being overbearing and bothersome. He was fun and made sure everything was right. When there was a problem in the kitchen, the lasagna wasnt ready, he came to make it right. He did everything he could to make us happy, even though he didnt need to do anything! The food was well above par and tasted great! We will be back, and hopefully, we will get to see Bryan again! Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian/vegan menu online, but there are icons on the menu to show which items are vegetarian or vegan. They even, on the regular menu, tell what dressing should be substituted to make the salad vegan!

15 members of my family came together here to celebrate my Father-in-laws birthday. They had inadvertently not pulled enough tables put together, but only had us wait about 10 minutes. It was fantastic. I got a steak meal with potatos and asparagus. It was cooked to perfection. Everyone was satisfied or highly satisfied with their meal. Our waiter was fantastic! He paid close attention to our needs, was friendly and helpful. When a wrong side (with gluten) was delivered, he caught it as it was being set on the table, apologized, and had the replacement to the table in minutes. I even overheard him at the kitchen instisting on new plate with all fresh food. Unfortunately, I forgot his name, or I would call him out here.

We are visiting from another State. Craving spaghetti. We ordered from a mobile app. We ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and meat balls. Italian salad. Tiramisu and a bread stick appetizer. Everything was hot and delicious and very large portions enough for two more meals. Next time, we will request more sauce for the spaghetti and extra olive oil/herbs for the french bread and plastic wear. The dessert was amazing! The bread was out of this world. Update: well this use to be my favorite place but its not anymore. They had my favorite Alfredo. It was so good! No other place had anything like it. And then they changed it. Nothing good usually comes from change. I have no idea why they decided to change it. Come on people, if it aint broke dont fix it! My favorite. And wonderful experience as long as Hunter is working. Shes the best. And thank god they switched back to the fresh cheese. The powdered cheese was horrid. They would say its the same. But I beg to differ. Dane, Nicole, and John have Extremely excellent customer service. If you ever are looking for delicious home cooked meal You have to come, try Carrabbas in Hurst it has such a clean and friendly environment for all ages from babies ro elder. Carrabbas has been my favorite restaurants for years and it def helps when the management is awesome as well as their crew.

Tonight 1/20/2024 my food did not turn out good after 3 trys..First of all let me say Carrabas is my favorite restaurant ,but Jenna the manager made sure we were taken care of in the end.Thats all that matters, Great customer service is what keeps us coming back!! We go to this location about 4 times a year, and always have a great experience each and every time. Tonight was exceptional, mostly because of our waiter, Roosevelt. He was so attentive and friendly, it made our night such a good time. Food was wonderful. We love the Pollo Rosa Maria and Chicken Bryan!

The food here is always pretty darn good and my preference is always the Chicken Trio. You always know the service is going to be great when you see the manager paying attention enough to help his waitstaff if theyre busy by grabbing a tray and serving the food himself. Kudos to my waiter Crawford who did Carrabbas proud in handling his duties as my waiter.

Firat time to ever eat here.I ordered the lobster ravioli and had stomach issues until the next day. The ceasar dressing was too acidic. We also ordered the salmon with fettuccine Alfredo, and the salmon was way too salty. I expected better.

It was an excellent experience. Second time here. The server was so attentive. My son loves the calamari. The bread with spiced olive oil was so good. The food was great so far. We ordered eggplant parmesian, trio appetizer, ravioli. I hope that they will bring back the pizza. And I think the price is also great. Will definitely recommend and will come back whenever we go to NE mall.

This place is disgusting. The tall skinny one with the squeaky voice needs to get a new profession. Customer service is not her strong suit. What a joke Heaven.. something like that was the name. I have tried all all the other local Italian restaurants in this area and Carrabbas far surpasses any of those for fresh, yummy tasting food, superb service, and immaculate cleanliness. The homemade bread is out of this world and melts in your mouth and the seasoned olive oil to dip your bread is so, so good. This place beats those others places for bread. I split my salad and dish with my guest and it was more than enough for both of us. The waitress Hope was kindly receptive to answer any of our questions about food choices before we ordered and was so attentive checking on us frequently throughout our meal but not to the point of overdoing it. I completely enjoyed the entire meal and definitely will be back. The cozy atmosphere was calming, background music, just the right temperature in the room, and I felt like I was in a high dollar elite restaurant but without the high dollar cost or extended drive. The place was so clean, especially the bathrooms. Over all, I was so impressed with this place and of course let the manager know, and I even gave kudos to him for running a top notch place. I was actually recommended this place from my sons friend who had so much good to say about Carrabbas. Glad he let us know about this place!

Always amazing food. Calamari Ricardo is the best you can find. Have been going there for years and have never been disappointed ever. Food and vibe is always great! Just wish there was more locations closer to Burleson. Only one I know of is in NRH but absolutely worth the drive.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! This visit I celebrated my birthday! We tried appetizers new to us, we were very happy with the choices. The mushroom appetizer, and the meatball appetizer with ricotta. Both were exceptional! I had to stay true to my love of Carrabba s lasagna which is handmade pasta House made sauce and is a very exceptionally tasty lasagna! Our server, Jose, M. Was very attentive, and made sure everything flowed perfectly during dining. Jose also made sure I was surprised with a birthday dessert! It was fantastic. I come here very often for takeout, and sometimes eat in the bar, and this visit to the dining room did not disappoint. I have also been a part of the wine tasting dinners, which are so much fun for a group of friends, or a family get together! Thank you again, Carabbas for making another wonderful dining experience!
